A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL THAT PARTICIPATED

I hope you don't mind me sharing one of my first submitted to the Pub.  It is one of my favorites and my first win, not to mention it is a perfect poem to honor all the Mothers out there for Mother's Day.

Only a Moment in Time
By MystresMyna

Father time he stayed his step,
Heaven's joy could not compare.

The universe lowered its watching eye,
In the shadow of a moment, precious and rare.

For a mother's love is never quenched,
Nor washed away in a storm.

From sapling sprouts to mighty oaks,
I quickly watched them transform.

What started out as I became us,
Two branches from a single tree.

Six arms and three hearts,
The Baby, the Man, and Me.

Busted Gulch Vol. 15 Update:

Josie was upset that Jhonny had not come to meet her.  However, when she returned to the hotel she found out that he had been with his family and was relieved to know that he had not stood her up.  She waited for him and the two of them had a special moment as he asked him to help her and he agreed.
