Sam the Incubus was born in a normal demon family, an Incubus father and a succubus mother, he thought he was normal and that he would lead a normal demon life. When he was small other demons would bully him because of his small size and feminine appearance. Even the girl Demons bullied him, in fact he was hated more by the girls than the guys. The worst thing happened to him in school when a guy demon proposed to him to become his girlfriend in front of all the girl Demons. After that the girl Demons hated him even more.

When he got older he hoped that he would grow up to be tall and handsome like all his other Incubus friends but instead his size remained petite and his face grew even more feminine. Because of that Sam the Incubus trained his body to become strong. He wanted to show the other guy Demons that he was strong manly man demon and not a feminine demon. Sam wanted to be the strongest demon in the Demon Kingdom after the Demon King. Sam's ambition was to become one of the Demon King's general. That's why day after day he trained his body and increased his Demon magic by practicing it every single day. He was the only demon that tried to learn the lost art of the demon fighting technique. When he found an ancient book on demon fighting he trained every day. Most demons normally would not do anything to strengthen themselves since they are already strong. And Demons tend to be lazy.

The day came that Sam the Incubus had to prove himself, it was the recruitment by the Demon Kingdom for soldiers and they would only accept the strongest demons. When it was his turn, the demon soldier recruiter just look at him and smirked. The demon soldier recruiter asked Sam the Incubus to fight the strongest demon soldier that was at that recruitment camp. The Demon soldier recruiter wanted to humiliate Sam the Incubus. And by right that should have happened. But the fact that no Demons in the Demon Kingdom had ever trained their powers or learned fighting techniques changed the course of history that day. Sam the Incubus not only won against the strongest demon soldier in that recruitment camp, he beat that demon soldier with ease and humiliated him. Sam the Incubus was recruited into the Demon army of the Demon Kingdom.

It was during that fateful day after being recruited into the Demon army that Sam the Incubus was placed as a palace guard that he met the Demon King. There were no training given to Demons in the Demon army since they were strong enough already. At the palace the other guards and male demons kept on leering at Sam the Incubus, it was an uncomfortable experience for Sam the Incubus. While guarding the Demon King he found the Demon King's eyes leering at him as well. He sighed in resignation, was all the Demons in the Demon Kingdom going to treat him like a girl.

The Demon King then approached him and asked for his name. This shocked Sam the Incubus as he did not want to experience being proposed to again by another male. Remember, Sam was proposed to at school by a male demon. Luckily, the Demon King wanted him to be a spy for the Demon Kingdom. Sam was to spy on the humans in the Kingdom of Colors. Unfortunately for him, he had to change his name from Sam to Samantha and become a girl or at least dress up as a girl. The next order he got from the Demon King was even more ridiculous, he was to learn the art of seduction from the succubuses in the palace. That he did, although it made his skin crawl learning the art of seduction. Sam felt he would never be able to use this technique against another male.

Finally, the Demon King said that Sam was prepared enough and dressed him as a girl with the help of all the female Demons in the palace. He was given his orders, Sam or rather Samantha was to seduce the summoned hero in the Kingdom of Colors. Sam almost fainted upon hearing that news but an order from the Demon King for the Demons were final, there was no way he could change the Demon King's mind or to defy him. So with whatever demon pride left that he could salvage he marched out of the palace to seduce the summoned hero in the Kingdom of Colors. When he left the palace all the male palace guards and the male demons in the palace wolf whistled him. His whole face turned as red as a beetroot and whatever pride he had left as a demon crumbled into nothing.

When arriving at the Kingdom of Colors the same thing happened, he was proposed to by many male humans that said they did not mind marrying a demoness. He almost puked at the many proposals that came his way. In Sam's mind he was screaming, are they blind, can't  they see that he was a man, a strong, tough manly man. He was not a female, he kept on repeating in his head as he carried out his mission.

