*5 days to go before qualifying matches

A day has passed since all the drama that happened about my team and my family.. But I somehow recovered from it after a few hours of practicing my receives..

Sure I get angry once in a while whenever I see my mom around the house but I couldn't never stay angry at her.. His boyfriend on the other stayed in my Father's room for the night which was so uncomfortable for me and Scootaloo.

Since we didnt have any classes today, I decided to practice in our backyard with my sister to ready for the big competition.

S: "Uhh why am I still tossing the ball to you? You couldn't even connect them!" My idiotic sister complained.

Rd: "Its because you wont toss it high enough!"

S: "How's this for high enough?" She teased before throwing the ball directly to my face, causing me to gasp in slight pain. "Woops, I guess that was too slow."

Rd: "You freaking tiny dwarf!" I yelled back, grabbing her shirt to pull her into a tight hug.

Ss: "Ah! You're weird you know that right?"

Rd: "Y-yeah.. Why?"

S: "Its like.. You were breaking out in tears last night and now your.. Happy all of a sudden?"

Rd: "Well.. You should know by now that your cool sister's remedy is Volleyball.."

S: "Who is sister? Who are you talking about?" She teased, sticking out her tongue after.

Rd: "Who's your only sister dumbass? Of course Im talking about me!"

S: "Ohh I didn't know that."

Rd: "Oh shut up and toss to me already, I have to get ready to face her."

S: "Face who? Your mom?"

Rd: "im gonna freaking yeet you off this backyard if you don't stop."

S: "No I'm actually serious, who are you gonna face? Is it that cowgirl girlfriend of yours?"

Rd: "Goddammit I told you not to mention her anymore.. And no its not her.. We broke up yesterday.."

S: "But you don't seem sad about it." She chuckled while picking the ball from the ground.

Rd: "Bro.. Have you seen me rage out last night?"

S: "Nah but I heard you yelling and cursing from my room.. Luckily mom and coach didnt didnt hear you because they were too busy.. What is that thing called again? Where the man puts his peni-"

Rd: "OKAY, OKAY I GET IT.." I immediately interrupted while covering my sister's mouth to stop her from finishing. "Ahem.. You dont have to know about that.."

S: "Why? Is that bad?"

Rd: "Well.. Yes. Especially in mom's case.." I started, placing my hand on her shoulder. "Is this crap okay with you though?"

S: "What crap?"

Rd: "Its just that.. Aren't you getting mad at mom for cheating at our dad? She literally broke this family apart.."

S: "What do you mean she broke this family apart? Were still here as a family but dad isnt anymore. Besides, if my coach makes my mom happy then.. Im happy too."

Rd: "How long have they been seeing each other?"

S: "Probably for about 7 months or so."

Rd: "Crap.. And you knew about this and didnt told me?"

S: "I knew you would freak out If I told you.."

Rd: "Hell yeah I would.. But never mind that okay? Just give me some more tosses." I lastly said before grabbing the ball from her hands.

After I took a few steps back, I quickly threw the ball above my sister's head for her to toss and set me the ball.

S: "Here!" She yelled before tossing the ball upwards in my direction.

I then did my 3 step approach to chase the ball, jumping and spiking it just in time which made it flew directly  at the empty water bottle  in the distance.

Rd: "Wooh, and that's  a score!" I cheered after I got back down to my feet. "That was awesome! But your tosses could use a little more work though."

S: "Screw you Im into soccer and not volleyball!"

Rd: "Screw you too shortie. It confuses me that you, an 8 year old knows how to curse a lot but doesnt know the meaning of sex- I MEAN.."

S: "Its because I learned it from you, I always repeat what you say when I hear you curse from your room!"

Rd: "Geez we really have to soundproof our walls.. But hey, dont copy me okay? Im just an lonely idiot with a passion okay?"

S: "A passion for making out with that cowgirl from your class?" Scootaloo teased back while wiggling her eyebrows.

