Smoke's POV:

I ran through the cold forest, my paws hitting the ground hard, I was able to smell the scent of another wolf nearby, I ran quickly to the scent.

I looked back to make sure no other wolf was following me.
I ran and ran until I found her.
She was sitting near a frozen lake, She was whimpering.

Most Alpha pups don't usually cry but she's not really Alpha dust pup anyway.

I walked over and sat beside her and put the rabbit down.

"Hello...I came to bring this to you...you forgot it"

A tear of hers went down her face. She looked like she's been in lots of distress. Not just from tonight.

"Hey...you okay?"

She looked over,
"All I am is a disgrace..."

I looked at the gorgeous wolf,

"No your not...you didn't mean to do what you did"

"Yeah...well they think I meant it"

My ears perked up as I heard some pack members calling for me.

"I should get going, enjoy your rabbit."

I ran back the way I came, I looked at alpha dust, squirrel, Cloudy who looked annoyed.

"Where were you?" Squirrel asked

I wanted to say that I went to bring the rabbit back to raven, but I couldn't...otherwise I'm the disgrace, I know that makes me sound awful....but I can't risk it.

"Oh I went out hunting."

Squirrel looked at me confused...almost like if I told him that I can walk on my hind legs.

"Oh! Where's the prey?" He yapped.

Oh great...
"I wasn't able to catch anything..."

Squirrel laughed while stormy looked concerned.

Stormy is a female blackish grey wolf with copper eyes.

She trotted over,
"Well that's unlike you...you always catch prey!"

"Must be the cold climate getting to me..."

Squirrel laughed more, but stormy didn't believe one word,
"Yeah whatever..."

Ravens POV:

I ran through the forest, leaping over logs, running around trees.

No matter what I have to keep running. I had to, I can't look back, I can't hesitate, I can't fight back. I'm basically worthless in this world.

I ran and ran until I came to a stop at a meadow.

To be honest the meadow was quite pretty. I mean the ice lake, the pale grass covered in snow, logs.

I can't believe they'd do that though...they first ban me from the pack, now their banning me from my home that I've been living in ever since I was exhiled.

You see...I was exhiled when I was close to being a year old.
I'm two years old.

I survived this long...getting in fights, fighting for food, sometimes not eating.

I always try not to think of that horrible night. If only I listened, if only I fought back, if only I paid attention, if only I did everything different.

Nothing in my life will ever be the same...and I caused that for myself.

I couldn't help but crying. Knowing everything I could've done differently makes me a mistake of the daughter of the alpha. I will never be like them, never ever. I'm a mistake. Nothing but a mistake.

I heard paw steps coming toward me, but I didn't even care to turn to see who is going to be the cause of my homicide, I just kept crying.

At this point it seems like crying is the only thing I can possibly do at this point.

I waited for the wolf to just come and put me out of my misery but instead he comes and sits down next to me.

"Hi, raven, I'm...smoke"

"Here, you forgot this" he put the rabbit I caught down on the ground.

I growled a bit but then a tear rolled down my black fluffy face.
Smoke looked concerned.

"Hey, you okay?" He asked

I looked at the handsome white furred wolf.
"All I  am is a disgrace..." I sniffled.

"No your not, you didn't mean what you did"

"Well they think I meant it"

And it's true...they never trusted me from the beginning because I was different so the moment I did something wrong, then it's an immediate exhile.

I never meant it...and to know that smoke knows that at least tells me that at least someone is by my side. Probably not for long though...

We sat quietly, but then smokes ears perked up when he heard his name being called by what I figure is a pack member.

He got up and stretched,

"I should go now, enjoy your rabbit."

He ran off, leaving me alone in the middle of the meadow.

I sat there for hours, because Next then you know it's night time.

I was still sitting there looking up at the stars, but then I got super hungry so I ate the entire rabbit.

I got up And trotted into a log and curled up into a ball.

I wish I could sleep forever...
