Arill Tarron was the odd one out of the royals.

The cousin to the Prince and Princess, nephew to the King and Queen.

The young Akiridionian wasn't royalty, but his four arms marked him as one. His Uncle and Aunt had cared for him as if he was their son, but he wasn't. His cousins treated him like a brother, but they all knew he wasn't.

Arill Tarron wasn't special in any way. He was average in everything he did, technology, battle strategy, combat, reading, writing, mathematics, acting, the list went on.

The only thing that made him stand out was his heart. On Arill Tarron's fifth birthday - Aja Tarron was four, and Krel Tarron was three - he swore on his life to protect his youngest cousin, Krel.

There had been an accident only a day before Arill's birthday, an accident that involved Krel being sent onto bed rest for the event while he healed up.

Ariel's fifth birthday was spent cheering up Krel who was sad about missing out on Arill's birthday party, but said birthday party had been moved to Krel's room so the youngest royal could join in as well.

Everyone had heard about the young not-royal had done for the Prince by the next day. And Arill was quickly taken to as many Akiridions who were willing to teach him to be able to keep his promise. No-one turned the young five-year-old away.

And now, twelve years later, it was still the same. Princess Aja with her warrior spirit, Prince Krel with his logical smarts, and Arill with his protective heart.

And if anything happened to Krel - or Aja, but mostly just Krel - no one would stand in Arill's way.

Everyone just needs to take a deep breath, and get the right mindset before we carry on."

Welcome to Planets.

I'm making the prologue the "introduction" to this story as a new layout compared to my TFP fics. It's going to have a similar, but not completely the same layout.

This is the second book in my Universe series, the Tales of Arcadia, this book is partnered with Stars, and has Galaxies following as a third. (I'M STILL WAITING FOR WIZARDS HERE, PEOPLE!)
