On the way home Soundwave was glaring ahead, holding Echo close to him. He didn't want to admit the anger and jealousy in his spark that his best friend was trying to claim his love. He didn't know how to tell Echo, didn't know how she felt about him and was afraid it would be awkward between the two to admit that he was in love with her. Echo shifted against him as he took her over to his house and unlocked the door, letting her in.
She walked in and over to the couch, curling up on it. He sighed softly and closed his optics briefly before walking in, closing the door and locking it "Hungry?" She looked up at him and nodded slowly. He went to grab some Energon Mini Cubes before walking over to her and sat down, offering the box. She gave small smiley face and grabbed some of the cubes from the box and pulling her mask up out of the way of her mouth. She ate quietly.
He watched her before eating some as well. He wanted to get a message across to Megatronus that Echo was his and his alone. He nodded and bit and waited for Echo to drift off to sleep and put her in his room so she could sleep in peace and he could go deal with Megatronus.

Soundwave had asked Megatronus to meet him in a bar to talk some things over. Mainly about Echo. He sat at the bar, he bought a high grade but he wasn't going to drink it, knowing if he did he wouldn't be in his right state of mind. He shifted and messed with the cube. Megatronus walked over and ordered some drinks, two babes at his side but he had no feeling towards them just used for sexual intercourse until he can get his servos on his prized love: Echo. He smirked and gave Soundwave a hard pat on his back "Hey," Soundwave turned and looked at him, nodding to the two femmes and the seat next to him. Megatronus sat down and the two femmes wandered off for a bit. "So what was it you wanted to discuss Soundwave?" "I wanted to talk about Echo." Megatronus shifted in his spot, he was worried something happened to his wonderful femme but tried not to let it show "Something wrong with her?" "No, she's fine, I just don't like how your so close to her, Megatronus we are in love with the same femme and I'm not going to give her up to a mech like you. You don't know how to handle a fragile femme like her." He replied and glanced at him, preparing in case a fight broke out between them. Megatronus frowned at him and let out a low growl "Echo is mine and mine alone!" He slammed his fist on the bar. The bartender and other guests jumped a bit and stared at them, air tensed and for sure a fight was going to break out. "How much do you know about her? Do you know what she likes? What she dislikes? What's her favorite book? Her first friend? Her favorite song?" Soundwave asked him calmly. Megatronus knew none of this. And Soundwave smirked behind his mask "She fears you." Megatronus stiffened, his love was afraid of him...? No! Soundwave is just trying to keep her all for himself. His frown deepened "No matter what you say, Echo will be mine even if I have to fight you for her. She is my love!" He was determined to get her. Soundwave narrowed his optics at him "So be it." Two alpha mechs fighting for a very submissive femme, this was going to be a very interesting battle for a mate.
For now they left each other with nothing but tension between them. Soundwave was determined to keep Echo away from that brute of a mech, he'll hurt her. He doesn't know how to be gentle with her. He frowned and headed home for some recharge.

Megatronus stormed off from the bar and back home. He needed to learn more about Echo, he needed to learn to be gentle...ugh...but anything for her! Where was his brother??? He's seen Echo hanging around Orion at the library, he knows about her and knows how to get in the records of everybot. He walked in the house and went to his brother's room, waking him to from recharge and getting a few datapads out so he could take notes about her. Orion knew this wasn't going to end well. Not at all but he helped his brother anyway because he knew that Echo wouldn't never love Megatronus, she feared him and loved Soundwave. Megatronus was at a huge disadvantage. Orion sighed softly and continued to work to help his brother.
