Alex took the rest of the day going through the top American villians that were experimenters but none of them were 01's master. Some were recognized, and all that were recognized were Japanese, and already dead.

Eventually Alex has to go to Villians that weren't a part of the US but well known, and only when he got to the Japanese ones did 01 start reacting.

"This one" Alex asked and 01 just yawned accidentally sending a small spark of black lightning towards the paper and Alex. Causing him to drop the burning paper covered in black fire with surprise.

"I guess that's a 'no' then" Alex grumbled before trying to grab the stack of papers from the table, only to miss and have them all spill over onto the ground, with only one staying, the very bottom one.

01 saw who it was first and the picture looked so real that it actually thought that it's master was frowning because of the dragon, and it caused 01 to slip backwards and fall onto the floor, hiding.

"This one?" Alex said pointing to the paper on the desk and there was a quick cutting noise before the entire bottom of the table suddenly tipped forwards and the metal platform of the bed hit the ground on its side, with the flat side coincidentally facing Alex like a barrier. Alex stood there stunned at what just happened and then he leaned over the table to see 01 shivering on the ground curled up in a ball.

"M-master" it's eyes were closed and its entire body was shaking and Alex softly pet its head.

"He's not actually here" he said trying to calm the freighters dragon down, "it's just a picture, he can't do anything from inside of it." The little dragon was still unable to process his words so Alex got up and looked at the picture, not having seen it clearly from when the table was separated from the floor.

The person on the picture had no nose or eyes, it was pretty much just a man with a big, smiling mouth, like he wanted to have his picture taken. Alex was shocked once more when he saw the number one most feared Villian in the world smiling at the camera, with fire and destruction in the background.

This creature's Master is All for One?! Alex looked at the still shaking creature on the floor and now understood why it acted the way it did. I cannot let him get 01 again, at any cost. I need to tell Arlington and the others about this.

Alex looked at the creature one last time before moving towards the door.

"Do you want to come and see Arlington?" Alex said and 01 shakily nodded and stood up, the picture of All for One was in Alex's pocket, but 01 didn't even look at the other pictures, now in the trash, as it walked towards Alex and the door.

When the two got to the hero's Headquarters near the middle of the city the first thing 01 heard was the sound of Arlington yelling, from a hundred floors up in a conference room.

It immediately tore open the car once again and ripped through the the doors of the building. Everyone in the building wasn't given time to react as 01 unconsciously used its Time Power and traveled up the elevator shaft to the hundredth floor, where it stopped and listened. Time resumed and it heard Arlington still yelling in the conference room.

01 subconsciously used his time power again and jumped through the doors, time resuming just as the shards of wood cascaded around him. He looked at Arlington, who had stopped yelling and was looking at him in confusion, and 01 looked back at him and then around the room of shocked American Hero's and cocked its head. Confused.

Suddenly all of the other hero's other than Arlington jumped towards 01 in an attempt to restrain it, but every person that did were just walked around or under using his time powers.

"Everyone stop!" Arlington yelled and 01 stopped moving around people and everyone stopped trying to catch it.

"This the creature  that I was talking about" Arlington said walking over to 01 and patting it's head. Of which 01 just stepped away from, still uncomfortable with the touch and it looked back at the pile of frustrated Hero's that had tried to go after it.

"Destroy?" It asked cocking its head and looking at them and then at Arlington, its main destructive beam of power heating up its mouth in the process.

"No" Arlington said clamping 01's mouth shut and causing the dragon's attack to halt. "These are friends and people that shouldn't be destroyed. Though some of them certainly deserve it" Arlington didn't say that last part aloud because it would only make the situation worse and the people he had in mind would've known and immediately attacked him for it.

"Wait you're saying that small dragon is the creature that's so dangerous?" A female hero stood up from the pile that was chasing 01 and started towards Arlington.

"Yes, and he does not do well around yelling" Arlington said, the creature at his feet already scooting further back from the shouting lady.

"I DON'T CARE. IT HUMILIATED ME AND MY POWER AND IT NEEDS TO BE RESTRAINED!" She yelled and 01 was shaking in fear now, suddenly an invisible sphere formed around 01 and lifted it up three feet off of the ground. Causing 01 to slightly freak out and slightly wonder what was happening out of curiosity.

"Really. You could've done that this entire time Fielder and yet you watched all of that transpire?" A creature with the head, fur, and anatomy of a black wolf but the structure of a man said looking at another creature that was the same but that of a Panther. Who of which she just scowled at, and he bared his teeth at her as she spoke.

"It was a good distraction to this boring meeting of you men just yelling all of the time" she purred and the wolf-man growled even louder, and suddenly they all felt their power having been suppressed, not just one person specifically, all of them were effected as 01 sensed the conflict arising and was starting to get anxious and frightened by it.

