Simon stood in the hallway leading back to the arena. The crowd was cheering just outside. He looks at his Omnitrix, smiles and started walking.

Present Mic: On one end, we have the boy with the most versatile quick in the history of these games! You know him! You love him! It's Simon Tennyson!!!

He stepped into the light, looking out at a cheering audience. He hadn't thought of it until now, but going from a quirkless dude to basically winning the sports festival was incredible.

Present Mic: And on the other hand, we have the master of fire and ice! Son of the pro hero Endeavor and is well known so far for ending matches almost as soon as they start! It's  Shoto Todoroki!!!

The crowd was in an uproar. The final match was about to begin and after the show Midoriya had put on against Todoroki in the last round, everyone was hyped for whatever came next.

Simon:... So. Forfeit?

Todoroki: You know my answer to that.

Simon: Heh, yeah. Just thought I'd check!

He readied his Omnitrix.

Present Mic: 3...

The crowd went quiet.

Present Mic: 2...

Both students brace themselves.

Present Mic: 1...

Everyone watched with bated breath.

Present Mic: G-

A giant pillar of Ice incased the battlefield before Mic could finish his word. Everyone watched, knowing that wasn't going to keep him down for long. The ice remains in its position, unchanged.

Present Mic: It seems like Tennyson might be stuck! That that mean we have a win-

A roundhouse kick send Todoroki flying into the ice he created.

Big Chill: Big Chill!

The moth man stood ready, eyes narrowed. Todoroki instantly flung some ice shards at him that pass right through him before he retaliated, flying up and diving down. A mist falls from his mouth and froze the ground, Todoroki jumping to knock him out of the sky. The attack went through him before he gets grabbed and flown directly up, Big Chill wrapping his wings around Todoroki as they both fall.

Big Chill: Forfeit!

The ice did nothing, only trapping him in the moth man's grasp more. As they plummeted, Todoroki started using his fire, but was also met with no luck.

Big Chill: A thin layer of fur designed to live in the cold, despite being cold blooded. Pretty cool, huh?

Just like Swampfire, the fact Big Chill could perfectly counter Todoroki was a coincidence, but he wasn't gonna complain! He flew down and slammed Todoroki into the ground, going transparent last second to avoid being hit himself. He flew back up, his ice breath coating the boy in ice.

Big Chill: Is that all?

There were a few moments of nothing before a stream of Fire burst out of the ice.

Big Chill: There we are!~

Todoroki's rose up, half of his face burning with a warm orange fire.

Big Chill: Take your best shot!

He spread his wings and flew up as his opponent shot a steam of fire after him. It was messy and less controlled compared to his ice, probably due to him never training it. Taking advantage of it, he let the fire cover him but quickly turned intangible to phase through it, kicking him across the face and freezing his right foot to the ground. The boy blocked a punch from Big Chill before managing to land a hit, launching the moth back a bit before freeing his foot.

Todoroki:... Heh.

He smiles, fire and ice covering both of his hands. He dashed forward, sending waves of fire and ice at Big Chill. He dodged, weaved, and phased around the attacks but was struck again by a pillar of ice smashing him from underneath. He wasn't given a chance to recover as he was suddenly hit with ice, coating him with it followed by getting instantly hit with a fire ball that sent him flying. He managed to recover before he touched the ground, so he wasn't eliminated. He flew back in, a green flash filling coating him before he began to duplicate.

Echo Echo: Echo Echo!!!

The clones start running in, a few getting burned or frozen before all stopping.

Echo Echo: Echo....

They inhale, Todoroki making a wall of ice.

Echo Echo: STOOOOOORRRRRRMMMMM!!!!!

The sound wave shook the stadium, shattering all of the ice and knocking him back before making more and more ice. Echo Echo ran out of breath, quickly reforming into one before transforming again.

Big Chill: Big Chill!

He flew back in to hit Todoroki, the boy using both side to suddenly hit him with a blast of steam. It sent the moth spiralling to the ground. Suddenly, the Omnitrix dial glee purple.

Omnitrix: Parasite Mode, now activated!

