The wind blows astray
Like my anger of the day

The rain pounds all around
Until it is the only sound

Heard above my cries
As I tell my lies

Nothing's wrong
Is my song

The lightning strikes
My heart rate spikes

The thunder heard over all
Makes my tears briefly stall

I've had enough of this life
And I know how to use a knife
