Everyone was in the waiting room waiting to learn if Starscream would be ok, When Cryak, Optimus and Scoop came back and reported that unfortunately Pharma had escaped but Optimus had managed to calm Cryak down by basically giving her a cool down hug.

And Scoop showed them the footage of the chase to try to lighten the mood seeing everyone was worried about Starscream.

(What happened on the recording.)

Cryak was chasing Pharma who was running away in a panic then managed to hide behind some rock and thought he was safe until Cryak suddenly grabbed him by the shoulder.

"HERE'S GRANNY!!!" Roared an angry Cryak as Pharma screamed in horror before somehow managing to escape from her grip and took off running as fast as his legs would carry him.

Optimus Prime rushed after them and Scoop followed them all with the camera rolling, And then Megatron who just happened to be walking down the street coming from the opposite direction saw Cryak running in his direction in a rage and took off running in terror after letting out a bloodcurdling scream thinking Cryak was after him.

At one point Megatron broke off from the chase and run inside of a cave, While Cryak continued after Pharma but lost him a few moments later and started flipping out until Optimus run over and wrapped his arms around her.

"Cryak stop we will get him and bring him to justice later right now we need to go to the hospital and be there for Starscream and Lightning Blaze they need you." Optimus told her gently and she went back to normal and she and Optimus Prime held hands as Optimus called for a ground bridge and they went thought it together.

"Well that was an interesting chase and covers the action portion of the story." Scoop said into the camera. "Better go check on Megatron and see if he's okay."

Then Scoop walked into the cave still rolling and found Megatron rocking himself in the fetal position crying.

"Cryak please don't hurt me, Cryak please don't hurt me!" Megatron kept whimpering over and over again.

"She wasn't after you she was after Pharma." Scoop explained as he petted the former Decepticon leader on the back.

"Really?" Megatron said relieved. "Wait you aren't filming this are you?"

"Of course not." Scoop told him with his fingers crossed then left the cave and said goodbye to Megatron.

"Hope he doesn't kill me for this later." Scoop said to the camera after going through the ground bridge then turned it off before entering the hospital.

(Footage ends.)

"Hope Starscream will be ok." Said Moonracer who had come down to check on everyone and been filled in on everything after Knock Out asked her to since he wasn't aloud off his medical berth and was worried about Starscream and Lightning Blaze so asked her to check on them for him.

Windblade was watching Lightning Blaze who was worried about Starscream and kept saying, "Stars." over and over again with tears in her optics.

"Don't worry Starscream is strong he'll be okay." Windblade tried to reassure the baby predacon As she gently hugged then petted her.

Suddenly they heard loud alarms coming from the operating room and all rush over to see what was going on and First Aid came out and explained that Starscream had just taken a turn for the worst and Ratchet was working hard to save the seeker but didn't know if he would survive or not.

Cryak and Windblade both broke down as soon as they heard the news and then everyone became worried when they saw that Lightning Blaze had disappeared.

"Oh no she must have been scared off by the alarms, I'm so sorry I only turned my back for a second to learn what was going on with Starscream." Windblade said worried about the baby predacon and feeling responsible.

"Don't worry Windblade we'll find her." Cryak told her as everyone split up to look for Lightning Blaze.

Meanwhile Starscream opened his optics and found himself in a place with nothing but white.

"Have I become one with the All spark?" Starscream asked taking in his surroundings.

"No son your in limbo this is a kind of in between your having a close call but it isn't your time yet." Said another seeker who suddenly appeared.

"Who are you?" Asked Starscream.

"My name is Ulchtar." The other seeker who looked almost identical to Starscream explained.

"Ulchtar?" Starscream responded feeling shocked. "Your my Dad I was too young to remember but Mom told me what your name was."

"Yes and I'm proud of you." Starscream's Dad smiled.

"But how can you be proud of me after all the harm I caused when I was a Decepticon?" Starscream asked letting his wings drop.

"But you changed for the better and you've more then made up for it, I'm proud of how far you've come and how much you've changed and grown." Ulchtar told his son. "And there's a couple here who want to thank you."

Then two predacons approached and Starscream realized they were Lightning Blaze's parents.

"We wanna thank you for saving and taking care of our daughter." Lightning Blaze's Mom told him.

"If not for you and Knock Out taking her in she would've died." Lightning Blaze's Dad added. "We already thanked Knock Out when we met him while he was in his coma."

"So is he ok?" Starscream asked after they mentioned the red medic.

"Yes he already went back because it wasn't his time either." Lightning Blaze's Mom explained and Starscream was relieved to learn that his best friend was ok.

"Well we need to go back to the Allspark and you need to get back to the living." Said Lightning Blaze's Dad.

