I should start off by saying that this is something new that I tried out. I'm not sure if I like or not, it's just whatever. Also you will need two types of pngs. A full body one and a one that shows the waist up.
STEP ONE) open up superimpose with a black blank background. For the college you will need three pictures. I recommend nature but feel free to try something else. Add you foreground and use the bi-liner to blend things in. Repeat this step with other two pictures. KEEP IN MIND to blend each picture so it looks nice and not just there.

STEP TWO) once your done, add your textures and save it. This is the time to filter the college so you will know what color your working with. Once you done just that, open back superimpose with a white back ground and your foreground. MAKE SURE YOUR FOREGROUND IS BLACK AND WHITE. Go to transform and bring down the bar on normal. Merge when done.

STEP THREE) add the college you just worked with and adjust it to the center. Merge when done.

STEP FOUR) now open up your pngs. Use the one with the waist up first and place it above the cover. Use the bi-liner to blend the png to the background.

STEP FIVE) now add your full body png and center it in the middle like so. Save when done.

STEP SIX) open up PicsArt and do to the draw tab. Adjust the brush size to 20 with white ink and draw around the full body png.

STEP SEVEN) now go back to superimpose and place your cover as the background. Open a solid color that fits the mood and use it to add lines if that makes sense.

STEP EIGHT) add whatever textures you want and go to Polarr and filter it how ever you like.
STEP NINE) go to Phonto and add your title. Then your done!

(I tried to explain this to the best of my abilities but this was kinda hard to explain. You can definitely use any other backgrounds you would like. This is just what I can up with.)
