The next day, Simon was sitting on the bullhead with Ryuko, who had Mako sleeping on her shoulder.

Ryuko: You joined a club?

Simon: Yeah, I'm bored so why not?

Ryuko: Eh, just not for me I guess.

She shrugs.

Issei: Oh, it's you.

Simon looks up and saw the boy he had met yesterday.

Simon: Oh, Issei right?

Issei: Yeah.

He sat down.

Ryuko: And he's...?

Simon: From the club.

Ryuko: Ah, okay.

Issei: Who're they?

Simon: Oh, that's Ryuko my roommate and hero partner, then that's Mako, just our friend.

Ryuko: Yo.

Issei: Heh, lucky.

Simon was a little confused by the statement, but brushed it off.

Simon: So, what course are you taking?

Issei: Entertainment.

Simon: Huh.

Issei: Hey, if I'm quirkless, might as well have a fun job!

Simon: Hey, fair enough I guess.

He shrugs, crossing his legs.

Simon: So, Ryuko. Any plans for the sports festival?

Ryuko: Oh, yeah. I've been practicing with my scissor blade, making sure I don't chop off any arms or anything.

She says, kinda casually.

Issei: Your signature weapon is a giant pair of scissors?

Ryuko: No! I use one blade of a scissor blade!

Issei: So, a sword?

Ryuko: Shut up man!

The bullhead came to a stop.

Driver: BUA!!!

Everyone starts heading to the exit.

Simon: Actually. Why do you only have one half of a scissor blade?

Ryuko: None of your damn business!

She marched away as Mako starts walking up.

Simon: Hmm...

Later—

Now back in the club, Rias was standing over both of them.

Rias: I need the both of you to never go near that church again!

Simon was mostly confused while Issei seemed nervous.

Simon: Why can't we exactly?

Rias: For us demons, churches are enemy territory. Simply getting too close will cause major problems for both angels and demons. Could you not sense something was off?

Issei: Oh, that's what that was.

Rias: That was your demon instinct telling you that danger was near. Being in close proximity to the church or anyone who goes there is a very risky proportion. Not to mention angels may hold sacred gears, very powerful artifacts that could eradicate you in an instant if they realize what you both are.

Simon: Heh. Well I'm technically not a demon, I have a demon transformation. So I can always just not transform into that specific transformation while I'm close by.

Rias:...

She spun around, mind racing.

Rias(thinking): HOLY SHIT HE COULD DESTROY THEM WITHOUT WAGING WAR AGAINST ALL DEMON KIND!!!!!!!!

She turns back.

Rias: Well that's fine then. But both of you must be careful, because death to a sacred gear is always slow and painful. Do you understand?

Both nod.

Rias: Good.

She walks away. After a minute of awkward silence, Issei sighs.

Issei: Well great, it seems like she's always pissed off at me!

Simon: Well why was she mad before?

Issei: Eh, it's personal stuff...

He looks down. Suddenly, the girl with blue hair, who Simon learned was named Akeno Himejima, popped up from behind the couch.

Akeno: She's not pissed off you know, she just worried about you two silly boys!

Issei jumps while Simon was mostly unfazed.

Issei: Jeez, ya scared me!

Simon: Where'd you even come from?

From behind her, the door opens and Rias walks in.

Rias: You're still here? I thought you went home already?

She asks, addressing Akeno.

Akeno: Oh. Well we just received a message from the arch duke.

Rias: The arch duke?

Akeno: It was urgent. A stray demon has been causing trouble nearby.

Rias narrows her eyes slightly.

Simon: I'm guessing this is gonna be a whole thing?

Rias: Unfortunately, yes.

Later—

They were now all in the woods, teleported there thanks to a magic circle. The blonde boy, who Simon learned was named Yuuto Kiba, started explaining.

Kiba: Stray demons start out as demon servants.

Issei: Like us?

Kiba: No, not exactly. Once in a while a servant rebels and kills their master to gain freedom. Then, they become strays.

Simon: Servant? Master? Freedom? That sounds like slavery!

