NOTES

--- so Charlie here is undercover at The Hotel Cortez because of its history of having people to be missing once they're in that hotel (if you know then you know) and she and other detectives in the precinct decide to crack this case even if some of it doesn't makes sense (aka supernatural related)

--- she checks in the hotel with a fake name under 'Juliette Halloway' and she basically acts like a whole different person

--- Charlie is really suspicious about James and also when she finds out that he actually died. Everything in her starts spinning because she can't believe it!!!

--- James originally wants to kill her but then he slowly falls in love with her. So he hesitate with his choice

--- Liz doesn't notice that James has taken a liken (aka falling in love) with Charlie but she does see some signs

--- Charlie is the final girl in this story, meaning she's not going to be one of James's victim

--- even though James falls in love with her, Charlie doesn't because he's a serial killer and also a ghost which is her worst nightmare

--- in the end, James and Charlie did not end up together

--- funfact: picking a faceclaim for Charlie is actually hard for me because I don't know many female detective roles :(