Big Chill's eyes turned black with purple irises, black marks poking out from the eyes. Big Chill rose back up, dashing back in and grabbing Todoroki by the shirt. He spun him around and threw him up in the air. Black and white tentacles rip out from his body and grab his opponent, smashing him to the ground sending water, ice shards, and rubble flying. He threw him around some more before finally flinging him towards the end he of the area, becoming Echo Echo once more with tentacles still bursting from his back before screaming, finally putting an end to the fight.

Midnight: And Todoroki is out of bounds! That mean's Simon Tennyson is our champion!!!

Echo Echo looks around as the crowd cheers.

Simon(?(thinking)):... Praise...

He smiles.

Simon(?(thinking)):... How I've missed it...!

The Omnitrix symbol returns to green and Echo Echo collapses. The tentacles retract. Eyes become normal and he automatically transforms back to human.

Later—

After recovering, the students were escorted onto podiums as All-Might handed out the medals. Simon won, so he got the gold medal. Next came Todoroki with Silver. Bronze went to their last opponents, Midoriya and Tokoyami. All-Might walked up to Simon, putting the medal over him.

All-Might: You have a very versatile quirk. I wish you luck in your training, because I know you have the potential to be one of the greatest heroes Remnant has to offer!

Simon: Hehe. Thanks!

All-Might: As long as you start taking things seriously.

Simon: Not gonna happen.

All-Might: Fair enough, I guess.

He sighs and walks away.

All-Might: Here they are! The winners of this year's sports festival! But listen closely. Any first years could have ended up standing on these podiums. Think about what you've done today. You've challenged each other. Learned and climbed even closer toward your goals of being heroes and hunters! I think the next generation of pros is proving to be our most promising one yet! So I have one more thing to say!

He strikes a pose.

All-Might: I want to hear everyone yell it with me! You know what it is!

Everyone: PLUS ULTRA!!!!

Later—

After everything cooled down, the students returned to their classes.

Aizawa: Nice work I guess.

He was still covered in bandages.

Aizawa: You have two days of school off to recuperate. I'm sure the pros who watched the festival will wanna recruit some of you. We'll look over the draft forms and update you when you return. Get some rest, you still have a lot of training to do.

Everyone: Yes sir!

Simon got up, feeling very happy with himself. He starts walking home with Ryuko.

Ryuko: That was impressive!

Simon: Thanks! I'm just glad I had fun!

Ryuko:... heh. You're weird!

Simon: Good. Normal's boring!

They both got onto the bullhead.

Meanwhile—

We see the blonde girl from before sitting in front of the tv. She had crude drawings of Swampfire, Big Chill, Echo Echo, along with all the other aliens Simon used in the sports festival spread around her with hearts around them. She had a red blush spread across her face and a wide, almost unnerving smile. Two people walk into the living room, her parents.

Girl: Oh. Hai momma! Hai daddy!

The father just grunts, a look of annoyance while the mother refused to even look at her. They walk past her, stuffing off the tv before going to their room.

Girl:... O-Okay, see ya in the morning! I love you!

No response.

Girl:...

She gathered her stuff, walking up to her room and walking to her dresser to get changed into her Pyjamas.

???: You like the Omnitrix user?

The girl spun around, a short figure standing next to the table her drawings were on.

Girl: Yeah! You like him too!?

She was unfazed by the stranger in her room.

???: You could say that... hey. How would you like to meet him?

Girl: Really!?!?

Her eyes twinkle with excitement.

???: Yes...

What she thought was a head was actually the person's entire body. It jumps off the table as crab legs let it move forward.

???: Let me introduce myself.

He walks out from the shadows of her room.

Psychobos: My name is Dr. Psychobos. And I am going to give you the opportunity of a life time!

The girl got on her knees.

Girl: Sounds fun! When can we go meet Mr. Tennyson!?

Psychobos: Patience, my dear girl! Patience. I would like to show you something.

He pulls a case out from under the girls bed.

Psychobos: I made it for you!

He opens it, revealing a watch device similar to the Omnitrix.

Psychobos: Himiko Toga. I want you to weild my Antitrix!

Toga was star struck, her smile growing wider.
