Trigger: Abuse

Every time I mess up, I punish myself, so I don't do it again later.

I accidentally hit my friend with my notebook, so I threw it away.

I read a phrase wrong, so I reread the whole page.

I couldn't understand my homework, so I stayed up all night.

I misheard hear my best friend's advice, so I cut off my ear.

After all, punishment is the only way to solve your problems.

And I know it, because my parents taught me that.

That's why they hit me, that's why they yelled.

Because in the end, I should hurt myself too.