Rias: No. it's a contract! Demons make deals to become servants, gaining power as long as they serve their master. If they choose to leave, they lose that power. But if their master is killed they keep the power while gaining their freedom!

Simon: Oh, okay.

Akeno: Reports say that the stray has been luring people into that abandoned building and eating them.

She says, pointing at an old building.

Issei: Gross!

Rias: Tonight's job shouldn't be too hard. Just find the beast and kill it!

Simon: Eh, hold on. Kill it!?

Rias: Yes. Unfortunately, if not stopped, it could kill hundreds. It's pure evil, and won't stop until we stop it.

Simon glared at her, his eyes glowing.

Simon: You said yesterday that you wanted demons to be seen as the same as people! You said, that stray was the same as us but with some extra juice!

He transformed into Hellbent.

Hellbent: So why the change of pace, Rias!?

The red haired girl stood there, staring up at him.

Hellbent: I'm gonna capture that stray and rehabilitate them!

Rias: You can't-

Hellbent: Stop me then!

He brandished his chain, the rest of the club running to defend Rias

Rias: Stop!

She held her hands out in front of her team.

Rias:... That... device... made him pure blooded. He outclasses all of us combined...

She looks at Simon.

Rias: If you find them first, you may do what you want.

Hellbent: Kill them, and I'll reveal what you really are to everyone.

Rias: Do that, and we'll tell everyone what you are!

Hellbent: And who would believe you?

There was a moment of silence.

Hellbent: A group of demons getting detained, screaming about how the guy who outed them is quirkless and is using an alien watch!? See how that goes for you!

He turns around and sling his chain over his shoulder.

Hellbent: I will become this world's symbol of peace and equality, bringing hope to the world. You can either be a part of it, or not. That's up to you, not me.

He walks into the building. Everyone else just stood there, unsure of what to do next.

Issei:... M-Mrs Rias, we-

Rias: FINALLY!!!

She collapsed, keeping her knees together, holding one hand over her breast and the other over the side of her face.

Rias: FINALLY SOMEONE ISN'T A LITTLE BITCH AND STANDS UP TO ME!!! MY HOPES AND DREAMS OF A DOM PARTNER THAT CAN JUST PIN ME DOWN AND HAVE HIS WAY WITH ME, IGNORING MY BEGGING FOR IT TO STOP OR SLOW DOWN (consensually) ISN'T JUST A FANTASY ANYMORE!!!

She shot to her feet, a bit of liquid trickling down her legs, along with a bit of drool dripping from her lip. She wipes her face with her sleeve, straightened herself and recompense almost instantly.

Rias: Capture the stray alive, bring them back out when we're done.

She quickly ran in after Simon.

Akeno: Ara Ara!~ About time!

Meanwhile—

Hellbent started walking through the building in search of the stray.

Rias: Hold on!!!

Simon looks back and saw the girl running after him. She caught up, putting her hands on her hips.

Rias: Do you know how to play chess?

Hellbent: Chess?

Rias: As the master, I am the king. All of the club are other pieces and you, are a pawn. What pieces you are grants extra abilities during combat. If you reach the other end of the building you gain the properties of any piece of your choice!

Hellbent: Really?

Rias: Yes. It's the most tactical move for you.

She jumps on his back.

Rias: Now let's go! Carry your king to victory!

Hellbent: No.

In a green flash, he was human again, Rias falling to the floor.

White Hair: It's here.

The girl with white hair, who Simon knew was named Koneko Tōjo, says as she got in a defensive stance.

Unknown voice: Now what ever could that foul smell be?

The voice seemed to come from everywhere at once.

Unknown voice: Mmmm, but something smells delicious as well! I wonder if it tastes that sweet!

A woman steps out from the shadows.

The most eye catching part of her, was that she was completely naked.

Issei: Oho boy!

Rias: Viser you wrench! You betrayed your master and ran away to fulfill the lustful wants and desires that have consumed you! Your sins are worthy of a thousand hells! In the name of the great Marquis of Gremory... begone! Or meet your death-

Simon glares at her, Rias letting out a sigh.

Rias: Or meet your punishment.

Viser: Oh just give it a rest you little slut! You always have had it in for me!

