Percy's POV.

I was so nervous. I was sitting in my dorm at collage with Annabeth. We were both in collage, and almost finished our last year. I was going to propose today. We went to the beach. We were sitting on a blanket on top of the sand, eating pb and j sandwiches. I was now getting really nervous because as soon as we get into our bubble on the sea floor I was going to propose. "Annabeth wanna go swimming?" I asked. "I thought you would never ask."

Annabeth's POV.
Percy and I had been dating for, 4 years and we were now both 20. I had been waiting weeks for him to ask! Jason said he was going to propose to piper and he did. The wedding was in 2 months and I thought that if he asked we would have a double wedding. Piper and Jason both agreed and I even talked about it with Percy, but I don't think he was listening. "Annabeth wanna go swimming?" He asked. "I thought you would never ask." I replied. We got in to the water and started splashing water and Percy making really calm but big waves. We went under the water and Percy made his bubble. "Annabeth?" Percy spoke up. "Yeah?" I asked. "Remember when we had our first under water kiss?" "How could I possibly forget?" "Anyway, I really love you!" "I love you too!" I piped up. He smiled. "Annabeth, I really love you, but." I stopped him there. "You wanna brake up?" I thought this was what he was going to say. "What! No. I was going to say I hate your last name!" "You took me all the way down to the bottom of the ocean to tell me that you hate my LAST NAME!!!!" I yelled. "Yeah, can you change it?" He asked. "And what would I change it to if I wanted?" "Hmmm... Maybe Jackson?" "Oh my gods, Percy did you just propose?" "It depends if you would say yes? Would you?" I was gob smacked. "Of course. Seaweed brain!!!"
