According to the magazine scans, there will be a new form for Kamen Riders Saber and Saikou as well as new characters.

Kamen Rider Saber Primitive Dragon

The first one is Kamen Rider Saber Primitive Dragon (仮面ライダーセイバープリミティブドラゴン Kamen Raidā Seibā Purimitibu Doragon), the super form which Touma transformed into this form by inserting the Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book (プリミティブドラゴンワンダーライドブック Purimitibu Doragon Wandā Raido Bukku) into the Seiken Swordriver.

However, it is also berserk form like Kamen Riders Build Hazard Form and Zero-One Metal Cluster Hopper Form. Whenever he uses this form, Touma will lose his consciousness and immediately went out of control, attacking both allies and enemies.

The Primitive Dragon Wonder Ridebook is born from the Forbidden Book of Southern Base. Unlike most of the Wonder Ride Books, the Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book works like an adapter for the Seiken Swordriver. Touma mainly sets the Brave Dragon Wonder Ride Book on the said adapter and when used, it places a big hand on the Brave Dragon as if Saber Primitive Dragon is drawing the energy from Brave Dragon.

There will also be Kamen Rider Saber Primitive Dragon Lion Senki (仮面ライダーセイバープリミティブドラゴンライオン戦記 Kamen Raidā Seibā Purimitibu Doragon Raion Senki) when the Lion Senki Wonder Ride Book (ライオン戦記ワンダーライドブック Raion Senki Wandā Raido Bukku) are placed instead of Brave Dragon.

Based on what Wonder Ride Book is used on Primitive Dragon, it will create an image of that Ridebook on the chest with the name of that Wonder Ride Book as the right shoulder pad.

Legeiel will become the first victim of Primitive Dragon. Sounds like Legeiel's Death Flag is near.

When his enemy attempts to escape, Kamen Rider Saber Primitive Dragon can summon the third hand from the Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book that will catch the enemy and force them back to the battlefield.

Kamen Rider Saikou X-Swordman

Yuri makes his decision to become a Swordsman once again and he will gets his new form; the Kamen Rider Saikou X-Swordman (仮面ライダー最光 エックスソードマン Kamen Raidā Saikō Ekkusu Sōdoman) by using the new X-Swordman Wonder Ride Book (エックスソードマンワンダーライドブック Ekkusu Sōdoman Wandā Raido Bukku) in his Seiken Saikou Driver.

And again, unlike most of the Wonder Ride Books, the said Wonder Ride Book has four pages instead of three pages. The colors are inspired from the comic colors.

His finisher is called X-Sword Break (エックスソードブレイク Ekkusu Sōdo Bureiku), where he performed it by spinning rapidly and slash the enemy.

However, while in the X-Swordman, he has two more forms for both, should he requires Shadow's help.

・The first one is Kamen Rider Saikou X-Swordman Powerful (仮面ライダー最光 エックスソードマンパワフル Kamen Raidā Saikō Ekkusu Sōdoman Pawafuru), where Saikou concentrates all his power on his left side to transform into a Shield.

・The second is Kamen Rider Saikou X-Swordman Wonderful (仮面ライダー最光 エックスソードマンワンダーフル Kamen Raidā Saikō Ekkusu Sōdoman Wandāfuru), where Saikou concentrates all his power on his right leg to transform into a Leg armor which will allow him to perform Rider Kicks. It looks like it was inspired from Kamen Rider Den-O Climax Form.

There will be a new character who will appear, which was none other than the leader of Sword of Logos himself; Master Logos (マスターロゴス Masutā Rogosu). He was residing in the Southern Base and protects the Forbidden Books like Falchion's and Primitive Dragon's. It's 'difficult for anyone to meet him'.

Master Logos has guards under him to protect his palace. But Storious easily defeats them and infiltrates Southern Base just to be confronted by Master Logos. (where is the difficult for anyone to meet him?)

In the next month's monster will be a special one. The twins will turn into a single Megid called Charybdis Megid.

Daishinji decides to believe Touma. Looks like the days of reunion won't be that far... but Primitive Dragon could cause some problem.
