I hate how you can be so blind,

How you can be such a fool,

How you can't see past your excuses,

You add to the fire with your fuel.

You can't bare to blame yourself,

So you blame your humanity.

You say that you are only human,

But i do dare disagree.

Don't claim that you are human,

Then do inhuman things.

Don't say that you are not a god

When you dare pull the strings.

If you blame your humanity,

You can't learn from past mistakes.

If the cause is something you can't change,

You'll just cause more heartbreaks.

If you say you're only human,

You're setting your own limits.

You're saying that because of your body,

You can only take so many hits.

If you can't challenge what caused a problem,

You can't fix it anyway.

Since you blame your humanity

I'd say you're using foul play.

You'll always repeat the same mistake,

Because you'll always be human.

So please stop hiding behind this excuse,

Break free of this delusion.

You're not "only" human,

Just like I'm not only a kid.

Stop placing your own limits,

That's something I forbid.

You say humans are the smartest,

humans are the best,

but then you say you're only human,

but being human is being blessed.
