Three years later((Bonnie is now 14, Serena is 18, Clemont is 19, Ash is 19, and Alain is 20

—3rd POV

Serena watched as Bonnie ran on he beach with her Arcanine and Ninetails. Her Dedenne on her shoulder holding on for its life as she ran, her Tyrantrum had came back a year ago after the scientists had let it go free, and they all had stumbled upon it in a battle with Retribution. It was in a poke ball resting because it had taken a bad beating and had been partially healed at the Pokemon center but sprays and plants could only do so much for a big Pokemon like itself.

Retribution had seen Bonnie and the scientists drew it back to them because, mask or not, Retribution was not going to hurt Bonnie, no madder what. They had found this out a year before hand when Retribution had made itself pass out after coming across Bonnie while she was alone in the woods and the scientists had wanted it to attack her and get her taken care of, but Retribution had chosen to overwork its mind and pass out instead of harming her.

Bonnie's Samurott was swimming gracefully beside her. She was training with her Pokemon to get them ready for the long journey ahead of them. She had only told them what she wanted to do, even the Tyrantrum, to get their opinions about it. They all, as most Pokemon do, agreed to go and help her as her Pokemon and her partners for when she was going to go out  on her own to find Retribution alone, and try to get it out of the thing it's been trapped in for three years.

Bonnie was going to tell the others at first, but then she saw them having such a nice time at the beach that one day last year and she decided against telling them of her plans. Bonnie didn't notice that Serena was watching them until she came up upon them as Bonnie sat on the beach petting Samurott's body as it lay down with them.

"So...nice sunset huh" Serena said as she sat down and looked at the sun setting on the ocean.

"Yeah" Bonnie said half-heartedly staring off blank-faced.

"What is bothering you" Serena said as she put a hand on Bonnie's shoulder. In which Bonnie had tended upon its touch " you are never this tense and taught, usually Clemont is this bad when he's hoping for a machine to work right and not blow up on him and everyone else." This got a smile and a small laugh from Bonnie.

"Yeah, he's gotten better at keeping them together for longer though" she said smiling at the older memories of his spot covered face after every time his machines blow-up. 

"Yeah" Bonnie said and though it was halfheartedly, but still with pure emotion. A tear formed in her eye, but she stealthily wiped it away and stood up "I'm going to go and train with my Pokemon do you want to come with us? It was and wasn't a plot, it wasn't because Bonnie wanted to have fun before she left them to search for Retribution and try to re-claim it to their family again, and also partially because she wanted to tire out her sister in all but blood, so that it would make it easier sneaking past her and Clemont. Serena yelled to Ash and Clemont, who were making dinner...or trying to make dinner, that they were going to the Pokemon gym to have a battle. Usually Ash would've been pumped and gone with them, but he knew now that girls-time was girls time and nothing should get in the way of that. The pair did just as was said as well, and by the time they came back, dinner had already been set out and the receipt burned to ash and put into the trash can.

Retribution's POV

I was itching for the right time to get out of this mask, I couldn't control what my own body was doing, I couldn't control as my powers were used for evil or violence, but I could control a partial amount of my powers and what I saw, my consciousness. I held onto those things and for the past three years I had been building them up to break out from my prison when I was far enough away from the Dark Pirates Organization, as they called themselves. On a mission to retrieve another stone to add to their collection for their great machine that they had me building for them for the past three years. Yeah, three years of constantly moving without a say about it, three years of only being able to sleep when I my body couldn't stand anymore, three days of blindly eating food that I absolutely hated, but couldn't do anything about because, you know, I was stuck like this working as a dam slave and I hated every second of it. I saw myself move through the corridors and I knew where they were taking me, I was going to the head office for another mission to gather extra material for what I was building. 

It was very weird, seeing my body moving but not being able to feel it, or control it. The rods inside of my body made me numb to pain and touch, but I could still see, think, and smell, and eat. I had enough control of my power and consciousness to take over my own body now, and rip out these rods, wires, and metal casings all over my body making me look more like a dragon with a metal exoskeleton than an actual organism. The boss took the control panel from the scientist next to him, just in case anything strange happened, and he made me bow before him with the controls. Then the display on my screen flashed, and I saw that I was going back home, to the Kantos Region, and I hoped that I wouldn't run into Bonnie nor anyone else before I was out of this trap, because that wouldn't be good. I still baffled them as to why I would do anything in my power to make sure that she wouldn't get hurt, and as much as they said they had fixed it now. They haven't, and nothing in here's changed you stupid fools. The area was in the middle of a forest by one of the larger cities in the region. I was suddenly in the air and heading over at top speed. 

