The initial part of the ride was silent, until Jay and Carlos started raiding the candies that were available to them. Rage and Misery were looking intently at the sweets as well before looking to Demitri for permission, to which the boy nodded before they started helping themselves. Evie just grabbed a piece of rock candy after the boys and imps had their raid, and Demitri couldn't help but try the sour gummy worms while Mal just played with the remote. Pushing the main button, the divider separating the kids with the driver lowered, and Evie looked behind her to see them heading straight for the edge of the island.

"Look!" She calls, getting everyone's attention.

"It's a trap!" Carlos yells before all the kids started freaking out, holding on to each other and screaming as they waited for the limo to drive off of the edge and into the water. Luckily, that never happened, as a magic bridge appeared and the limo kept driving normally.

"Wait, what was that?" Demitri asked after they all calmed down and realized they were safe.

"Maybe it's magic!" Misery answered.

"Hey." Mal says, tapping the remote to get the driver's attention, "Did this little button just open up the magic barrier?"

"No." The driver responds, "This one opens the magic barrier." He then holds up another remote. "That one opens my garage. And this button..." He doesn't finish the sentence as he presses the button and brings the divider back up.

The rest of the drive went back to mostly silence as the group arrived at Auradon. That is, until Jay and Carlos started fighting over random stuff. This continued until they stopped in front of Auradon Prep, and the two fell out of the car. Evie carefully stepped out around them, followed by Mal, Misery, Rage, and Demitri. Shortly after, Fairy Godmother approached, with two other students the group didn't recognize.

"Just cleaning up." Jay says to her after he and Carlos stop fighting.

"Leave it like you found it!" Fairy Godmother says in a singsong voice, "And by that, I mean just leave it."

Jay then reluctantly threw everything back in the limo while Rage and Misery laughed, earning a snap from Demitri to be quiet.

"Hello, foxy." He then says to the brunette girl behind Fairy Godmother, "The name's Jay."

She just laughed awkwardly before Fairy Godmother continued.

"Welcome to Auradon Prep. I'm Fairy Godmother. Headmistress."

"The Fairy Godmother?" Mal asked, "As in 'Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo?'"

"Bibbidi-Bobbidi you know it!" She responds.

"Yeah, I always wondered what it felt like for Cinderella, when you just appeared, out of nowhere, with that sparkly wand, and warm smile, and that sparkly wand." Mal continues, trying to play nice.

"That was a long time ago." Fairy Godmother says, "And as I always say, 'Don't focus on the past or you'll miss the future!'"

Rage laughed before earring another snap and a glare from Demitri before going quiet again.

"Oh, and I see you've brought some... friends." Fairy Godmother says, noticing them.

"They're my imps." Demitri informs her, "They go where I go, and their inclusion was they only way I would have remotely agreed to come. That won't be too much of a problem, I hope."

"Well, we might have to make some extra housing accommodations..." Fairy Godmother starts, "Since we only expected the five of you."

"We can stay wherever he is." Misery chimes in. "We don't even need beds. Chairs or floor will be just fine."

"Yeah, what they said." Rage adds.

"Okay, well that makes things easier." Fairy Godmother responds, "We'll just do that for you two then."

"It's so good to finally meet you all." The boy behind Fairy Godmother says, stepping forward, "I'm Ben."

"Prince Benjamin." The brunette interrupts, "Soon to be king."

"You had me at prince." Evie says, stepping forward "My mom's a queen, which makes me a princess."

"The Evil Queen has no royal status here, and neither do you." The girl responds.

"This is Audrey." Ben introduces.

"Princess Audrey." She corrects, "His girlfriend. Right, Bennyboo?"

"Ben and Audrey are going to show you all around, and I'll see you tomorrow." Fairy Godmother tells the group. "The doors of wisdom are never shut! But the library hours are from 8:00 to 11:00. And as you may have heard, I have a little thing about curfews."

The group awkwardly laughs in response as she leaves, along with the marching band that was there to greet them, leaving just the other kids.

"It's so, so, so, good to finally meet you all." Ben says after an awkward pause, going to shake hands with each of the VKs, staring with Jay who slugged him in the arm. The then went over to Mal who just gave him a look before he continued. "This is a momentous occasion, and one that I hope will go down in history as the day our two peoples began to heal." As he spoke, he continued to shake hands with Carlos, Evie, Misery, Demitri, and Rage.

