ANNABETH POV

I wake up the next morning surprised by my surroundings. Then I remember how Chiron showed me my apartment which was right down the block from school and 2 minutes away from Percy. It had great architecture it was Greek with modernization. I loved it so much. I get up comb my hair, put on my deep blue sweater and some light blue jeans. I go to the kitchen and scold myself for not remembering to by some food. I add that to my To Do list and open the fridge where I find it fully stocked to my surprise. I hurriedly grab a banana and some pieces of bread and speed out the door.

I get to school and realize I didn't have a plan to surprise Percy, which is so unlike me. I look around when I see a boy with brownish hair and emerald eyes looking at me. I make eye contact suspicious of him. Maybe he's a monster. I look back at him and don't find him.

"Hello. Are you lost?" A melodious voice says behind me. I turn around quickly to find the boy. "Hi. My name is Anthony Millan. Sorry to frighten you."

" Hi my name is Annabeth." I say still suspicious., "I'm new could you please show me the front office." I ask him.

"Of course."He says and walks me there. Once we entered I assumed he would leave but he stayed there while I asked for my schedule. When I was done I ignored him and walked out. But then I realized maybe he could help me. I go back inside and call him.

"Hey Anthony! Do you know a kid named Percy Jackson?" I ask him.

"Uhh...Ya. Why?" He asked. Oh right it's kinda weird for a stranger to ask for a person by name.

"We are friends. We meet when we were 12 at camp." I tell him hoping it would be enough.

"Ohh ok." He said a knowing look coming across his face.

"Well I was wondering if you could show me where his locker is"

"Um sure"

"Thank you"

"Anytime"

"But first could you take me to my locker?"

"Sure"he says walking away. I follow him and go to my locker. I hurriedly finish hoping I would reach Percy's locker before him. Fortunately I do. I lean at his locker pretending to be reading a book when in reality I can't wait to see his face. Thankfully I don't have to wait for long. I hear someone tell him bye and and look up. I see him wearing a moss colored sweatshirt with magenta jeans.

"Hi excuse me this is my locker." Percy tells me.

"I know Seaweed Brain that's why I'm here!" I tell him looking up. A surprised look crosses his face but it doesn't last long. He pulls me into a passionate kiss and I relish how he smells like he just came from a walk at the beach. I hear someone cough and I pull away turning red.

ANTHONY POV

I'm talking to Daren when I see her. Her hair is flying in the wind while she's squinting at her phone and keeps looking up confused. She looks lost. Then she looks at me. She quickly blushes and looks down. I tell Daren to wait a minute and walk over to her. I ask her if she's lost and tell her my name. She says she's new and her name is Annabeth. Wow even her name is beautiful. I help go to the front office and wait with her just in case she needs more help. But when she's done she walks out ignoring me. I feel real sad. Did I do something wrong? But the feeling doesn't last long because she bursts back in and calls my name. She asks for Percy andf explains how she knows him. Then it hits me. She's Percy's girlfriend. That's why her name is so familiar. I then show her Percy's locker interested in what her plan was. I mean sure she's dating him but that doesn't mean she can't like me. Plus Percy can get another girl he has plenty of choices. All I have to do is make her like me. Which should be easy.

SOPHIE POV

I get out of my limousine and see Percy entering school. I follow him and tap him on the shoulder. God he is so handsome. I mean apparently he has a girlfriend but come on once I ask him out no way he'll say no. And his girlfriend is in California I bet they are drifting apart anyways.

We walk into school talking when Natalie calls me. I tell him bye and start talking to Nat when I hear the hall way go quiet. I go see what's going on and see Percy kissing a girl. Not like innocent kissing either like they were like full-fledged making out. I cough and they jump apart still holding hands. Instantly I feel a pang of jealousy and hatred towards that girl because even though I haven't asked him out he is mine and mine alone.
