UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT/REQUEST FROM NehpetsEnal
Update on Collaboration challenge
Hi fellow Achievement Hunter Challenge poets, I'm pleased to say that some of you have already taken up the challenge and hopefully the following notes will help you with the simple process we will use, it has to be simple or I couldn't cope.
1. MystresMyna will write the opening line starting with the word 'Why', and private message it to me and the next participant Kyra92.
2. I will update my book where all participants can see the challenges progress by clicking on the following link: https://www.wattpad.com/myworks/275312026/write/1092224284
3. Kyra92 will add the next line and then private message a copy to NehpetsEnal and the PoetsPub in the normal way and from here the cycle will continue participant by participant until the final line is written by our founder BillTemple1957.
4. Although this is my challenge to you, MystresMyna is still in charge and will be keeping the formal copy, recording points etc. and posting the completed work in the Achievement Hunter Challenge Book, so when you receive a notification that it is your turn, please ensure you private message her in good time, if you wish to earn your 14 points.
5. If any of of the invitees do not choose to participate, other participants will be given the opportunity to write another nonconsecutive line and bag the points.
6. Those invitees highlighted in bold have agreed to take part in the challenge.
(The links will be in the comments as well.)

A Ghost's Soliloquy
By ImperfectPsychotic04
What art thou looking at?
I am but a ghost,
An echo lost into the profound past,
Amongst the ominous seclusion,
That thou makest a selection,
Of bold choices amidst the determination,
I am naught,
Revered with respect,
Nor catalogued in treat,
Of a life dejectedly launched,
Into a river like seam severed,
Doth it seem divinely biased,
Mayhap misled in pleasantry of the life's treasures,
A perceptible perception seen from thine eyes,
In the discomfort of mine psyche's restlessness,
Doth suffer mine heart's melody timeless.

Our Poetic History, this week, comes from our book "Closed Doors and Open Hallways". This being one of our earliest collections, it served to not only present some amazing poems but most of the poets included a bit of an introduction to themselves. If you have a moment go check it out.
Poetry
By BrianGroover
Poetry is passion, by form constrained
To find in words what minds disdain,
To seek the hearts raw depths restrained,
And pierce, to flow again

Admiral Blue
By Alicemorris7
If I could choose a colour for you
I'd always go for admiral blue
cause just like the butterfly
you bring my world back to life
behind your dark mysterious cover
you turned out to be a perfect lover
and just like the butterfly
true beauty lies on the inside.

The Play
By Phoenixfeather102
My mind is a play,
a script carefully written.
My true self plays the actors,
Reciting each line with passion.
Every prop is real,
A world beyond this stage
Is just a memory.
Below our platform of splendor,
Rows of seats are empty,
For this is only another rehearsal,
No one shall see this grand play
Of my dreams and desires.
Carefully practiced behind closed doors,
Quiet voices read the pages of a lifetime,
Waiting for the day when the real performance will take place.
Years of practice for this moment.
There is the crowd, watching.
it is time to show them the passion of my life.
For all of our US members I want to wish you a very happy and safe Independence Day!!
I hope everyone has a wonderful week!! Remember to... keep those pens and keyboards flying!!
Cheers from you Mystres of Chatter
