Prarthana’s P.O.V

I wake up next morning to see Tridha’s legs on my stomach. This is what happens when I sleep next to her. I laugh, push her legs onto the bed, under the sheets and then walk into the living room.

I think of last night and how I went to sleep. How can I thank Tridha? She did and has done so much for me. I decide to make her some breakfast. I make her some egg, French toast, put some juice for her and then go to wake her up.

“Hey” I say shaking her. Waking her up is the biggest task of all. I wonder how Matt does this.

“Wake up lazy bum.” I say shaking her. She still doesn’t get up

“I made breakfast for you.” I say and shake her so much.

“Okay. Okay. I’m up bitch.” She says and sits up

She looks at me and pulls me in for a hug.

“How you doing?” She asks

“Okay.” I say honestly

“Okay.” She says and gets out of bed. She walks to the kitchen and then sits on the bar stool and starts eating her breakfast. 
I sit next to her and start eating my breakfast.

“I have something special planned for you today.” She says

“I’m really not in the mood T.” I say looking at her

“Your don’t have a choice Prarthana. You, Me, Gray, and Matt are going out today.” She says taking a sophisticated of her juice.

“Can I know what all we are going to do.” I ask her

“Sure. First movies. Then lunch. Then beach. Then arcade. Dinner. Dessert.” She says and then puts her dishes into the sink

“That sounds great.” I say

“of course it does. I planned it.” She says and walks into the bathroom

I laugh and then just sit there thinking about Ethan and us. I decide I will talk to him about all this tomorrow.

I walk into my washroom and do my business. I finish everything and then walk into Tridha’s bedroom. She looks at me and then says..

“Oh come on. Can’t you even try to look bad for a day?”

“Shut up T.” I say and then sit on her bed

“You ready to leave?”She asks

“Yeah. Where are the guys?” I ask and then get up to go where my shoes

“They are waiting in the basement.” She says and then walks out the door, I walk behind her. We lock the door and then head to the basement.

When we get to the basement both Matt and Gray run towards me.
“Prarthana!!!!!.” They both yell and then bring me into a group hug.

Wow. Didn’t expect that.

They let go and then we drive off to our adventure for the day.

......Few hours later.....

We were now walking on the shore of the beach. Matt and Tridha in front of Grayson and Me.

“Remember the first time we came here?” Grayson asks

“Of course.” I say

“I think about it all the time.”

Awhh. How cute. But why? I think to myself

I didn’t know what to say so I just smiled at him. As soon as I did that he pushed me into the water. Oh no you didn’t. I pulled him in with me.

“You know what’s better?” I ask him

“I know.” He says and pulls me up. We run behind Matt and Tridha. They hadn’t even noticed we were in the water. We walk up behind them and I hug Tridha form the back and Grayson hugs Matt from the back.

“What the heck you doing Prat. You got me all wet?” Tridha says
As soon as she said that we all look at each other and then burst into laughter.

“You guys are dirty minded freaks.” Tridha says and laughs
She walks up to Matt and hugs him and then pushes him into the water

“You go girl.” I say and high five T
Matt pulls her into the water. And now we are all soaking. A few minutes later me and Tridha get out the water cuz it starts to get cold. The guys get out a few minutes later.

“Anyone have a spare change in the car?” I ask the guys.

“Not this time Prarthana.” Gray says and laughs

“There is this thrift store down the street. Wanna go there?” Tridha asks

“Yup.” We all sat in unison

“We should walk.” Tridha says

“What why?” I ask

“Cuz we are gonna wet the seats in the car. It isn’t a long walk anyway.” She says and starts walking.

We just follow her. Matt next to her and Gray next to me.

“You look so cute with your hair like that.” Gray says pointing at my open noodle hair

“Thanks. You look good anyhow.” I say to Gray

I see him blush and then he answers “Yeah right. That’s all you.”

As soon as he says that I can feel my cheeks heat up. We just walk the rest of the walk in silence.

What just happened?

We get to the store and pick the cheapest clothing available. We ask the store keeper for some plastic covers to keep our wet clothes in and then put on the clothes we just bought.

I was wearing shorts and a hoddie, Tridha was wearing sweats and a hoodie.

Me and Gray were matching and Matt and Tridha were matching.

I didn’t want me and Gray to look like a couple but I just didn’t bother for today. We drove to get some dinner and dessert and then went back home.

“Thanks for today guys.” I say to everyone when we were in the elevator

“Group hug?” Tridha asks, extending her arms.

We all have a big group hug and then walk to our apartment. Matt was staying over today and so was Gray.

When we were just about go inside the apartment, Ethan walk out of his house.

I see bags under his eyes like he hadn’t slept for a long time.

He looks at me and then asks
“Please let me explain Prarthana.” I give up...