She groped both of her own breasts.

Viser: You're just jealous your body will never be as voluptuous as mine!~

Rias was unfazed.

Rias: This is your final warning! Go back to the underworld and face your punishment now!

Issei seemed more than a little excited while Simon was completely deadpanned.

Simon: So are we fighting, or what?

The woman smirked.

Viser: Let me show you what I'm made of then!

Fully revealing she had a body like a centaur, a large cluster of flesh, fur and limbs bellow her waist.

Issei: Aw man, what a waste. She's got a really nice rack!

Simon rolls his eyes as the enemy creates some magical circles, firing lasers at them. They all quickly dodge, Simon pulling Issei away so he doesn't get hit.

Issei: Aw, man. This is a porno I don't wanna be in!

Simon: Do you ever stop talking!?

He transformed back into Hellbent, spinning his chain before releasing, it stretching and wrapping around her upper body, covering her chest in the process.

Issei: Aw, man.

Viser: You're no fun!

One of the giant arms went to grab him.

Rias: KIBA!

The boy nods, grabbing his sword and vanishing.

Issei: D-Did he just vanish!?

Rias: No, he's just moving really fast. That's the boost he gets for being my knight.

Kiba suddenly slices off the giant arms, causing her to writhe and scream in pain.

Hellbent: Hey!

He slung his chain again, grabbing Kiba and throwing him to a wall, now also tied up.

Hellbent: You guys suck at being heroes!!!

He ran ahead as Viser's lower body sprouted a mouth with large teeth. She lunged for him only to miss as he slides under, tying her remaining legs together. He slung more chains around her until she was unable to move at all.

Hellbent: See? Was that so hard?

He asks, head spinning 180 to face the others before his body kept up.

Hellbent: If she dies, your secret becomes public. Remember?

He says sternly.

Hellbent: Now, to deliver her to the cops.

He looks back to the large beast-like woman. He grabbed a chain and found it surprisingly easy to move her, dragging her away as the chains wrapped around Kiba vanished.

Later—

Rias: I'm going to send you on a test.

Simon: A test?

Rias: You've disobeyed me multiple times now. Lucky for you, I have an easy way for you to make it up. People can summon devils to do favours or dirty work for them. Koneko is overloaded right now so I want you to do one for her.

Simon: If they ask me to commit a crime I'm turning them in.

Rias pouts a little.

Rias: J-Just do it!

Even Later—

Since he couldn't teleport, he had to walk to find the place. It was night, so he was a little confused when the door was open.

Simon: Hello!?

He steps inside.

Simon: Oh, right.

He transformed back into Hellbent.

Hellbent: I'm the demon you called for!

He closes the door, noticing a light in a doorway up ahead. He was a little suspicious, carefully walking to the door. He peered in, taking a step inside in freezing when a splat echoed through the room. He looks down. Blood. Looking up he saw it lead to a pile of bodies. More specifically, demons. Hellbent grabbed his chain, ready for anything.

???: Punish the wicked-

He points the hook of his chain it the voice's direction.

???: Words to live by.

A man sat on a couch with his back to Simon.

???: Wise advice to heed from a holy man!

He turns to face him.

He stuck his tongue out, a wide eerie grin on his face.

Hellbent: Funny, I live by those words too. That's why I'm taking you to jail.

He chuckles, standing up.

Priest: Well well, look at you! A pure breed! Don't see those too often anymore.

Somehow, his smile grew wider and he bowed.

Freed: Freed Sellzen! Can't wait to put your skull on my mantle!

He pulls out a blade made of light.

Freed: First, I'm gonna cut out your evil heart with my sword of light! Then, I'm gonna-

Hellbent: Blah Blah Blah! I get it! You're gonna kill me! Jeez dude, can we get to it already?

Freed jumps at him and he threw his chain, but the sword shattered it and struck him. The pain was intense as he got knocked back, his aura kicking in and saving his life. He fell to the floor, blood dripping out.

Simon(thinking): That hurt. I should have realized that a weapon used by a priest would be strong against demons.

He felt the man's gun press against his skull.

