A Message from Myna –

Howdy Everyone!! I hope that, wherever you are in this wondrous world, that you and yours are safe and well!!

In my part of the world this morning, the sun came up, the birds were singing, and I find myself eternally grateful to have been gifted one more day in this glorious life.  I do not wear blinders to the groanings of chaos that looms on all sides, but rather I choose to seek out that which is kind and good and inspiring!! I choose to meet the day with the expectant hope that the light will always be found in the darkest of times if we but seek it out.  I choose to believe that the hearts of all humans beat as one and we are stronger than anything chaos dishes out to us.  And when melancholy knocks at my door I shall not invite it in but banish it to the depths of the chaos that spat it out.  For now, the horizon may be obscured, yet, if we but CHOOSE to move forward with a loving and expectant heart we will not only prevail, but we will be stronger for having navigated through the dark.  I wish you all blessings, love and light!!

MARCH CONTEST –

We only have three days left in this month's contest, so if you haven't gotten all your entries in you still have a bit of time to do so.  It is obvious, that y'all have made this month's contest hard on our judges.  Not only are the poems absolutely fantastic, this has been one of our most successful contests ever!! We have well over 50 entries.

If you are new to the Pub and missed the first prompt, no worries, just jump right in.  You can find all the details in our contest book!! We have had AMAZING submissions so far!! I highly encourage you to go check them out, if you haven't yet! Our March contest will close on March 31st, midnight MST.

APRIL CONTEST -

Our April contest will be open for submissions on April 1, 2020! No foolin'!!

As an encouragement to all of our members that have joined in on the Poem-a-Week challenge I would like to invite all our Pub members to stop by and check out our Poem-A-Week challenge book, read some of the poems and leave a comment for those participating.

MARCH CHALLENGE –

Lyttlejoe's Busted Gulch Volume 13:

Petra went to Bruce and told him about Buck and asked him where Petra was. Petra was with Bruce at Lou's cabin but together, all three of them, went to get Buck back from Regan. Stray Dog went to Blankarea where met with Coal Bone in a souvenir shop. The owner of the shop asked Coal Bone and Stray Dog to take a bag of bones to Raven, calling him a thief, to Snarky Shoe, where he thought he was. The sheriff went to Tent City, a hot spot, hoping to get some information. On his way back to BG, he saw blood on the ground and 3 dead. After that, he rushed to back to Busted Gulch.
