Pub Chatter 6th Edition - July 26, 2020

Hello and Welcome!!

I must start off with an apology again, we still do not have full access to the Poets Pub or any of the other Pub sites, with one exception, the storytellers-saloon is up and running!!

Bill is working with Wattpad to see if we can get things going again. We will keep you up to date as we try to get this all figured out. Evidently, Wattpad had 200,000,000 accounts breached and as such deactivated all passwords.

As for our contests, we have not made any decisions on how we are going to handle them just yet, we are still hoping to get things resolved before we make any further decisions.

Again, I apologize for any inconvenience and we want to thank you all for your kind patience.

Cheers,
Myna

Bed in Summer
By Robert Louis Stevenson

In winter I get up at night
And dress by yellow candle-light.
In summer, quite the other way,
I have to go to bed by day.

I have to go to bed and see
The birds still hopping on the tree,
Or hear the grown-up people's feet
Still going past me in the street.

And does it not seem hard to you,
When all the sky is clear and blue,
And I should like so much to play,
To have to go to bed by day?

Busted Gulch Vol. 14 Update:

Marshall and his deputy took the prisoners to County. On the way, Alexander's gang freed Ewell and him. The Marshall was able to shoot Alexander in the shoulder as he was running away, causing him to, hopefully, bleed out to death. With the help from Donovan, Denver and him were able to bury the dead. Ray and Chuck took different guns from two crates before shaking hands with William, sealing the deal. Crates were loaded onto different wagons and taken to different places. William and his gang were then going to deal with unfinished business.

Thank you MysteriousDryad for another great update!!
