basically this young girl is a beginner witch (it's not like dark though so don't worry) and she leaves her family as a sort of initiation and she has to go through her new life in the city with this baker family she stays with and a lot of things happen omg i love it so much

honestly that hay she sleeps in on the train looks like some of the comfiest hay ever and i always pull over my blanket like how she pulls over the hay qhdkwkfkdl