"Great" Arlington sighed feeling his strength enhancing power fade away as 01 ran over and hid behind him, "can you stop suppressing our powers little one?"

"That little dragon can nullify that many abilities so easily?" Panther-lady said looking at 01 in awe. Everyone started testing out their powers as 01's nullification power faded away and when everyone stopped 01 wasn't by Arlington anymore.

01 saw one of the people testing out a crackling power that sounded like the machine underneath The Bed so it walked over and hopped up onto the table before hopping onto the person testing out the temporarily frozen crackling power of blue light.

Time resumed and the person testing out their power suddenly found a curious dragon hanging over their neck, and in response, their power activated defensively and lit up their entire body with electricity.

01 felt the same feeling when master put The Bed at around a quarter power, it hurt a little but it felt nice at the same time. 01 had unconsciously shrank down to the size of a house cat so that he could hold onto the person's shoulders as they suddenly screamed and ran around trying to get the little dragon off by using their electricity.

"Get it off of meee!" He screamed running around and Arlington and the others turned to the flashy spectacle of Lightning running around with a tiny dragon on his shoulders with its tail wrapped around the other side of his neck.

"Arlington what's happening?" A owl like person with a man's body but the head and wings of an owl, but without human arms having been replaced by the wings or legs as they were that of a bird's.

"Maybe it likes electricity" another said and they all stayed silent as Lightning ran out of power. Eventually falling unconscious onto the table. And Alex took that time to run through the broken door.

01 became normal size again and climbed onto the conference table that was almost ten times larger than it. It looked over at Lightning and then at everyone else confused.

"Is this human the one that powers The Bed?" It asked tilting its head, "but The Bed never stopped working. Human only felt like what master says is 25% power?"

"What's 'The Bed' Arlington?" the Panther-lady asked and Alex answered instead.

"It sounds like it was a big metal bed that the creature slept on, and apparently it had a electric generator connected to it" Alex said that and then walked up to the front, "and this was the man that was trying to turn this thing into a mindless weapon that he could control"

The picture of All for One was pinned to the board at the front near the door and everyone gathered around to see it, and once they did they all gasped with shock or growled in anger.

"You mean to say that that little dragon is the personal weapon that All for One was using to create all of that destruction over in Japan?" A big man, though smaller than Arlington said turning towards 01 in anger.

"No" Alex said and the man stopped and looked back now confused. "They were using it as a testing organism for powers and strength factors to make other weapons that don't have conscious thoughts. 01 calls them Nomus"

"Wait. Who's 01?" The Panther-lady asked and the Wolf-man cocked his head slightly in curiosity as well and all Alex did was motion to 01 sitting in the desk looking at its claws as it scratched up the surface of the table.

"Really?" Panther-lady exclaimed before walking over to it still listening as the dog man asked a question.

"How long has it been an experiment?" He asked growling slightly already. Him and Panther-lady knew what it was like to be experimented on.

"I believe that it's spent all it's life in some sort of facility" Alex said and the Wolf-man growled louder clenching his fists and Panther-lady, still walking towards 01 growled softly.

"Ask him for yourself how old he is and if he's ever been outside of wherever he was" Alex said and everyone looked at Panther-lady who didn't pay them any attention anymore.

"Hi little one" she said coming up to 01 and it tilted his head at her in confusion.

"You didn't come after me like the others" it said, "why?" The Panther woman was a little surprised, it had noticed that she was just watching, but it didn't seem to look her way at all unless one of its powers allows it to...

"You and the other creature don't look like the humans" the little dragon cut off her thought process as it asked another question seemingly distracted for the moment.

"Me and Gray were humans once, but bad things happened and made us the way we are now" the Panther-lady said and then suddenly smiled. The sudden action causing 01 to go into a defensive state, but seeing that she wasn't attacking he cocked his head.

"What are you doing with your face?" It asked and Panther-lady's smile went away.

"It's called a smile" she said, this creature's had it much tougher than me and Gray. "Haven't you smiled before"

"No. Master smiled sometimes but it was always when he was about to tell me that they had a new Nomu that I had to fight or when they wanted to put more things inside of me. The little metal sticks that stab you and the liquid inside that slowly disappears and then the burning starts.

"I was told that it was pain, but I like Burning feeling better. There was a human named Pain, he liked to cause his name to me on The Bed, or in the Arena" 01 was tapping the desk with its claws nervously.

"Well you aren't at the Arena anymore and you're far away from your master and his friends" the Panther-lady said and 01 nodded before looking out the window.

"But the burning inside never goes away, and..." the little dragon seemed to get lost in thought while looking outside the window before suddenly jumping up. It's claws raking across the table and it's tail cutting a long line all the way towards Lightning. Of where it hit an invisible field of energy and stopped.

"I never told you my name" the Panther-lady said suddenly distracting 01 from whatever it had been thinking about