Once he arrived at the Royal Castle in the Kingdom of Colors it was easy to get past the guards by using his charm and some bribe money. What he did not expect was that he had to kiss every guard on the cheeks to get past them. Well, at least it was only on the cheeks, Sam thought, he kept on repeating in his mind that he was a man, a tough, manly man as he kept on his mission. Once Sam was able to reach the summoned hero, he made his proposal to him by passing the summoned Hero the letter that the Demon King had given him. He did not know that the Demon King had sold him off to the summoned hero as a sex slave or at least that's what the Demon King promised if the summoned hero betrays the Kingdom of Colors.

One look at the summoned hero's leering eyes almost made Sam or Samantha the Incubus puke. But the summoned hero said to Sam or Samantha that he will betray the Kingdom of Colors and passed the letter back to Sam or Samantha to read. Sam the Incubus got the shock of his life as the letter was signed by the Demon King and it stated that if the summoned hero agreed to betray the Kingdom of Colors then Sam or Samantha was to become the summoned hero's lover and advisor. Sam's whole body shivered with fear and he felt goosebumps all over his body. No, he said within himself, he will find an excuse and go back to the Demon Kingdom and convince the Demon King not to use him as a honey trap after all he was a manly man.

Giving the excuse that he needed to report back to the Demon King the good news that the summoned hero has agreed to betray to the Kingdom of Colors he left the summoned hero and hurried back to the Demon Kingdom. Once back at the Demon Kingdom he reported the good news about the betrayal of the summoned hero to the Demon King and he asked for a transfer to another job. Sam tried to reason with the Demon King that he was a manly man and that it would be better to get a real succubus to seduce the summoned hero. The Demon King looked at Sam or Samantha the Incubus with eyes of pity and a bit of lust and said that if he defied his orders, the orders of the Demon King, Sam the Incubus would be hunted down and killed by the Demon Kingdom for betrayal.

When Sam the Incubus tried to protest, the Demon King gave him three choices, seduce the summoned hero and stay in the Kingdom of Colors, stay in the Demon Kingdom and join the Demon King's harem as one of the Demon King's concubines and finally the last choice, run away and  be hunted down until you die. Sam the Incubus chose choice number one as he thought that he could get around the summoned hero since he seems to be a nice person unlike the Demon King. As usual once again when he left the demon palace or castle, he was wolf whistled by the guards. There were even some marriage proposals coming his way from the Demons in the palace. Sam the Incubus wanted to kick every single one of the male demons in the balls and stamp on their balls so hard that it disappears, but he kept his cool and kept on repeating his mantra that he was a manly man.

When Sam arrived at the Royal Castle of the Kingdom of Colors he helped the summoned hero stage a coupe to overthrow the King of the Kingdom of Colors. He and the summoned Hero was successful in their coupe and once again he requested the Demon King to go back to the Demon Kingdom and become a man again. The Demon King sent him back a threatening message and Sam or Samantha dared not ask for anything from the Demon King again. That night when Sam cried after receiving the bad news from the Demon King, the summoned hero comforted him. That was also the night the summoned hero seduced him and took his first kiss.

After that Sam or Samantha the Incubus was wary of the summoned hero. He thought the summoned Hero was a creep and had only one thing on his mind and nothing else. Sex, that's the only thing the summoned Hero seems to be thinking of. With that in mind and with his kisses which he gave away, Sam was able to implement the Demon King's plan and put in place tax and coinage policies from a place called Earth. Sam had never heard of such a place before but assumed the people there must be crazy to implement such idiotic harmful policies.

When Prince Caspian came back with three beautiful girls, he and the summoned Hero was captured by Prince Caspian and the goddess Sarah. It was there and then that the truth that he was male was revealed to the summoned hero. The summoned hero of course in rage threatened to kill him. But what was to come was worse. The goddess Sarah placed a curse on him and made his Adam's apple disappear and made him look more feminine than before. Now not only did he look feminine but he sounded feminine as well. Sam was not able to wear male clothes as well as it crumbles into dust the moment he touches it. One consolation was that at least he still had his penis, he was still male.

