'Where are you going?' Nathan asks as I tied my hair into a messy ponytail.

'Out with my friends.'

'The queen or the cool ones.'

I rolled my eyes.

'The cool ones I guess.'

'Seems like your hanging out less with your queen now.'

'She is not my queen Nathan.'

He raised his eyebrow as I turned to face him.

'What something wrong with my outfit?'

It was a graphic t shirt and jeans.

'You usually say that she is not your queen but is your best friend. Today the latter half is missing.'

Urgh. Does he have to be that observant?

'I forgot.'

He gave me a 'I know your lying' look.

'Okay okay we are in a teensy tiny fight right now other than that all good.' I lied.

We were at war.

He slowly nodded and left. I doubt he believed me.

We were all to meet up at 'Zodiac', a pretty cool cafè I must say. My friends were already there sipping on their coffee.

'Hey guys.'

'Hey Tardy queen.' Orla greeted me.

After we placed my order we began to talk about the most randomest things on planet Earth. Books to movies to t.v. shows to youtubers. By the time my nescafè and our lunch came in we were fangirling about Tom Felton.

'Am romoine all the way.' I said.

'No,' Orla whined, 'Dramoine's the best.'

'High five girl.' Ecaria gave Orla a high five.

'But urgh no they are not supposed to be together.' I pouted.

'But we dream it that way.' Ecaria replied.

'I dont ship dramoine but emma watson and tom felton are so cute together.' I said.

'Oh yeah hashtag tomma.' Orla said.

'Or or hashtag feltson.' I said.

'Selfie time.' Ecaria shouted and took her phone out.

We all laughed as we huddled together to take a selfie.

'So now what?' Orla asked after clicking a couple of pictures.

'The latest episode of pretty little liars?' I suggested.

'Holy cow what A did was like holy shoot what the heck is going on kinda thing maaan......'

And just like that we were in a different world talking about a topic that had no relation to our previous one.

This little day out felt so good. It was nothing like how it was with Kavindi. With Kavindi it was always about eating less and talking about what to wear. It was never really me but I have no idea why I never told her that. Maybe Nathan was right. I did treat her like she was queen and followed her every word. I lost myself when I was with her. But with these two it was like I had found my self again and I was glad.

I dropped myself at the couch and put my legs up on the coffee table.

'Hey sis how was your day out?' Naala asked as she switched on the tellly.

'Good.'

We fell into a comfortable sort of silence as she flicked through channels. She stopped at Cartoon Network where Pokèmon was going.

'Dont change!' I shouted

'I wasnt going to.' Naala replied.

Pokèmon was one of my favourites.

'Ah you came.' Mama said as she entered the hall with the laundry basket in hand.

'Duh ma.'

'So how was it?'

'Good good and oh God mama you should have seen Orla. It was so funny...'

I told them the story of how Orla spotted her ex and tried flirting with the waiter instead just to see of her ex would get jealous. He didnt even notice her and the waiter just gave Orla strange looks. Nathan and dada joined in somewhere in the middle. By the end of the story we were all laughing our heads off. Looks like Orla's dignity has gone for a six in my family. Oops.

'I would like to call them for lunch one day.' Mama said.

'They would love that.'

Hey guys. Been a couple of days since my last update well....school started and i already have a pile of work to do :( so I will try my best to update every day insha allah. And yeah i know not a very interesting chapter but just wanted to show the progress of their friendship. Next chapter however...... You guys will have to stick around to find out huh ;)