"Or the day that you showed seven peoples where the bathrooms are." Mal says, in a bit of an attempt to mock him.

"A little bit over the top?" He asked.

"A little more than a little bit." She responds.

"Well, so much for my first impression." Ben says.

"Hey! You're Maleficent's daughter, aren't you?" Audrey asks Mal, "Yeah, you know what? I totally do not blame you for your mother trying to kill my parents and stuff. Oh, my mom's Aurora. Sleeping-"

"-Beauty." Mal interrupts, "Yeah, I've heard the name. You know, and I totally do not blame your grandparents for inviting everyone in the whole world, but my mother to their stupid christening."

"Water under the bridge." Audrey says.

"Totes!" Mal responds before the two share a fake laugh. The tension and immediate rivalry between the two already felt amongst the group.

"Okay! So, how about a tour?" Ben asks, trying to break the tension before leading the group to the school. "Auradon Prep, originally built over 300 years ago and converted into a high school by my father when he became king." The group was led by a statue of King Adam, which turned into the Beast when Ben clapped his hands, causing Carlos to scream and leap into Jay's arms. "Carlos, it's okay." Ben assured him, "My father wanted his statue to morph from beast to man to remind us that anything is possible."

"Does he shed much?" Mal asks.

"Yeah, Mom won't let him on the couch." Ben replies before they continue.

"I like him." Rage says to Demitri.

"Yeah, he's funny." Misery adds.

"So, you guys have a lot of magic here at Auradon?" Mal asks, "Like wands and things like that?"

"Yeah, it exists of course, but it's pretty much retired."

"Why though?" Demitri asks, "If you have magic, wouldn't you want to use it?"

"One of the main reasons was to not give those who have it any unfair advantages against those who don't. But that's mostly a formal thing for the school. That, and most of us here are just ordinary mortals."

"Who happened to be kings and queens." Mal adds.

"That's true." Audrey responds, "Our royal blood goes back hundreds of years."

One of the boys from the band earlier walked by, and Ben called him over.

"This is Doug." Ben introduced, "He's gonna help you with your class schedules and show you the rest of the dorms." He then walks over to Mal and says "I'll see you later, okay?" before going back to addressing the group. "And if there is anything you need, feel free to-"

"Ask Doug." Audrey interrupts before she and Mal share another fake laugh and leaving with Ben.

"Hi, guys," Doug says to the group, "I'm Dopey's son? As in Dopey, Doc, Bashful, Happy, Grumpy, Sleepy, and..." He pauses when he sees Evie watching him. "Heigh-ho."

"Evie. Evil Queen's daughter."

"Okay, so about your classes. I put in the requirements already." Doug continues, "History of Woodsmen and Pirates, Safety Rules for the Internet, and Remedial Goodness 101."

"Let me guess... new class?" Mal asks, and Doug nods in response. "Come on guys. Let's go find our dorms."

The group heads up the nearby staircase to look for the rooms, but when Doug points them in another direction, they instead head that way. When the found the right area, they noticed that the rooms had two main hallways. One for the girls and one for the guys. Mal and Evie started to split off from Jay, Carlos, and Demitri, but Rage and Misery didn't move.

"Hey guys. Come on, move it." Demitri says to them.

"Sorry, boss." Rage replies, "It's just that-"

"We don't know which way we should go." Misery adds. "We want to go with you, but we're not..."

"Why wouldn't you both be with me anyway?" Demitri asks.

"Well, we don't know if they would make me go with the girls." Misery continues. "At least at night. I don't think it would be a problem if I stay with you during the day."

"Okay, I get it." Demitri responds before looking to Mal and Evie "You guys cool if Mis spends the nights with you guys if they need to?"

"Of course! They're always welcome!" Evie responds.

"Fine with me." Mal adds.

"Great. That settles it. And while we're at it, Misery, whenever you're with the girls, you listen to Mal."

"Understood, sir." They reply.

"Now, come on. Let's get to our rooms already."

The group then split off again, this time with the imps following Demitri and the guys, as they found where they would all be staying for a while and started to more or less settle in.