Sam the Incubus swore his loyalty to goddess Sarah and begged her to undo the curse. But it seems a girl by the name of Sissy Potter was enjoying his suffering and even encouraged the goddess Sarah to make him even more feminine. Luckily goddess Sarah did not act on Sissy Potter's pleas or Sam the Incubus might be Sam the éunuch now. Now he had to become the spy for goddess Sarah against the Demon King. Sam the Incubus hoped with all his heart for the loss of the Demon Kingdom so he might become a man again. If he knew today that he would end up as a cross dressing male or a Tranny he would have run away in the first place when given the assignment by the Demon King. In his heart, he blamed everything on the Demon King and wanted to see him fall.

When the war suddenly ended and the Demon King surrendered to the goddess Sarah, Sam cried for joy in his heart. Sam thought his dream to return back to being a manly man would come true since the war had ended. But that was not to be, in fact Sissy Potter kept on saying that I still needed to be taught a lesson, and if goddess Sarah could make me more feminine then she should. I screamed in terror and ran out of there as fast as I could. I then decided to go back to the Demon Kingdom since goddess Sarah did not need my help for the moment.

The moment I returned to the Demon Kingdom, the marriage proposals kept on coming. The Demon King summoned me the palace where I told him my sad story. The Demon King looked at me with eyes of pity and lust. The Demon King forgave me for betraying him, he even asked me to stay in the palace ......... as his concubine. I almost shouted obscenities at the Demon King on the spot, but I held my tongue and asked to be excused. My stay at the Demon Kingdom was days where I endured hellish torture of wolf whistles, proposals and pick up lines from male demons. The thing that made me move back to the human Kingdom was when I discovered I was starting to grow breast. I decided to rush back to the human Kingdom, get a bra and to start to devote my energy in the human Kingdom to help the goddess Sarah and get rid of this curse as soon as possible.

Once at the human Kingdom, Sam found that goddess Sarah did not need his help and was busy dealing with the Evil God. Sam the Incubus decided to join an all female adventurer party, The all female party welcomed Sam as he would become their wing woman in seducing males that they come across and allowing the female adventurer in his party to talk to the men that ventures towards Sam. It was a win win situation for everyone.

Unfortunately that did not last long, it was during this time that after completing an adventure with the female adventurers that Sam and his female companions were resting at a cafe in the Kingdom of Colors that something happened. While Sam was sitting down with his all female teammates eating and chatting with them, his body glowed with light. After the light died down, Sam had changed, Sam was no longer a man, he had lost his penis and gained a vagina. Sam was now truly Samantha and was fully female and now Sam's breast has grown huge and was bursting out of her clothes. Sam could barely keep her breasts from popping out of her clothes and it look lewd. Sam's horn totally disappeared and the only thing left to show she was not human was her cute elvish ears. Sam realized that he had become a she and as a succubus she was attracting too much unwanted attraction. Soon the male and females began to tear at Sam the succubus 's clothes as she ran away from the cafe in terror with a huge group of humans chasing her. Sam the succubus had never been so scared before in her life. The only thing on this group of humans mind was sex, she could tell since she became a succubus.

The humans managed to corner Sam the succubus in an alley way in the street. Sam thought that this was the end of her but suddenly a flash of light appeared and she was transported to the arms of Archbishop Crowley. She cried out in joy. Before anything could happen, Sam found her face squeezed between Sissy Potter's breasts. Sam later found out that the goddess Sarah had been kidnapped and that the goddess Sarah had created a portal to Earth as a signal to come rescue her. Archbishop Crowley summarized that the reason I, Sam the succubus turned into a girl could be a signal by goddess Sarah for me to come rescue her. So, I am prepared to risk life and limb now on a World called Earth to find goddess Sarah, rescue her and get back my manhood !