Rd: "You freaking twat!" I yelled with a scary look which made my sister drop the ball.

S: "Well sh*t I think I made you angry.. Bye!" She laughed, running back inside the house afterwards.

Rd: "Idiot! Come back here and help me train!"

After my sister left me for good, I just let out a sigh before picking up the ball from the ground but when I looked back up, I saw my mom standing in the slide door, watching me.

Ww: "S-sweetie..?"

Rd: "What?" I asked in a grumpy tone, still looking at the ball.

Ww: "Can we talk?"

Rd: "No need.."

Ww: "Aw come on Rainbow.. Im so worried about yo-"

Rd: "How long is that rainbow haired man gonna stay in my house?" I interrupted before my mom could even finish.

Ww: "For about a week.." She started while walking up to me, placing her hand on my shoulder to make me look back at her. "Honey.. Im so sorry."

Rd: "About dad? Or how you broke this family apart?"

Ww: "Both.. Im so sorry Rainbow." She replied as her eyes started to tear up, causing a heavy yet guilty feeling came up to my chest.

Rd: "M-mom.."

Ww: "I know its hard for you to see me dating another man but Rainbow Blaze.. He's a good man, Rainbow."

Rd: "Oh yeah its a great idea to hook up with my sister's soccer  coach just because  he's a 'good man!' Why did you even left dad for that Bozo?" I chuckled in a broken dry voice.

Ww: "Your.. Father hasn't been treating me right for the past year, but when I met your sister's coach.. I felt a spark in my soul that I haven't felt in years.. Not even to your father."

Rd: "S-so..? does that mean that you can have sex with the guy behind Dad's back?!"

Ww: "Rainbow.. I just want you to accept me and Rainbow Blaze okay? He's a good man, maybe an even better father than Bow."

Rd: "Bow worked all day and night just to provide this family our needs! He's still my father and this is all bullshit!"

Ww: "But.. You were against your father just a few weeks ago."

Rd: "I was! But when I figured out that you were the one who started an affair.. All this time I thought it was him who betrayed  you but now.. I-I dont know anymore mom, This is all so confusing!" I cried while tears slowly form in my eyes.

Ww: "Sweetie.." My mom mumbled, pulling me into a hug afterwards. "I love you, nothing will ever change the love I have for you and your sister. Its understandable if you don't forgive me but its okay, I deserve it. "

Rd: "I.. I forgive you mom! I can never get angry at you!" I cried in tears after hugging back.

Ww: "Aww Rainbow dear.. t-thank you.." My mom cheered, stuttering in some parts.

Rd: "W-whatever happens, your still my mom! I don't fucking care if dad left us, he might  have broke this family  by leaving  us but getting  a divorce is way  too far!"

Ww: "Its okay baby girl, don't  cry anymore.." She started after tucking my hair behind  my ear. "I'm here.. I'm never  gonna leave you like your Father, he told me he's done with us."

Rd: "But.. Where is he now  ? Did he really left you?"

Ww:" Yeah.. he moved back to his family's place."

Rd: "B-but the divorce? is it still gonna happen?

Ww: "you don't have to worry to much, Rainbow.. I know you had a rough day yesterday and its best if you just rest instead playing your sport, I know your passionate about this but aren't  you feeling tired yet?"

Rd: "Nah I'm fine  mom. The qualifying matches are in next week an-" I was cut off when I realized.. I'm not in the club anymore. "Oh.. right, I left my team.."

Ww: "What? Why, did something bad happened?"

Rd: "Kinda.. I don't  wanna talk about  it right now."

Ww:" I understand, anyways  if you feel uncomfortable  around Blaze just tell me okay.. I know it will take you time to accept  him as your new step father  but please try not to be disrespectful to him."

Rd: "Heh.. I can't keep my promise mom buy Whatever makes you happy then im okay with it I guess. But I just need time to think about this whole situation." I replied before facing her in the eyes.

