STEP ONE ; make the background a solid color. For this I would recommend white, however feel free to experiment with any color (or even texture) that you want.

STEP TWO ; choose the finger icon at the top. On the drawing tool section, choose the box. Choose fill, and choose whatever color you want.

STEP THREE ; draw a rectangle like below.

STEP FOUR ; choose your faceclaim. I would recommend a close up on them. Nothing really full body. Preferably the shoulders and up. Erase anything that extends past the left side of the rectangle and the bottom of it. The top and the right side are okay to keep*. Make it black and white.

*this part just depends on the way your png is facing. If its facing the opposite of mine, do it the opposite way.

STEP FIVE ; make a new box, same color as the last one.  Place like shown below. Change the blend mode (I did multiply). This is optional, but if you want to erase any part of the original box that shows in this box.

STEP SIX ; add a flower texture (or any of your chouce). Put this layer underneath the faceclaim layer. Make it black and white. Change the blend mode to your liking.

STEP SEVEN ; repeat step 6, as many times as you like. I only repeated it 1 time, cause I think that's enough for this particular texture. But you can do it however many times you feel you need to depending on the texture.

STEP EIGHT ; add your title. You can use any font and just use the wave feature in effects. However, this particular font is wishful waves. It is free to download.

STEP NINE ; save and add filter

I think I did a pretty good job recreating it for the tutorial.

I probably should have adjusted the contrast and brightness on the Han image, but it'll be okay.
