"There's always that fear
of your own head
and the things you're going to think."
—Tyler Joseph

If you've kept up with my previous book, Find Me Lost in the Color, then you know I am a very firm believer in keeping up with and taking care of mental health. I've suffered from anxiety and depression from a very young age, and it's been hard speaking up about it.

This new book Phronemophobia is meant to express the thoughts of emotional ones in a clearer, yet life-lesson-teaching way. My goal as a new author is to be motivating and encouraging to those struggling with emotions and unhappiness.

Also, many do not realize what choices they make that feed their mental condition in a negative way, so I am providing my own advice and experiences that I now know I can prevent in order to keep my mental illness in its place.

I chose the title of this book because many have at times developed an intense fear of being alone with our thoughts, and that's something I myself am still getting over. The things I'll be writing about here will be things I've had in my head or discovered over time, and my chapters will also contain what others might have felt at times. Perhaps when they are written out and exposed, it won't be so frightening anymore. It's hard dwelling on things no one speaks about. It makes you feel alone.

I find that it helps finding others who can relate to our own unique kind of thinking. So please let me know if you can relate to anything I post! :)

What this book will contain:
Very short stories: I will create characters and events that portray challenges and experiences I and others had to undergo in life, but I will give them to a new identity. It's easier to write about that way.
Original quotes: These have been created in my mind throughout my life and have been sparked by experiences and lessons I've learned, and also by people I've met and drawn close to.
Advice & encouragement: Even though I am still struggling with my emotions, I have acquired much advice and wisdom from these trials, and surely there can be lessons learned from other people's experiences.
I can't wait to share these with my readers!

Format of Chapters:
You will see the chapters labeled (q) or (ss).
(q) means quote
(ss) means short story
When you see these, you will then know what the chapter contains.

That's all I can think of for now, but I will update this if I decide to add anything else. I shall be adding to this soon, so stay tuned. Thank you all for reading and sharing your feedback on my poems. Please comment below if you have questions or need advice on a specific thing, or feel free to PM me!

Stay alive.
