At night.

Its almost midnight and Karan is sleeping in his room. He wakes up, when he gets a call.

Karan (sleepily): Hello??

Otherside: Good morning, Mr. Handsome!!

Karan (fully awake): Princess!! Itni raat ko good morning!!

Nyra chuckles over the phone.

Karan: Waise...tumhe mera phone number kaise pata??

Nyra: Uffo, aap kitne dumb ho...aapne mera activities ka form bhara tha na...tab le liya!!

Karan: Ohh...toh tum abhi tak soyi kyun nahi??

Nyra: Mujhe neend nahi aa rahi thi... Aur mujhe aapki yaad bhi aa rahi thi!!

Karan (smiles): Mujhe bhi tumhari bohot yaad aa rahi thi!! Achcha ek baat batao...tumhe cupcakes pasand hai na??

Nyra: Haan...

Karan: Toh jab tum Sunday ko ghar par aaogi na toh mein tumhare liye khud cupcakes banaunga!!

Nyra (chuckles): Thank you, Mr. Handsome!!

They keep talking about each other and soon Nyra falls asleep.

Karan: Aur tumhari mom ka naam kya hai??

No answer.

Karan: Hello, princess?? (smiles)..lagta hai so gayi...Goodnight, princess...I love you...

Nyra (mumbles in sleep): I love you Mr. Handsome...

Karan smiles and cuts the call. He too sleeps.

Next morning.

Rohan and Kartik jump on Karan's bed waking him up.

Karan (waking up): Kya hua!!

Rohan/Kartik: Aaj Saturday hai aur hume bahar jaana hai!!

Karan: Toh jao na...woh raha darwaaza...mujhe sone do!!

He covers himself with the duvet but they, being small, crawl inside the blanket in front of him. He opens his eyes and mentally slaps himself.

Karan: Kya hai boys!!

Rohan: Hum bhi bahar ghumne jaana chahte hai...Nyru bhi shopping par jaa rahi hai!! Aap bhi chalo na humare saath!!

Kartik: Please dad...

Karan (frowns): Okay, get ready, mein aata hu!!

Rohan/Kartik: Yaaayy!!

They leave, Karan smiles.

Arora mansion.

Nyra jumps on Shrishti's bed, scaring her.

Shrishti (waking up): Earthquake!!

Nyra laughs. Shrishti sees her and tickles her.

Nyra: Hottie bas...(laughing)...

Shrishti stops and hugs her.

Shrishti: Kya hua sweetheart bolo..

Nyra: Aap aur mumma ne promise kiya tha ki hum aaj shopping par jayenge!!

Preeta: Toh phir chalo...jaake ready ho jao!!

Nyra: Yaaayy!!

She hugs Preeta.

Nyra: I love you mumma...

Preeta: I love you too jaan...

Nyra goes to get ready.

Preeta: Shrishti...tune jin logo ka contract liya tha...unka naam mentioned nahi tha..

Shrishti: Haan di, woh shayad mention karna bhul gaye honge..

Preeta: Haan...chal ready hoja...shopping par chalte hai...

In the afternoon.

Preeta, Shrishti and Nyra reach the mall and start shopping.

Karan, Sameer, Kartik and Rohan too come to the same mall and start shopping.

All of them enter the same shore room, unaware of each others presence.

Preeta, Shrishti and Nyra go to the ladies section, while the others go to mens section.

Karan is wandering here and there and enters the kids section. He finds a dress for Nyra and decides to present it to her.

Karan: But kya usse pasand aayegi??

"Bilkul aayegi"

Karan (turning): Sammy...are you sure??

Sameer: Bhai...Nyra aapse bohot pyaar karti hai...I am sure aap usse yeh denge na...toh woh bohot khush hogi..

Karan smiles and takes the dress. Sameer is happy to see Karan smiling.

Just then Kartik comes there.

Kartik: Dad...yeh try karo na aap...aap par bohot suit karegi!!

Karan: Okay, junior tum log yahi wait karo...mein try karke aata hu..

Kartik: Okay.

Karan goes to the trial room but sees that it is full. He sneaks into the ladies trial room and forgets to lock the door.

Meanwhile.

Nyra hands over a dress to Preeta to try. She goes to the trial room to change and mistakenly enters Karan's trial room.

