❤ Fairytail Tribute ❤
Hey guys~ So this chapter is a new thing that I've never really tried before. A tribute. Basically I'll talk about Fairytail and my favourite moments. I'm doing this because the Manga ends this week, which means that the series will end too. I'm emotional over it ending, because it was the best anime I ever watched. So let's get into this!

"In a land, far, far away lies the Kingdom of Fiore, a small peaceful nation of 17 million, and a place filled with magic! Found in every home, bought and sold in every marketplace, for most, magic is merely a tool, a mundane part of everyday life. For some, however, magic is an art, and they have devoted their lives to its practice. These are the mages. Banded together into magical guilds they apply their skills in search of fame and fortune. Many such guilds dot the landscape of Fiore. But there is a certain guild in a certain town that soars high above the rest, one from which countless legends have been born... a guide that will no doubt continue to create legends well into the future. Its name... is Fairy Tail." - Fairytail Narrator
It was the first words of Fairytail that made me fall in love. I knew the second my screen went from black to watercolored clouds that I was in for a treat. The first episode of Fairytail was the best thing I ever watched. I knew after the ending that I had fallen into a fandom I would never be able to escape.
Fairytail is a 277 episode series. It has two movies, Phoenix Priestess and Dragon Cry. The manga has 61 volumes, with over 500 chapters. It has several characters, including Natsu, Lucy, Happy, Gray and Erza. It's a series that thousands of people have watched across the world.
I was one of those people.
I watched all of the episodes in 3 months. The series was amazing. I was a NaLu shipper since the beginning, and I was the kind of fan who would listen to the Openings on repeat. I learned to draw the Fairytail Logo and even created a character of my own if I was in the Series. I did a roleplay with my friends of the series, and I fangirled over every episode with my online friend.
Arc after arc, the series got more interesting. I loved each arc with a passion. But overall my favourite arc had to be The Grand Magic Games. So many new characters, and character devolpment that went through the roof. The Celestial Gate opening was my favourite part in that Arc, because it created a jam packed battle between Good and Evil, The Guilds VS. Future Rouge and the Dragons.
All characters were my favourite, and I only hated a few, usually minor villans in the earlier arcs. If you asked me to chose a favourite character I wouldn't be able to. They all have a place in my heart, even Zeref does.
The ships in the series were exciting to watch grow as time went on. But no matter what, NaLu, Gruvia and Jerza are my top ships. I wished every moment that I would see them become canon, even if it was at the end of the series.
I cried when the Anime went from exciting to sad, but when it became happy again I stopped crying because I knew that everything was ok. I sobbed when Aquarius's key was broken, and I cried tears of joy when Natsu and Happy returned to Lucy after training for a while.
I didn't want the series to end. I still don't. When my friend told me the manga is ending soon, I began to feel depressed. I watched a Fairytail AMV of Season One and sobbed the whole time. I relived the funniest, most exciting and the best battles in my head.
Looking over the series at that point I remembered one of the main points. Friendship.
The whole series was full of Friendship. That's what made me love it. Friendship means happiness in most cases which is why I loved it for that reason. Friendship sat inside me throughout watching the series, which is why I wish there was more episodes.
But overall, Fairytail taught me several things. Some characters taught me those things. Which makes it seem more emotional heh.

Lucy Heartfilla
Lucy taught me that you don't need to have everything to be happy, even if you have it all.

Natsu Dragneel
Natsu taught me that Friendship is stronger than any bond you can make and that you don't have to be a perfect friend to matain a friendship.

Erza Scarlet
Erza taught me that you can be powerful even if you don't look the part.

Gray Fullbuster
Gray taught me to do whatever floats your boat, even if others around you don't like it.

Happy
Happy taught me to always look on the brightside of things when things are tough.

Fairytail is something I will miss. Being a fangirl of it is something I will never let go of. The Anime will always be one of my favourites, and the Manga I will one day read all of.
Thank you Fairytail.
