will they ever end

Trinity's POV
when I closed my eyes and finally drifted off to sleep it wasn't good what so ever.

all I could see was my hands covered in blood, people, kids, women and men surrounded me. their dead bodies surrounded me and blood was everywhere.

their screams echoed inside my head, they taunted me repeating things over and over again. why would you do this to me, how could you kill my children.

I woke up to someone shaking me desperately trying to get me to open my eyes. I sat up quickly panting, sweat dripping down my face and my shirt sticking to my body.

I looked up to see Bucky's worried expression and all I could do was look down. he placed his finger under my chin bringing my eyes to meet his.

"what happened doll?" he asked

"nightmare" is all I could get out

"its alright your safe I promise" he said

"no they were everywhere, all of them dead their blood on my hands" I said as the tears began to fall.

"It's going to be alright, just take deep breaths" he said to which I nodded

when I finally had calmed myself down I knew I wouldn't be able to go back to sleep. not yet at least so me and Bucky just started talking with each other. we talked about anything and almost everything that was on our mind.

of course I didn't share what I exactly went through with hydra. it was still a touchy subject that I wasn't exactly ready to share at the moment. I trusted Bucky I really did, but I'm not quite ready to share.

he had moved to sit beside me and I suddenly found myself drifting off once more.

Bucky's POV
we talked about a lot of things when I noticed Trinity  started leaning up against me. I haven't personally let anyone this close to me and in such short time. I just feel so protective over her and I feel a strong connection with her.

soon she was leaning her head against my chest and was fast asleep. I hope she has no nightmare this time around so that she can get a better nights rest.

Steve's POV
it was around seven in the morning and normally me and Bucky start a little warm up with each other. he wasn't in the gym or in any of the training rooms so I went to check his room. when I went to his bedroom his door was wide open which was weird.

"Friday where's Bucky?" I asked the AI

"Mr. Barnes is in the room with our newest member" she replyed

"thanks Friday" I said

"no problem Steve" she said

when I opened her door slowly this way I didn't interrupt anything. I looked and saw the girl was in Bucky's arms and he was holding her closely. it seems he was comforting her, she must have had a nightmare like he does.

I have never seen Bucky get close to anyone like this in such a long time. it's a good thing though because now he will hopefully have someone to help him better.

someone that he is willing to fight for everyday and not give up on life. someone he can truly love and I know it sounds crazy, but they connected instantly.

it's like they were meant to be together, that they were supposed to meet. even if it is under bad circumstances it's still so amazing how he is with her.

"Bucky" I whispered

"Steve" he said softly

"I didn't know where you were" I said

he got up slowly so he didn't wake the girl and snuck over towards me then shut the door quietly.

"is she okay?" I asked

"she had a nightmare so I woke her from it like you do with me and then we talked she eventually fell asleep" he said

"ok, did you still want to train?" I asked him

"yea let me get changed, oh and her name is Trinity" he said walking to his room.

I smiled softly and walked off towards the training room and started stretching

Bucky's POV
When Steve walked into the room it honestly didn't bother me really. He seemed happy when he saw me which was weird. I just hope he doesn't bug me about it later.

After I got changed I headed to the training room. When I got there Steve had an evil grin on his face.

"What?" I asked

"You like her" he said

"What noooo" i said rubbing the back of my neck

"You do because you don't like to be touched and hate being that close to anyone" he said while stepping into the ring

"Yes I like her, once I saw her I felt the need to protect her and I felt these strong emotions I've never felt or haven't in a long time" i said joining him in the ring

"So get to know her then" he said as we began to fight

"I plan on it Steve" I said

Natasha's POV
I woke up earlier than normal today and wanted to go train. I stopped when I saw Steve and Bucky training. So I listened in on their conversation.

"You like her" Steve said

"What noooo" Bucky said rubbing the back of his neck

"You do because you don't like to be touched and hate being that close to anyone" Steve said

"Yes I like her, once I saw her I felt the need to protect her and I felt these strong emotions I've never felt or haven't in a long time" Bucky said

"So get to know her then" Steve said

"I plan on it Steve" Bucky said

Well, well, well someone is crushing on the new girl. This is exciting I have to tell Wanda when she wakes up. I pretended like I just got down here and walked in.

"Your up early" Steve said

"Yea I had too much on my mind wanted to come hit something" i said

"Ok" he said

I turned to Bucky and winked earning a confused look from him.

"I know your secret" i mouthed

His eyes widened in realization and I smirked evilly. I wrapped my hands and began punching the punching bag. Thinking about how excited Wanda is going to be about this.

Trinity's POV
Waking up to an empty bed, but it was still slightly warm. Meaning he shouldn't have been gone too long. Wait why should I care it's not like it will happen again. I mean come on Trinity he can't possibly like you.

There are possibilities though...no he can't feel the same could he.
