Poison was in her bed, thinking if it really did happen.

'Hopefully it didn't' I thought.

I got up from my bed and headed downstairs. 

"Good morning," My father looked at me as he said this.

"Good morning," I said to him, "Give me a piece of toast please."

Poison sat down and looked at her father making toast.

"Here you go," He said as he handed the toast to Poison.

"Thanks." Poison replied to him.

Poison's father sat down next to her, "I heard what happened yesterday."

"I can't stop thinking about it," Poison said.

"Well, one day you may meet her."

"Okay. I'll be going to school now." Poison said as she got up and put her plate in the sink. 

"Okay. Be good." Her father said.

I opened the door and walked into the cool air.

"Wait a minute. I might know the safest place to practice magic. I'll tell the school principle your quitting school." Father said.

"Okay, take the lead." Poison said.

Her father led her outside to a underground base.

"Woah," Poison said looking at the huge underground base.

"This is where me and your mother practiced magic. Without getting caught. My dad showed me this when I almost got caught." Father said to Poison, "Remember, be careful."

When her father was gone, she tried using levitation. It didn't work. She sighed. She didn't know half of her powers yet. She can't control them. 

'Maybe my father will help me and teach me some?'  Poison thought.

She kept trying and trying but kept failing. She heard the door open and steps coming downstairs.

"How are you doing, Poison? Do you need help?"

"Of course I need help, and plus, I have tried to do magic but can you please help me?" she pleaded, she turned to face her father.

"Fine, fine." Poison's father said, "So put your hands out. Pretend you are picking up an object. Heavy or not heavy. Then, lift it up. Open your eyes and you should be levitating a object. Try it."

Poison tried and tried then got it correct.

"I'll keep trying. Then I'll get better at it. I'll try every day." Poison said, determination in her eyes and voice.
