Becca was separated from her mother and family at the age of five in 1950. She was locked away, tortured, traumatized, and so much more in the Red Room for close to fifty years. She finally got her chance at freedom when she escaped from Hydra in 2014 when she found her mother and uncle. She aided in taking Hydra and Shield down alongside her uncles, mother and aunt, all while fighting her father.

Becca is then forced to go on the run with her father after the events of D.C. and the Triskelion fall.
But she's called back to a new home, Avengers Tower, in 2015 to aide her family/Avengers take down the last Hydra base. Her brother and uncle create Ultron, and with the traumatizing events that transpire in Africa with the Maximoff twin, Wanda, invading her mind and her family's. She is sent to live with the Parker family to keep her safe from the events that happen in Sokovia.

Becca finds that living a supposed "normal" life is harder than she thinks. But with the help of the Parker family she adjusts slowly and smoothly. That is until Peter Parker is bitten by a radioactive spider. During that time, her past comes back to haunt her in the man of Adam Sinclair. The son of Arnim Zola. Her only source of comfort when she was in the Red Room was him. But he always had the goal of controlling her, molding her, shaping her into the perfect spy Hydra always wanted her to be. The Winter Storm.
She succumbs to Sinclair's mind control words and is forced against her will to kill the man she cherished and looked to as a father to her. Uncle Ben.
With Uncle Ben dead and Sinclair still on the loose, Becca and Peter form a plan and capture the Hydra heir with the help of her Uncle Steve.

Becca felt that her life was finally normalizing, her studies were good, her friends were amazing, and her boyfriend was perfect. Her life was balancing out. That is until the Sokovia Accords are made into law and it divides her family. Mother, uncle, father and daughter against the brother and her boyfriend with their respective teams.
The daughter slips who her parents are and the world quickly knows that the Barnes family is alive and well. And after the events of Siberia, the world knows of Becca. Her life hidden by her alias no longer valid.
Her new life begins again.

Becca thought that even with her identity out in the world now that her life would finally even itself out, that it would balance and become as normal as possible. She thought it was until her boyfriend becomes obsessed with pleasing and impressing her brother. Peter wants to be the superhero he knows he's capable of but in his mind, he'll never live up to Tony Stark's sister, his girlfriend's standard. Always being compared to Becca, being treated unfairly by Tony and Happy but treating her like family(because she is).
Everything comes crashing down after Becca's brother takes Peter's suit after an incident involving the Vulture and a Staten Island ferry.
Words are yelled in anger and frustration and sadness.
The two break up.
But on their own, they realize that being apart in this moment is the better option for the two. They need to grow as individuals before they can be together again.
And one night, Natasha Romanoff offers her niece the chance of conquering her fears and past.
Becca says yes.

This is the sequel book to Fearless, which is the spin off of my other trilogy: Timeless, Endless, and Limitless.

I recommend reading Timeless, Endless and Fearless before this one to know context but you don't have to read the first two. However, this is a sequel book, so to know what's happening in this book, you need to read Fearless. That can be found in my works!

Now!
I'm very excited for this, not only because i feel like when Black Widow's first trailer came out, that i thought "Holy crap, Becca should be in this." But because it's a story that should be told! We don't know much of the Red Room in the MCU. And from everything i've seen and read, that's what Black Widow is about, is taking down the Red Room with the family she had before the Avengers.

But, this movie is not out currently on any platform i can see it on and get the dialogue. It's not set to be out in theaters until May 7th 2021. (I wish they would've just put it on Disney+ after it got delayed for the second time tbh). But! I wanted at least the intro, Part 1 title, cast and playlist up for Part 1 and to kick off Reckless.

So here we are!

I really hope you like it! I love Becca and who she is. She and Mary are bits of myself and i went from there creating them into who they are now and i adore them with every fiber of my being. Becca is my smol bean who wouldn't harm a fly unless that fly was Flash Thompson or Hydra.
And Mary is my Mama Bear whom will protecc everyone she cares about, especially her family and those she considers family. She has her own story being played out in her trilogy.
