Starting my day off like:

I should take a walk today; I've been sitting around too much. Shoot, I'm too hungry to walk right now. What do I eat? I'll make something new. But, there's already prepared food. Shoot, gotta take my phone off the charger so I don't kill the battery. Aaaand I left the light on in my room. Okay, that's off- dang it, the cat wants a drink.
Okay, phone's unplugged, light's turned off...did I turn the water off? Yeah, I did. Now food! Argh, cat wants wet food now. Fine, here. Now to wash my hands. I think I'll have noodles. Let me just check the fridge...ooh, a salad! And breakfast leftovers! I'll have those instea-seriously, cat?!? You've already had food- I haven't!

Long story short, I didn't take a walk until hours had gone by.
