This is a Todomomo fanfic that I wanted to write for a while but never actually did. Hope you enjoy it!

Just so you know there are a few spoilers so proceed at your own risk.

"Todoroki!" He turned around to see Momo panting heavily behind him. It seemed she had run all the way from the classroom to find him.

"I told you that you didn't need to rush."

Momo stopped in front of him and recollected her breath. She stood up straight and smiled at him.

"I thought it would be okay if I could walk home with you. The project needs to be done before the weekend. But you are going to your house, right? So I thought it would be nice to go with you and work on the project!" Todoroki just stared blankly at her.

"UHHH ONLY IF IT'S OKAY WITH YOU! We don't need to."

"No, it's fine. I was just thinking when my brother was coming back." He turned and started walking again. Momo, however, stood there frozen.

"Aren't you coming?" She looked at him and quickly walked over to him. They continued walking with a silence that awkwardly stalked them.

When they finally arrived, Todoroki got his keys from his pocket and unlocked the door. They both stepped inside. Momo looked around the traditionally built home. It smelled like flowers and a bit like... noodles? and had a very homely vibe in it. She took off her shoes and walked inside behind Todoroki.

"Sis?"

'Oh yeah, I forgot he had a sister.'

"I'm in the kitchen!"

"Okay! I've bought a friend."

"Oh really?"

"We'll be in my room working on a school project."

"Okay! I'll come say 'hello' to him in a minute!"

'Him?'

"Okay." Todoroki didn't seem to notice the mistake and just headed into one of the rooms.

"Come on." He said gesturing towards the door.

Momo walked into the room. It didn't look much different from his dorm room. In fact it looked pretty much exactly the same.

He sat on the floor in front of the desk and turned towards her.

"So should we start?" Momo snapped out of her trance and quickly grabbed her handbag.

"Oh, yes! Of course."

"I think that should be good for now."
"We will have to go over the details again tomorrow to complete everything."

They both stood up and exited the room.

Todoroki's big sister came out of the kitchen at that very moment carrying a big pot of food.

"Oh hi! You must be Sho- " she froze and stared at the girl before her.

"Shoto. WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME!?" She ran into the dining room left the pot on the table and ran back into the hallway and grabbed Momos hands.

"Hello, hello HI! It's so nice to meet you! I'm Fuyumi, Shoto's older sister, please take care of my little brother! Oh it is so nice to meet you! You are Shotos girlfriend, right? Oh yes, you are!" She kept shouting in poor Momos face and shaking her hands really quickly.

"Fuyu." She turned to look at Shoto.

"Let her go. She looks uncomfortable." Fuyumi turned to Momo who looked like a strawberry (we should start calling her Ichigo instead of Momo hehe)

"Oh! I am so sorry! I didn't mean to embarrass you."

"Uh... no no I'm fine! It's okay. Really!"

"Okay then. Well Shoto," she turned to Shoto who was just standing watching. "Why don't you take your girlfriend to the dining room while I finish dinner!"

"Okay." Momos face went red again.

"I-I-I'm not his g-g-g-girlf-friend."

"Hm? But you are though." Todoroki blankly stated. He then turned and walked into the dining room.

Momo, however, stood frozen in place going redder than a tomato.

When she eventually made it into the dining room the awkward silence between her and Todoroki was greater than before.

"Why did you say I was your girlfriend?"

"Hm? Because it is true. You are my friend. And you are a girl."

"Todoroki. You do realize that a girlfriend is someone you like."

"But I like you though."

"Nonononono I mean like as in... you want to hug them... and... kiss... them."

She looked at him and he was just blankly staring at her.

He then leaned down and planted a kiss on her forehead.

"There."
"TODOROKI! WHY DID YOU DO THAT!?"

"My sister does it to me sometimes. And my mom. So it's fine right?"

Momo couldn't bring herself to say anything more. And so the silence came creeping back upon them.

They heard the front door open and close again. They then heard talking. They waited for a bit and the talking grew closer.

Fuyumi opened the door and entered the room with Natsuo behind her.

"Hey, little bro!"

"Natsuo."

"I heard you got a girlfriend. Way to go!"

"It's not like that." Momo whispered under her voice."

They had their dinner and Momo got to know Todoroki's family a bit.

She liked them.

"Umm, may I use the bathroom?" Momo asked.

"Oh yeah sure, goo right ahead."

She stood up and walked towards the rooms.

She opened one of the doors but it wasn't the bathroom. It was an empty room that had one shrine. On the shrine was a picture of a young boy with red hair and wearing a middle school uniform.

"I wonder who this was."

She closed the door and eventually found the bathroom. She hurried back to the dining room when she finished and sat down in her spot next to Todoroki.

"Say, you two are datig right?" Natsuo asked.

Todoroki who was just finishing the last of his soba just glanced at him. "I dunno."

"Wha? How can you not know?"

"Dunno. Thanks for the dinner Fuyu."

"Oh it's okay."

"Um, I should be goig home now." Momo said standing up."

"Oh? I'll walk you home then."

"Aren't you a gentleman Shoto?" Natsuo commented cupping his own cheeks in his hands leaning against the table.

"Thank you for having me. It was lovely to meet you all." Momo bowed and headed to the door with Shoto behind her.

As they walked towards Momo's house that silence once again walked alongside them awkwardly.

Until Momo decided to overpower it.

"Um, Todoroki?"

"Yeah."

"You're family is very nice."

"Yeah. That was only half of them though."

She thought back to the shrine she found in the room.

"Umm, I am not trying to pry or anything but... who was... the boy that shine was made for."

Todoroki stopped walking and faced the ground.

"That was... my older brother Touya."

"Oh. I'm.. sorry."

"Don't be. I never really knew him too well. But I still miss him. A lot."

Momo didn't know what to say. So instead she walked up to him and wrapped her arms around him. He stood in the same position as before, still facing the ground.

"Yao-"
"Shh. Don't speak."

He did as told and didn't say anything. Instead he hugged her back.

They stayed in the embrace for a little while longer allowing the silence to tower over them in a way they found comfortable and refreshing.
