GINNY walked through the barrier to Platform 9 and 3\4. She was slightly annoyed that Daisy-Marie got new robes - that weren't from hand-me-downs. She was so angry. But, at least her mother was forced to buy a wand for her. (Phoenix feather, 13 inches, flexible, and birch wood. Don't know her real wand, so I'm using mine)

Also, Ginny got a new set of robes - but, sadly hand-me-downs. Yet good nevertheless.

Then, they encountered the Malfoy guys. They seemed a bit stuck up, as in Ginny's thoughts. She had gotten a strange, black coloured diary. She never bought it before in the first place, but kept it in case. After all, her mother could have bought it and Ginny certainly didn't want a lecture for no good apparent reason.

Sadly enough, Harry Potter hadn't even so much glanced at her . . . unless you count those ugly looking glares he kept shooting her. Suddenly, Ginny didn't think that so called 'amazing' Harry Potter didn't seem so awesome anymore. Besides, if this 'hero' was a real life hero, he would try and know her, not know her by her sister's talks.

But, the worst thing was that Ginny couldn't help but have a crush on him. She hated herself for that.

Ginny silently chastised herself. She would never get the boy. Daisy-Marie already had him. All to herself. She wouldn't share - at all, least of all, to her sister. In fact, for no apparent reason, Daisy-Marie simply hated her. More so that, Daisy-Marie would much rather let Ronald be two inches from him whilst Ginny stood there kilometers from the great Harry Potter.

And, three kilometers away from the great Harry Potter was the closest Daisy-Marie would want her to be . . . but, that was practically impossible in every single way. first off, they had to be in the same car, so Potter just had to be less than three feet away from Ginny, much to Daisy-Marie's dislike. (She had yelled and whinned and 'cried ', saying that Ginerva was going to ruin everything and that Harry didn't want that to be. But, thankfully, Daisy-Marie just had to stop 'crying' when Potter was around. 'he can't seen me cry!!!' She had fretted anxiously.)

Unfortunately, that wasn't enough for Daisy-Marie. She was hurried to see that her sister wasn't trying to have 'a go' with the famous Potter boy. Ginny had groaned and rolled her eyes, annoyed to think that her sister already was thinking about that stuff when they had turned eleven not long ago.

Daisy-Marie flirted and fluttered her eyelashes, topped with waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy to much mascara that it was just blah.

She made an effort to make sure that Ginny stayed as far from Harry as possible, which Ginny gladly obliged. After all, who would want to sit next to the person that said that she was the worst, who would want to associate yourself with the likes of her, and it must be a very hard time getting along with the likes of her.

It wasn't like she had a choice. Either smashed between Harry Potter or her disgusting older brother, Ronald. Ginny swore, he was more like a pig than a real human . . . when it came to food.  Nevertheless, Ginny didn't want to sit next to the person that said that she was rubbish, simply rubbish.

Ginny rushed through the barrier, after Fred, George, Percy, Granger, and Daisy-Marie. She serenely smiled, seeing the platform that was to lead her to somewhere else where she actually had a chance.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ginny hesitantly walked with a girl named Luna Lovegood, a lovely blonde haired, dreamy child. She lived nearby the Weasleys, but Ginny hadn't had much time to be acquainted with the next door neighbor.
Yet, Ginny had prepared herself to get defriended by Luna. She would have understood that the girl wouldn't want to associate herself with the unpopular sister. Given a choice, many people would choose popularity over geeks, nerds,  the unpopular.
They were walking to the Great Hall, making Ginny feel even more clammy. What if she was sorted into Slytherin? Than, her family would have a reason to disown her. Where would she go then?  She had no where to go. Ginny smiled sadly at the truth. She would have no place to go if that happens.
Ginny trembled at the sight of the Sorting Hat.
But , after expecting the worst, if sprouted into a . . . song.
                        "A thousand years ago, there were four sorcerers with kind and wise hearts. Bold Gryffindor from wild war, the Ravenclaw from glen, Sweet Hufflepuff from valley broad, the Slytherin from fen. They had a dream to teach all that they knew, witches and wizards came far and it grew. To the castle stood tall on the shores o'er lake, and a thousand years later, the magic remains.
                          "Brave Godric Gryffindor favoured the strong. Those who had courage and could tell from their right from wrong. And Rowena Ravenclaw taught only the best. So, kind Helga Hufflepuff would teach all the rest. Salazar Slytherin choose from his own, those that were sly, and very ambitious. So, put me on and I could tell you what house belongs to you. It will help you and test. Question me not, for I am never wrong! "
A deafening roar came up from the rest of the school, and Just to be fair, Ginny clapped politely. As did Luna and a couple others.
Minerva Mcgonagall started to read names off of a list. The child would go up, place the hat on their head, and shout a house.
"GRYFFINDOR!!!"
" RAVENCLAW!!!! "
"HUFFLEPUFF!!!"
and so on. Only when Mcgonagall called " Luna Lovegood, " did Ginny listen.
"RAVENCLAW!!!!"
Ginny smiled and clapped hard for Luna .
"Daisy-Marie Weasley!!!!"
Ginny looked up at her sister. The hat seemed to be thinking hard at what house Daisy-Marie belonged.
After a great silence, the hat called, "Gryffindor." But, halfheartedly .
"Yeah!!!" Roared the Weasley twins. "That's our sister!!!!!!!!!!! "
Ginny sighed internally, will they ever do that for her? What had she done?
"Ginerva Weasley!!!"
Ginny walked to the hat, sensing judging states at her back.
"Ahhh, another Weasley! !! " a voice exclaimed.
Ginny nearly jumped. A voice?
 "Just like the others, but seemingly isolated from the rest of her family."
" Gryffindor would fit, but you have self doubt? Your sister demanded to be in Gryffindor, but that house doesn't seem to be her house. Slytherin more likely. But, I respect her wishes. What house would you want? "
I don't know. Which ever one best fits me.
 " Kind, you would do good in all of the houses! Alas, I know which one. It will be . . . RAV - no . . . HUFFLE- no .  . . SLY . . . NO!!! *sigh* I will just go with . . . GRYFFINDOR!!!!! "
Clapping came from all the houses but Slytherin. This girl almost got in all of the houses!
Suddenly, Ginny heard a soft, "You will overcome trials this year, and you will need to be the bravest you can be because, any other person will crack under the pressure. Good luck, Ginerva Weasley."
