*Will's PoV*

We exited the cinema at approximately 2:34pm. Max rambling on about Harrison Ford and Alison Doody (raging bisexuals am i right?) when it hits me.

"Fuck! The maths test! I haven't studied Max, I'm gonna fail!" I scream. Max gives me a look of that just says, "Are you actually kidding right now?"

"You get top of the class, no wait, school every DAMN year! You will ace the test!" Max smiles proudly at me and comfortingly rubs my shoulder. The sentiment was nice but she should know by now that i am just FULL of low self-esteem and insecurity. 

"Max, I'm gonna go study. I know, I know but I want to be sure I 'ace the test'," I say. Max looks at her Vans and then back to me, a slightly sad look in her eye. She smiles nonetheless and wishes me a safe journey to the library. 

"See ya Byers. Don't die!" I wave goodbye to her. God, she means so so much to me. I walk out through the double door of the mall and out into the parking lot. It seems it started raining not to long ago, the ground already wet. The walk to the library isn't far and i always come prepared, notebook and all that jazz...

*Mike's PoV*   

God i am SO BORED. Just sitting in them most uncomfortable chair ever, listening to my girlfriend ramble on about topics that really don't interest me. Then i see him. Will Byers. His smile lighting up the room. His eyes, glimmering in the light. God he might be the prettiest boy ever...

"No! You can't think that! It's wrong. You have Jane. She's pretty... right?"  My subconscious is screaming at me. But he really, truly is... perfect.  I hear perfect Byers swear and instantly eavesdrop on his conversation. I can't really hear, if I'm being honest but i did hear him say he's going to the library. 

"Maybe I can talk to him there?!"  I smile and excuse myself, saying I have suddenly remembered I have to go home to babysit Holly. Jane doesn't really care, thank god. I slip away to see Will hurrying through the slight rain.

"Here's your chance, Wheeler. To make everything right again. Don't. Fuck. It. Up!"
