~Flashback~
((Y/N)'s P.O.V.)
"Ready, everyone?" I asked.

After years at the orphanage, I had had enough. Constantly being yelled at and pushed around. It was unfair.

We had a plan in action. Who's we? You may be asking.

It was Spring, Fox, Meg, and me.

Back to the present, we were all standing close to the owner of the orphanage's office.

Fox and Spring nodded, but Meg looked unsure.

"W-what if they catch us?" Meg asked, worried.

Fox looked at her and said, "Don't you worry Meg. Me and Spring are here to protect you and (Y/N). We'll be the knights in the shining armor." Fox ended his sentence with a cheeky smile.

Meg nodded, her eyes happy.

"But what if they do catch us?" I whispered to Spring.

Spring said, "Uh.... I don't have a plan for that." Spring scratched the back of his neck.

"We have someone," We heard a voice say from inside.

"For who?" Another voice asked.

"For (Y/N) (L/N)."

My hands started to shake and I became sweaty.

I did not want to leave my friends. I promised I would stay with them forever, but...

"They are gone. Let's move quickly," A voice quickly brought me out of my thoughts.

I took a deep breath and we all started moving towards the door.

"Stop right there!" We heard a voice shout which made us run faster.

"Meg!" Meg got pulled back by a man and she was shouting for help.

My body pumped with adrenaline as I punched the man and helped Meg catch up to the group.

Unfortunately, being a scrawny 7 year old made the damage the man took when I hit him small.

The man grabbed my shirt almost choking me.

"Little brat," He said. "We have a home just for you."

"(Y/N)!" My friends shouted as they all reached for me.

I reached my hand out, but my arm was not long enough.

"Guys, run!" I shouted. I knew that if they tried to help me, they would end up captured.

"But..." Meg tried to reason.

"It's too dangerous," My eyes welled with tears. "You have to go. Just promise me something! You'll never forget our promise."

Just like that my friends climbed out the window and I was left.

"I'll see you all again someday."

~Flashback Over~

(Still (Y/N)'s P.O.V.)

"So..."

"Here we are..."

"What do you want to know?" asked Fred.

"Good question... What are you?" Chica responded.

"Uh... We start strong..."

"Or where did you come from? Oh, oh I know, are you another personality of Freddy?" Chica said.

"Okay, okay chill out," Fred told Chica. "I am not another personality of anyone."

Fred started talking to Freddy as I thought about what Chica asked.

'What is Fred?'

"So are you?" Chica asked.

"I suppose so..." Fred said, not satisfied with his own answer.

"Guys."

"Hm?" We all turned around to see Golden.

"How is everything? Are you okay?" I asked.

"I'll be fine," Golden said.

"Well anyways, I heard that Fox had some trouble in the library..."

My eyes started to shake as a memory passed through my eyes.

~Flashback~

"Well well," Fox said. "If it isn't (Y/N). Here to teach this 3 year old?"

"That's it," Spring said and tackled Fox. "(Y/N), go!"

I felt conflicted.

"Run!" Spring shouted.

I ran, not looking back and tears falling.

~Flashback Over~

"Let's go!" Chica shouted as she quickly ran to the library.

I shook my head.

'I will not fail my friends, ever again.'

I followed suit and so did Golden and Freddy.

~Flashback~

(Fox's P.O.V.)

I walked out of the store when I saw it

The Fire

I ran towards it.

My family, where were they?

"Your mom would have wanted you to have this,"

~Flashback Over~

(Fox's P.O.V.)

"I-I couldn't do anything... I couldn't help her from him!"

"Hey, hey, chill." My shadow said. "We are only here to talk."

I held back a growl.

"You're still the child you we're back then."

"I am not child!" I shouted.

We argued until...

"Fox!"

"Huh? Meg?"

(Meanwhile...)

"He's having a mental crisis. Don't come too close." Spring explained.

"Fox!" Meg shouted again.

(Back in the Shadow Realm)

"Ugh! How do I get out of here?!" I shouted at my shadow.

"Good question. If I knew, I would have gotten out of here long ago."

"Guys! Please wait for me!"

((Y/N)'s P.O.V.)
"F-Fox," Chica said.

We all stood in the library. Spring, Meg, Chica, Freddy, Golden, and me.

Fox shook and held his head.

Meg and Spring stood next to each other and I stood in front of them.

I reached for his arm.

Chica whispered to Freddy and Freddy whispered back.

'I'm not losing him again!' I thought.

My hand reached for Fox and I grabbed his arm.

"Fox! Please!" Tears already streaming down my face. I call out to Fox.

A shock went through my body. My eyes felt heavy as I fell to the ground.

"(Y/N)!"

Someone caught me and all I caught a glance of was white hair and a green hoodie.

"Remember our promise!"

My eyes shot open. My body filled with pain as I got up.

I quickly found Fox and ran up to him.

"Fox!"

Before he could let out a word, I hugged him as hard as I could.

"I-I missed you," I sniffled.

Fox was shaking and I could feel hot tears on my back.

"I missed you too, (Y/N)," Fox said, his voice slowly breaking.

"(Y/N)! Fox!"

We both let go of each other and saw the others running towards us.

"Guys!" I shouted happily.

We all hugged each other as we looked around.

"Where are we?" Bonnie asked.

"The Shadow Realm," I said.

"But how do we get out?" asked Freddy.

'The last time I got out of here was pure luck...'

"We will find a way out," I said. "I'm going to make sure of it."