Ww: "Thanks sweetie.. Are you okay now?"

Rd: "W-what? Yeah Im okay that were good."

Ww: "No its just.. I noticed that you were crying when you got home yesterday, is something wrong?"

Rd: "Oh it's nothing important mom, but what's important that me and you are okay.. Im so sorry for yelling at you."

Ww: "How did I get such a kind daughter? Come here!" She cheered before pulling me into another hug. "I love you sweetie.."

Rd: "This whole problem escalated too fast but yeah.. I love you too mom. Im happy that your happy, I just need some time to accept it. "

While me and my mom shared this moment together, we both heard Scootaloo yelling my name from the inside.

S: "Rainbow!"

Rd: "W-what?"

S: "Your friend is here to see you!"

Rd: "Friend? Hold on." I said after pulling away from my mother's hug. 'Gotta go mom.."

Ww: "Okay dear, have fun." She replied with a warn smile while walking back to the kitchen.

It still disturbs me every time I see my mom and her boyfriend make out and kiss but.. If she's happy then I am too. I just gotta accept this like my sister.

It may take me some time to accept  Blaze around the house but my mom's right, he seems to be a kind man. I just wish my dad didn't  just left like this, I still  hate him but I do miss him now that he left.

But friend? Who could visit me in a time like this? So I just wiped my tears away as I slowly made my way to the front door to open it, only to see a certain light pink haired teen outside.

Rd: "F-fluttershy?"

Fs: "Hey Dashie.. You okay? I've been so worried about you."

Rd: "Why are you here? I thought your club has another practice this weekend?"

Fs: "Yep but I skipped it.. Just to visit you." She smiled, placing both of her hands on my shoulders. "You okay? You look like you've been crying alot."

Rd: "Yeah.. Im okay. Uhm, wanna go to my room so we can talk?" I asked with a warm smile.

Her cheeks suddenly turned red at the moment I told her for some unknown reasons. I guess she's just shy and flattered like all the time so I just ignored it.

Fs: "S-sure.." She finally spoke up after a few seconds.

Rd: "Great, how's our- 'your' team doing without me?" I asked while placing my arm around her to lead her to my room.

Fs: "Were honestly doing.. Bad."

Rd: "Huh? Why?"

Fs: "Well everybody in our team are almost  lifeless and feeling down since you left the club, especially Applejack."

Rd: "Why? Its not like they need me. And what about Applejack?"

Fs: "She hasn't been herself  lately.. She started to skip some of our practices  and cry alone in the girls bathroom."

Rd: "Oh yeah? It sounds like she hasn't got over our break up.. But hey, she deserves it."

Fs: "S-she does?"

Rd: "Yeah.. She exposed  my secret  remember?"

Fs: "Oh right! I remember.." She giggled in a nervous  tone in her voice.

After we made it to my room, Fluttershy made me lock the  door before  removing  her jacket which revealed her tank top, causing  my cheeks to slight  turn red.

Rd: "Uh.. Fluttershy?" I mumbled after looking  away.

Fs:" Oops sorry Dashie! Its just so hot in here."

Rd:" but the Ac's turned on- You know what never mind. "I replied before  seating on my bed. "So.. how's Applejack?" 

Fs:" But you already  asked about  her.."

Rd: "Yeah but, I kinda feel bad for her, ya know?"

Fs: "you need to forget about  her Rainbow." Fluttershy sighed while seating  down next to me. "sunset was right back then, Applejack is just  distraction."

Rd: "I.. I dunno Flutter-" I was cut off when..

Fluttershy unexpectedly  leaned closer and pulled me into a kiss afterwards, making  my eyes go wide in shock as my cheeks reddened  even more. 

After She pulled  away from the kiss, she cupped my cheeks while looking into my eyes which made my heart  beat faster.

Rd:" S-shy.."

Fs: "Applejack did hurt you in the past but.. I won't." She lastly  replied, pulling  me into another kiss after.