Freed: These bullets were blessed by an exorcist. Hope they taste good you pathetic scum-

"AAAAAHHHH!!!"

Looking up, Simon could see a blonde girl around his age, holding her hands over her mouth as her eyes dart between him and the pile of corpses.

Freed: What are you doing here!? Asia. Are you done creating the barrier already!?

Asia: Y-You... Y-Y-You d-d-do T-this...?

Freed: Right, you're a newbie! Well then I guess it's time you learned!

He approached her.

Freed: This is what the job is my dear! We dispose of the filth known as devils along with those who have been bewitched by them!

Hellbent: D-Demon...

Freed: Hm?

He looks back.

Hellbent: I-I'm a demon, not a d-devil.

He had a smirk despite his condition.

Hellbent: So T-technically... you S-should let m-me go, right?

Freed: Silence!

He kicks his head.

Freed: not that it matters much, but I hope you've said your prayers!

Asia: N-No!

She ran in front of him.

Asia: W-Wait! This isn't right! We're supposed to keep peace! He didn't do anything wrong!!!

Freed: You've got to be kidding me!

Asia: Please don't! I beg you for mercy!

Freed: you made a pledge to defeat our enemies.

Asia: it doesn't matter what he is! What did he do to deserve such a fate!?

The man just smiles again.

Freed: Enough of the bullshit!!!

He grabs her wrist and threw her back to the other end of the room. He swung his sword and in a clean slash, her robe along with the rest of the clothes were shredded.

Freed: Have you lost your fucking mind!?!?!?

He pushed her up against the wall.

Freed: You got maggots infesting that empty head of yours!?!?

Tears swell up in her eyes.

Freed: Our fallen Angel friend says I'm not supposed to hurt you, but I don't give a damn about that now!

He tightened her grip, making her tears fall.

Freed: You've lost know what happens to bad Turks like you, don't you!? Why shouldn't an upstanding priest like me have my way with a filthy traitor like you!? That's not so wrong, is it!?

Asia: P-Please! Don't hurt me!!!

Hellbent was still on the ground, eyes hollow.

Hellbent:... You...

Freed: I'm what!?

He leans in.

Freed: Speak up, coward! Say your final words!!!

Hellbent: Are evil... you. are. evil.

The man laughs wildly.

Freed: Evil!? Me!?!? You're the devil here!

Hellbent: You murder... w-without reason... you kill demon before getting to know them... we are no different from you, yet you slaughter. You're the worst kind of evil.

He looks up at him, eyes still hollow.

Hellbent: You're so stupid, brainwashed or blinded by greed that you don't even realize how evil you really are, and I may die with a smile on my face, knowing that my words will remain in the back of your mind, until the day you die.

He struggles to his feet.

Hellbent: So... Priest...

He was now on his feet.

Hellbent: Prove me right!

He held his hands out, inviting an attack. Freed stood there, still holding the girl in place. He was stuck. If he let a pure bread demon get away he'd be shunned by his piers. But he had an ego to protect, and killing him now would eat at his mind for years to come.

Hellbent: Heh... Coward.

That was all he needed. He jumps at Simon.

Freed: YOU BASTARD!!!

But in a green flash, Hellbent was gone and there stood a man covered in bandages.

He grabbed Freed by the neck.

Snare-Oh: Idiot.

He slammed the priest to the floor as the bandages started wrapping around him.

Freed: W-What the hell even are you!?

He shot his pistol, striking the bandages but they regenerate.

Snare-Oh: I'm a good guy.

He was completely tied up, mouth and eyes covered and unable to move. Snare-Oh looks back to Asia, who was on the ground, trembling in fear. He walks over to her, lightly wrapping his bandages around her, causing her to flinch.

Asia: N-No! Don't please-

She stopped. The bandages wrapped around her chest and pelvis, making a makeshift top and bottom to cover her.

Asia: Oh... T-Thank you!

Snare-Oh: Of course. I'm a hero after all.

He reaches and grabs a phone, typing 911 and leaving the phone off the hook.

Snare-Oh: Let's get out of here.

Asia: O-Okay!

He left a note on his bandage and left with her.
