"Are you really sure you want to do this Alyssa you know we can just turn back now" Angie said
"Yeah I want to" I answered. I guessed she asked because she noticed I was sad. I was sad because I didn't know if I'd get to see my dad ever again. But then I wasn't meant to be sad. I could feel the anger started boiling up.
This wasn't totally my mom's fault. I knew she was in the cult but now she was really getting on my nerves.

We got out and walked over to the house. The place was extremely quiet and the house was quite lonely. "How do you know this place Angie?"
"Well let's be happy I know"
That didn't Answer my question..
I waited for my brain to give me any danger signal but it didn't.

"What are you waiting for Alyssa you ain't ready?"
"Oh no I'm ready", I said snapping into reality.
When we got to the doorstep something smelt very strong.
"Eww is that strawberry?", I asked Angie. I knew a lot of people fancied strawberry a lot but I didn't for crying out loud. Angie didn't seem to mind the chocking smell. "Yeah I guess so. What's wrong?"
"Nothing", I replied shaking my head. This was simply not the time to complain about not liking strawberry.

She held the door knob first attempting to open the door. "Ouch"
"What's wrong Angie?"
"I felt a shock"
I touched the door knob myself but didn't feel any shock though I could tell there was some kind of protection for the door. "It's broken Angie. The shock spell is broken"

"I'm having a bad feeling about this please let's turn back". But I didn't have a bad feeling.
"Angie what does that even mean. We just got here"
"I don't care young lady. This place isn't safe"
If Angie and I went back this whole family secrets will be kept in the dark forever and I wasn't going to allow that happen....the only solution was to...

I ran into the house without allowing Angie say a word. I could hear her cursing behind me, trying to catch up with me but I outran her and made my way into a large room with so many books.

Angie's P. O. V

Did that little rat just run away from me? I was just trying to make sure she's safe and okay and her method of telling me thank you is to go off running.
"Alyssa I swear if I get you are not going to like it".

But the girl still ran till I lost her. I looked around to see were I was and I noticed the place looked like a sitting room with way too many Teddy bears making me reminiscence about chucky that I watched not too long ago and Eww the place was filled with pictures of spiders definitely creeping me out. I almost screamed but I remembered that even as lonely as his house he still had neighbors and I didn't want to risk that.

"Alyssa please quit the game. I am sorry I suggested we go home. We'll stay and do this together please". There was still no reply. Alyssa was the most stubborn kid I had ever known.

The TV went on and it made me jump. "Alyssa?" I asked staring at the TV waiting for Alyssa to pop out of somewhere. Nothing came up and I could feel the chill running down my spine. I walked passed the sitting room trying hard not to scream. Next I was walking close to a fridge so I'd see anything that tries popping up but then the fridge went open and I saw a dead rotten woman lying inside. I screamed as I tried backing away from the fridge and I ended up falling. I tried getting up but the wooden chair on the floor was suddenly got into the air and landed on me with a loud bang. All I could do was let out an 'ouch' sound before everything before me went black.

I had found a lot of dark magic books in this room but most importantly I had found a safe and I knew something extremely important was in it but I didn't know how to open it up.

I had a loud bang from downstairs and started developing headache. I knew this sign and I knew that it wasn't a good one in any way. I had to save Angie because we were the only ones in the house. The door went open but I didn't see anyone.

"Who the fuck put this spirit proofed room in this house?", said a man when he walked into the room. I realized it was that particular spirit again, large muscles with tattered hair.
He smirked at me. "It seems we'll do this the fair style"

I thought of running away but he launched towards me way too fast. It seemed like my theory of spirits actually being stronger was actually true. He hit me right in the head and threw me across the room. I hit a table causing the books to fall on me.

"Ouch!"

He let out a sinister laugh and walked towards me....to me his slow walking steps was still to fast...I knew well enough not to run because he was way too fast and I was no runner. A book landed on my head....ouch again! I thought books were done falling on me. But then I took a look at the book and 'spell book' was written on it. If it were in a different condition I'd have smiled proudly at myself for finding the book but this was no smiling case. The man grabbed my arm and pulled me up forcefully but I was able to hide the little spell book in my pocket.

"Do you spirit have special powers, you are way too fast man"

The man looked at me with a shocked expression for a while. what was he thinking? That I was some dumb gal? Or he was probably trying to understand how I knew I knew he was a spirit. dumb thing.

"Yeah some of us do"

Again I asked an important question at the wrong time and he answered just as the other gal had. What's with them thinking that as long as they've got in me in their hands they've automatically got me.

An idea came to my mind. I bit him with all my might and he let out a scream and let go of my hands. Serves you right. He didn't remember that as long as this is spirit proof he is able to feel pains here. Ha! He must've thought he was immortal or he was too distracted.

I landed my back and got up immediately. This wasn't the time to lie on the floor and do nothing. I opened the spell book hoping to find something to use on the tough guy. "You little bitch!"

Uh-uh I could see he was ready to rip me into pieces. A spell got my eyes immediately. A freezing spell! As funny as the spell was I managed to read it fast enough because the man was in the air about to pounce on me. I was planning on dodging if I couldn't read the spell fast though, I don't play WWE.

I couldn't resist the giggle that forced it way out of my throat and out of my mouth. I had forgotten what I planned on doing at first. I wanted the safe opened now.

Mary's P.O.V

I felt so happy with myself for not attending that funeral. A lot of people had called to tell me something terrible happened and the funeral couldn't hold but I didn't care so I didn't pay attention to the details of what really happened. He had betrayed me so much but Louis had given me a new life and a new family. I loved him! I couldn't wait to speak to him and tell him how much I love him. I was planning on seeing him today so I got up from my bed to get ready to get ready. Also I had to escape from anybody that was going to try to pay a visit me to sympathize. I didn't need it. I was also planning to discuss Alyssa to Louis, she wasn't behaving like her former self and it was damn too weird.

Alyssa's P.OV

I had begun my search for the key's safe when the door went open again and I rolled my eyes. "Yes you've come to take me again I know" I turned to find an infuriated and bleeding Angie.

"I am so sorry for running off like that Angie. But what the hell happened to you."

"Yeah right I do" she said also telling me what happened and she kept rolling her eyes it landed on the man in the air before she let out a laugh....I had to agree the man was just too hard to resist...

I let out a laugh too even if her experience wasn't funny. A dead woman in a fridge? Enjoy the moment while it lasts.

"You owe me an explanation Alyssa"

So I did explain everything to her and she nodded. "So we've successfully scattered the house, a spirit is frozen in the library and you want me to help you find a key to the safe in Louis' room?"

"Yeah". That was all I could think of. She rolled her eyes again before accepting. "Fine Alyssa I'm doing this because I trust you to know what you are doing but if there's no spare key in his room we are going home"

I nodded. We had to find the spare room. This safe didn't have just a key it had to have other keys if even the spell book couldn't open it.