"But I have something I want to tell you first I want you to give a message to your mother." Ulchtar told Starscream.

Meanwhile Lightning Blaze was wandering around the hallway of the hospital having run off after the alarms in the operating room had frightened her because predacons had more sensitive audio receptors.

Now she was lost and looking around for anyone she recognized when she heard Knock Out's voice from in his hospital room down the hallway because he was actually trying to call Moonracer to ask about Lightning Blaze and Starscream but his com-link wasn't working.

Upon hearing her Dad 2's voice Lightning Blaze started happily fluttering her wings as she smiled and started running to the room at the end of the hallway where she heard Knock Out's voice coming from.

When she bumped into someone and looked up to see that it was Pharma who had snuck into the hospital.

"Well if it isn't the little predacon pest." Pharma mocked in dark amusement. "I was actually coming to finish off Knock Out but you'll be much more satisfying."

Remembering how Pharma had attacked and chased her Lightning Blaze quickly ran under a desk and Pharma started trying to reach under to force her out as she kept dodging away from his servo.

Terrified for her life Lightning Blaze let out several yelps until she ended up screaming. "Knock Out!"

"Oh isn't that cute calling for Daddy too bad he can't save you." Pharma hissed.

"Wanna bet!" Knock Out growled as he hit Pharma with the pole from the IV that had been given him an energon drip after hearing his name yelled from down the hallway and seeing what Pharma was trying to do to his daughter and to say Knock Out was angry would be an understatement.

Knock Out delivered several punches to Pharma's faceplates.

"This is for attacking and scaring Lightning Blaze!, This is for Starscream!, This is for being a jerk!, And this is for knocking me off a cliff and messing up my paint job!" The red medic yelled after each punch.

Then Knock Out looked over at Lightning Blaze to make sure she was ok, But Pharma took that opportunity to stab Knock Out with a scalpel before slamming him into the wall having taken him off guard, Pharma continued to beat Knock Out who hadn't fully recovered and really shouldn't have even been up.

When suddenly Pharma felt something zap him right in the butt, And looked to see that it had been Lightning Blaze using her lightning breath.

"Stars!" She hissed.

Then Knock Out took the opportunity to push Pharma away from him and quickly scooped up Lightning Blaze and took off down the hall wanting to get her away from Pharma and to safety.

Knock Out quickly ducked into his office which was where they had put all his and Starscream's weapons when they were baby proofing the house except for two missiles Starscream kept on him and Knock Out saw and drill that were built in in case they needed to defend themselves or Lightning Blaze.

"Knock Out?" Lightning Blaze said looking at the damage Pharma had just done to him.

"Don't worry I'll be fine." Knock Out assured her then gently kissed her on the forehead before checking her over and was relieved to see that she was fine, But he knew they weren't safe yet.

"Sweetie I need you to stay in here for a bit I'll let you out when it's safe." Knock Out promised as he locked Lightning Blaze in the broom closet in order to hide her, wanting her to be safe and not caught in the crossfire knowing Pharma would find them any minute and the only way out was to confront him.

As soon as Lightning Blaze was safe inside the closet Knock Out started tending to the worst of his injuries and pulled the scalpel Pharma had stabbed him with that was still in his shoulder fortunately it had only been a mesh wound that he quickly welded shut so he wouldn't have to worry about bleeding out and the rest of his damage had been minor as well.

Though he did have to keep back a cry of pain when removing the scalpel not wanting to scare Lightning and another reason he hid her before treating his injuries is because he didn't want her to see them again not wanting to scare her if they had been worse then he'd realized which fortunately wasn't the case but knew it could still be scary to a sparkling.

Then Knock Out looked around to see what he could use against Pharma, And groaned when he noticed that Brainstorm had put his black hole experiment in his office for some reason.

"Really he's trying to destroy my office now too." Knock Out facepalmed remembering the apartment incident but quickly got back to focusing on the current problem Pharma could find them any minute and Knock Out couldn't even use his com-link to call for help and it seemed all the hospital's communications were down and knew Pharma must be using a jammer of some kind which would explain why Starscream's com-link hadn't been working earlier.

Knock Out suddenly heard pedsteps and could tell they were right outside the door, when Pharma suddenly forced his way in.

"Leave us alone!" Knock Out hissed at Pharma holding his energon prob. "Stop attacking my family!"

"I won't like two Decepticons and a Predacon live." Pharma said darkly. "Your a blight on this planet and I'm getting rid of the problem."

"The only problem here is you!" Knock Out shot back and there was no missing the anger and disgust in his voice. "You have the nerve to call yourself a medic when you try to attack an innocent sparkling Lightning Blaze is just a baby who's done nothing to you and you tried to offline her you monster!"

The two stayed in a stand off for several minutes Pharma had his saw out and Knock Out holding his prob ready to fend off the jet medic.