3rd POV

Bonnie woke-up in the middle of the night and she gently picked-up Dedenne and opened the window of her room, she was on the second floor of the three story house that Ash and Clemont were paying for together with the jobs that they had gotten in the city. It was the weekend and so Ash, Clemont, nor Serena had to go to the city for their work, but then again it wasn't really work either. Three more cities were added to the Kalos region and Ash was the leader of the West City called Draclor City, Clemont was already the leader of Lumiose City, and Serena was the Gym leader of Rival City, strange name, but it was because there was almost one person everyday that was having a battle with one-another. 

Bonnie jumped down from the roof and landed silently on her feet, and then she started to run. Into the forest, under the cover of night, and with no plan or place that she wanted to go first. Just keep on traveling until she found what she left for, Retribution. 

Retribuiton's POV

I had been flying for almost three hours now, I could tell because the sun was just starting to rise and I had left near 3 in the morning. I was at least one or two-hundred thousand miles from the base and I guessed that this would be a good place to take over. I used my natural powers and lifted the water from the air, ground, and bodies of water around me, and then I let it cover my body tightly and freeze solid, three feet of ice covering me. Then I heated up my blood cells and gathered up electricity before exploding into a torrent of fire and electricity that fried the circuits in my body and in the machines that they had put into me. I immediately regretted it and I was filled with pain, blinding pain that made my body numb as a raging fire surged throughout. The only reason that I had known that I had crashed on land was the fact that I felt the earth underneath me using my powers only since the visor covered my eyesight. I lay there unable to move or think as pain, unimaginable pain, went throughout my body. Everywhere and into everything, my body, mind, and powers, disrupting them and making me subconsciously heat up as my body tried to heal naturally and get rid of the pain. I felt my visor liquefying and my wings and body started to feel again, and then I felt a hand on my neck and I struck-out thinking that they had been following me and had been waiting for me to do something stupid.

I felt it again but near my tail, so I flattened it and swiped to where I felt them touch me, I heard a muffled yell of pain and I guessed that my ears were covered as well. I felt heat again, not my own but from outside, like I was being bathed in fire. It felt good, and I felt the tension, pain, and fear leave my body as I realized that the person wasn't here to capture me, but help. I lost feeling in my legs as they gave-up on me making me fall to the ground still bathed in the nice warmth of what I presumed was fire. I reached out using my earth powers and I saw that the person helping me was female, and I reached out and healed the cut that I had inflicted making the blood-flow return to normal and the skin closed together and became whole. I felt three other presences, Pokemon I presumed, one was bigger than my regular form, the one I was in now, and the other two were about the height of the girl. I reached out with my powers as I saw that they were the ones bathing me in fire, and it was working. I felt the metal sliding off from my body, but there was a-lot of it, and it was almost the thickest and hardest metal to melt, but it was working, though not well enough. The wires and rods inside of my body had been absorbed and taking into my cells, but the stuff outside was something that I couldn't absorb yet, and I would have to see and analyze how pure it was to see why. 

I reached out with my power over fire and increased the intensity of their flames, the only thing that I could do at the moment because my body refused to move or want to get up as my body soaked in the warmth and turned it into energy that my body needed after not having slept or rested in a week or so. I could see it's current over my body now and I saw how bad I looked. I was covered in more lashes and cuts than before, probably because of how I resisted during the first year under their control, and there were incision cuts that they did to put in the wires, and maybe do other things that I didn't know about while they put me under. I fought as my consciousness wanted to give-up on me, but I needed to keep going. I needed to keep on helping, and I wasn't going to have much time as they had probably tracked me, and had already either loosed robots to help, or Pokemon to put me under, electrocute me until I do, or trap me under Psychic control while they bring me back to the base. 

I found myself in a memory, and that meant that I was sleeping, but it was one of the better memories that I couldn't find myself to let go of. Like I had the memories of Ash, Clemont, Serena, Alain, and all of their Pokemon. I couldn't let go of Bonnie, her cute little smile reminded me of the sister that I never had back when I was human on a very different, though similar, Earth. 

I was running on the beach with Bonnie on my back, her laugh only fueled my energy and excitement as she screamed in joy on my back, and I only ran faster. I shot over the water and then I shot into the air and did a slow, and graceful flip in the air. I forgot that Bonnie couldn't hold on if I was upside-down and as I went upside-down she fell screaming through the air. It went from happy to very gloomy and fearing in a second. I looked under me and saw her falling through the air, and I pumped my wings with power and grabbed her with my claws, and curled up into a ball as we entered the water. Then I went under her, she got back onto my back as I swam up to the surface and I swam carefully and slowly to land and when we got there I fell onto my belly in exhaustion and relief as Bonnie got off from my back and started to jump up and down yelling in delight saying that she wanted to do it again.
I huffed in disbelief, and amusement that she thought that it all was just fun in the end, and then Serena had come over and started to talk, and the memory ended making me go into a peaceful, dark sleep.