Karan is shocked to see a girl. He quickly dresses himself up. Preeta turns around and is shocked to see a boy. She is about to shout but Karan keeps his hand on her mouth.

Both are shocked to see each other. They get lost in each others eyes.

Pal ek pal mein hi tham sa gaya
Tu haath mein haath jo de gaya

He removes his hand and Preeta is just too shocked to react. Memories of getting locked in a trial room earlier come flashing by.

Chalu mein jahaan jaaye tu
Daayein mein tere, baayein tu
Hoon rut mein, hawayein tu
Saathiya...

Both have tears in their eyes. He is looking at her after seven years. She felt his touch after seven years. Karan smiles but Preeta closes her eyes. He caresses her face and she feels his touch.

Tu ishq ke saare rang de gaya
Phir kheench ke apne sang le gaya

He hugs her tightly and she too responds, letting the tears flow.

Kahi pe kho jaaye chal
Jahaan yeh ruk jaaye pal
Kabhi na phir aaye kal
Saathiya...

She comes back to her senses and pushes him, wiping her tears.

Karan: Kaisi ho tum...

Preeta (angry): Waisi toh bilkul nahi...jaisi tumhe chod kar gayi thi!!

Karan: Woh toh dikh raha hai...

He says, looking at her from top to bottom.

Preeta:  Tum??

Karan (smiles): Bilkul waisa jaise tum chod ke gayi thi...

Preeta: Baaki sab kaise hai??

Karan: Sab tumhare bina adhure hai...Tumhe pata hai...junior...8 saal ka hogaya...bilkul tumhari tarah hai...aur Rishabh aur Nisha bhabhi ka bhi ek beta hai 7 saal ka...jo bilkul..

Preeta: Tumhari tarah hai...

Karan smiles tearfully and nods.

Karan: Sarla maa aur Shrishti kaise hai??

Preeta: Maa thik hai...aur Shrishti bhi...

She doesn't tell him about Nyra.

Karan: Bohot miss karta hu mein tumhe...

Preeta (sternly): Par mein nahi karti...

Kyunki miss unhe kiya jaata hai jo aapse dur ho...par Nyra humesha mujhe tumhara ehsaas dilati hai...puri ki puri tumhari carbon copy hai...

Karan: Sameer se nahi milogi??

Preeta: Mann nahi hai...

She turns to leave but Karan holds her hand.

Preeta: Karan mera haath chodo...

Karan: Kya tum mujhe kabhi maaf nahi karogi??

Preeta: Maaf toh unhe kiya jaata hai jinki koi galti ho...tumhari kya galti thi...(chuckles tearfully)...galti meri thi ki mujhe laga ki humare relationship mein trust hai!! I am sorry, Mr. Luthra!!

Karan: Babyd...

Preeta (angry): Its Preeta Arora for you!!!

She slams the door and leaves. On the way she meets Sameer, who is shocked to see her.

Sameer: Kaise ho aap bha...

Preeta: Mein thik hu Sameer...par tumhara bhai...shayad woh thik nahi hai...aadate abhi tak badli nahi...aaj bhi ladies trial room mein ghusta hai...

Sameer smiles.

Karan (coming from behind): Mein achchi aadate badalta nahi...

Preeta gets angry and leaves from there.

Sameer: Bhai...

Karan (smiling): I am fine Sammy...don't worry...woh bas thodi si naraaz hai...lekin mein usse mana lunga...after all I am...

"The Karan Luthra..."

Both of them turn to find Shrishti, smiling tearfully.

Karan too smiles. She runs to hug him.

Shrishti: I missed you jijz...

Karan: I missed you to meri fan no.1.

Shrishti: Mein di ko manane mein aapki help karungi...

Karan smiles.

Sameer: After all aap dono ki love story ke eye witness hum hi the!!

Just then Preeta comes there.

Preeta: Chal Shrishti...

Shrishti and Preeta are about to leave when Preeta's phone rings.

Preeta: Hello...yes...don't worry jaan...aap humara car mein wait karo hum aate hai...

Karan gets jealous hearing Preeta call someone jaan.

Preeta: Okay bye...I love you too jaan..
(she cuts the call) Chal Shrishti.

Karan feels a pinch in his heart hearing her last words on the call.

They too leave with Kartik and Rohan.
