When I, once again went out to check out the rooms, I could find nothing but as soon as I was about to leave, I could hear Hope's voice in my head, she was using a telepathy incantation so as to not alert the bad guys, I guess.

Everyone come down to the ground floor. I think we found the location. I can hear some whispers and I can see the silhouette of some children, I believe. We need to hurry. I think they are getting ready to leave this place.

Both Prof. A and I reached the staircase but I was already exhausted by the thought of making noises once again. Anyways, we both slowly went downstairs and we, finally met up with Prof. S and Hope, who gestured towards the direction we needed to go. To this, we all were alerted by the whispering and then we approached the room cautiously and when we flung it open by pushing the door, we saw that there was nothing.

We were perplexed and then I saw a recorder in the middle of the room and hurriedly rushed towards it to see if that was the thing that had been misleading us. But behind me Hope was about to say something when suddenly the floor below me fell apart as it turned out it was a door to a pit which opened up and just like that I fell, engulfed by the darkness. There was an impact when I fell and so my head was kind of ringing. When I opened my eyes I saw that I had fallen to the bottom of the pit and despite my attempts to shout so that the others could hear me, it seemed the door was again shut such that no one could hear me for now.

Since I still had the mission to do I created an artificial light with the incantation Lumiere. As I was looking around to search for an exit, I saw that there was a tunnel in front of me. It would be a lie if I told that I was not scared, but I didn't have a choice. I needed to rescue the children in the warehouse so I couldn't waste anymore time and so I headed out.

Meanwhile

That idiot. I told him so many times to be careful. But he is so impulsive that he just can't think of the consequences of his actions.

As soon as, Lucas had fallen to the pit, Hope rushed towards him. But to her bad luck, she was unable to catch him. So, she was furious. Now, there was another thing to be concerned about. Professor S., on the other hand, was calm. He believed that his students were not so weak to give in. So he approached Hope and told her to calm down, because they still needed to complete their mission.

So, the three of them, went and started searching the area once again and to their surprise there was a basement to the warehouse. Earlier, no one was able to find the basement but now, there it was, behind the main area of the warehouse. They were now sure that, something was definitely going on and they were now, getting closer to uncovering the truth.

And so, all of them, started to go down through the stairs.

As I had suspected, the tunnel was damp and was filled with foul smell. So, I used my handkerchief to cover my nose. I looked around but there were no deviations, that is, the tunnel was a straight one that directed towards only one direction. So, without any further delay, I went straight up ahead. As I was reaching the end, a light was entering my eye sight and when I was out of the tunnel finally, I saw a surprising sight.

The other side of the tunnel opened up to what seemed like a machinery of sorts and below it was a garage where vehicles and what seemed like weapons were being loaded in the cars. Before starting my investigation, I knew that I had to be careful as these were not some ordinary people with the motive of making money from the parents of the children. This seemed like a well-organised system, engaging people.

So, I used another incantation which could make someone invisible and that was Invisique. And so, I headed out. There were some grownups on the ground floor who were shouting to some children to hurry up. And I slowly closed in to check out what exactly were they doing. It was then that, I saw it or I could make out the presence of someone who was ordering the others. This person seemed powerful, not like an ordinary person. So, I knew that it must have been a supernatural. Thereby, as I was about to go and confront them, I felt a hand on my shoulder and I thought to myself,

I'm doomed.

I was about to attack, but then I heard a familiar voice to stop and I turned back and saw, none other than Hope along with the Professors. They told me that they had found a basement which thereafter led them to this place and then they saw me hiding behind the big cartons. I mean she didn't exactly see me, but Hope could sense me with six senses, as she mentioned. I sighed with relief.

So, we were now ready to fight against the people, together. And hence, we went out. I lifted my spell and we were ever ready for some action. Hope, then used a spell to startle all the people there and that was Repousser, a spell that could throw the person backwards or in simple words, push them back. The Professors too started attacking them with the darts filled with anesthesia.

I, on the other hand, hurriedly ran towards the cars. And as I had suspected, the kids were on the cars. So, I told them to climb down hurriedly and while doing so, I saw a kid, who looked exactly like Lily, the kid I met just a while ago. Thereafter, I went near him and asked did he know her and as I was expectant, he knew her and his name (he told me) was James. I hugged him tight and took the other kids along with me. But I still needed to find the targets of our mission. And so I hid them behind a stash full of dirt or something and told them not to come out.

I again went to search for them and finally, after a search of around 10 minutes or so, I was able to find them. They were on the passenger seat of a car, with chains on their hands. They seemed the same age as me and I was thankful that they were still alive. But, when I was about to break the chains on their hands, my palm got burned and I groaned in pain. Then, one them spoke up,

These are not simple chains. You'll need to use forbidden magic to break them.

And then I noticed that there were engravings on them. I couldn't break the chains but still instructed them to climb down. At first, both of them were reluctant but I assured them that I was just like them and we were there to rescue them. After some time, it seemed they understood what I was trying to say and so, they climbed down.

I signalled to Hope by whistling, and the Professors too nodded. But as we were about to leave hurriedly, I heard a familiar voice, screaming,