While meanwhile Lightning Blaze accidentally bumped some brooms and mops that where in the closet and caused them to scrape against the door of the closet she was in which unfortunately distracted Knock Out for a second enough for Pharma to hit the red medic's shoulder with his saw but Knock Out managed to get away before he could do anymore damage then cutting his shoulder.

Knock Out positioned himself between Pharma and the closet not wanting him to get anywhere near Lightning Blaze, While keeping one servo on his injured shoulder trying to keep himself from bleeding out as spilled energon was gushing out of the fresh wound.

But Knock Out spotted something on a table just within his reach and got an idea and quick grabbed the idom then dodged just as Pharma tried to use his saw on him again and quick turned on Brainstorm's black hole machine while struggling to keep himself from getting sucked in.

And Pharma was trying to do the same as everything in the office that wasn't nailed down was being pulled in and one of Starscream's missiles that the seeker had stored there hit Pharma and almost cause him to be sucked in to the black hole but he grabbed Knock Out's leg and was attempting to drag the red medic with him.

But not about to let that happen Knock Out used the idom he grabbed off the table Breakdown's hammer to hit Pharma right across the helm and kicked him off him with his other leg.

Pharma was sucked into the black hole and Knock Out quickly used Breakdown's hammer to smash the machine making the black hole disappear before anything else could be pulled in.

Then as soon as it was safe he got Lightning Blaze out of the closet and was relieved to see that she was fine.

"Knock Out I needed that!" Said Ratchet who had just entered the office. (His office was connected to Knock Out's and had also been affected by the black hole.)

"Oh scrap!" He added upon noticing Knock Out's injured shoulder and wasted no time treating it while Lightning Blaze stayed next to her Dad 2.

Suddenly a white hole popped up and shot something out that hit Knock Out in the helm.

"Ouch I think this is your Ratchet." Knock Out told him as he handed him the wrench that had just hit him in the head.

Then they both had to laugh at how the white hole had made sure Knock Out didn't avoid being hit by Ratchet's favorite wrench that he would hit or throw at anyone who misbehaved.

Fortunately Knock Out was going to be fine after Ratchet welded his shoulder for him, And reported that Starscream was out of surgery and was currently resting but would make a full recovery much to Knock Out and Lightning Blaze's relief.

"What do you think happened to Pharma?" Asked Ratchet.

"As long as he can't hurt my family anymore I don't care." Knock Out replied.

"I'm just happy you guys are ok and I'm sorry you all had to go through all that." Ratchet told him.

"It's not your fault he fooled all of us." Knock Out reassured Ratchet then they went to get Knock Out back to a berth since he wasn't supposed to be up yet and still needed to recover.

Meanwhile Pharma was shot out of a white hole that had opened in Cybertron's wilderness.

"I am going to get my revenge I'll go back there and kill that stupid baby predacon and force Knock Out and Starscream to watch before I kill them too and I'll make sure she cries loudly enough for them to hear everything sob and make sure they all suffer!" Pharma growled but then he heard someone behind him.

"WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY!!!?" Predaking's voice roared sounding terrifying because he sounded really really mad, Then transformed into his dragon mode and went after Pharma before he could get another word out as the jet medic ran for his life as the very angry adult predacon chased him shooting flames at him while also trying to maul him.

Pharma ran as fast as his legs would carry him until he went off a cliff which wouldn't have been a big deal if he'd still had his wings but unfortunately Starscream had blasted them off with his missiles when he tried to kill the seeker and Lightning Blaze so instead of changing into his jet mode and flying away he ended up falling straight to his death.

And the icing on the cake is it was the same cliff Pharma had hit Knock Out off of when he almost killed the Ashton Martin, And Predaking looked down at the seeker medic's body and let out a triumphant roar.

Later Starscream woke up and was greeted by Lightning Blaze who was happy to see him and Knock Out who was in the berth across from his and was glad to see they were both ok.

Ratchet had put them in the same room knowing Lightning Blaze would want to be near both of them.

Then the others came back to see them happy they were both going to make full recoveries and that everyone was ok and Knock Out and Starscream told everyone about meeting Lightning Blaze's parents during their near death experiences, And Knock Out had also gotten to see his parents who said they were proud of him.

"Oh and Mom Dad said to tell you and Optimus Prime that him and Eleta One are both happy your taking care of each other since neither of them can be here and that you both have their blessings." Starscream told Cryak what his Dad told him to say to her.

And they were all happy to be safe and that Pharma wouldn't hurt anyone again after Predaking had a vehicon he ran into (Steve) tell them what happened to the jet medic.

And they were all just glad that their family was safe and happy and that Lightning Blaze would have a bright future ahead of her.
