Chapter three

Chapter three: the party of a lifetime

It was the second day for Shibe in her brand new school, the order of the stone high. The blinding sun shined through the red velvet curtains on the Windows, waking up Shibe. Lukas was already awake, waiting patiently in the living room of the dorm. Shibe yawned, sitting upwards in her comfortable bed. She was wearing some pyjamas, similar to her casual clothes.

(L) *get out of bed*

Shibe slowly shuffled out of her covers and stood up, looking around her room. It looked beautiful during the morning. She gave a tired smile.

(L) *open curtains*

Shibe clumsily walked to the large window in the back of the room and opened up the curtains slowly. The sun was blinding but she didn't really care. She quickly walked out of her room and into the hallway.

(L) *enter living room*

Shibe slowly opened the living room door. Lukas was reading a book in his cute ocelot onesie. The television wasn't on. "Hey, Lukas!" Shibe grinned, sitting beside him on the comfy couch. "Oh, good morning Shibe." He quickly responded, giving a kind smile. His hair was slightly curly since he hadn't combed his hair yet. His face looked quite adorable in the morning.

"How are you?"
"What are you reading?"

"What's that you're reading?" Shibe asked, looking at the book he was holding. "It's just a book about building Soren gave me yesterday." He replied, closing the book and placing it on the table. "So... Did you enjoy the firework show yesterday?" He asked, curious about her opinion.

"It was boring..."
"It was okay."
"I loved it!"

"I loved it!" Shibe replied, giving Lukas a light hug which made him blush. After a few seconds, Shibe pulled away from the hug and grinned. "We should probably get ready for breakfast." He suggested, getting up off the chair. Shibe nodded in response. She stood up and skipped into her bedroom. She opened up her wardrobe and looked at all the clothes available. Her casual clothes that she wore yesterday were there, along with some other outfits she brought with her.

*put on yesterday's outfit*
*choose new outfit*

Shibe decided not to wear her regular clothes today. Instead, she wanted to wear something else. There was a red long sleeved shirt and blue jeans, a black and white striped shirt with some white leggings, a yellow sweater along with some black leggings and lastly, an orange shirt with a matching skirt to go along with it.

*black and white striped shirt*
*yellow sweater*
*red long sleeved shirt
*orange shirt and skirt*

Shibe took out the yellow sweater and its black leggings and neatly placed them on her bed. She took off her pyjamas and proceeded to put on her clothes. The simple, yellow sweater matched her long blonde hair almost perfectly. She slipped into her ankle boots and gave a happy smile, looking down at her feet.

(L) *brush hair*

She quickly lifted her hairbrush and stared to fix her messy hair. It became slightly tangled from her slumber. Once it was straight, she checked in the mirror. Lukas walked out of his bedroom, his hair combed perfectly and wearing his signature ocelot jacket. He knocked on Shibe's door. "Come on, we need to get going. Aiden, gill and Maya are probably waiting for us." He explained kindly, slowly opening the door. Shibe nodded. "Alrighty, let's go." She replied, walking out of her dorm and down the hallway. Lukas tried his best to keep up with her since she was basically speed-walking.

Once they made their way to the cafeteria, they both found Aiden, gill and Maya waiting for them. Lukas sprinted to them and happily sat down. "Where have you been?" Aiden asked, angrily. "S-sorry Aiden." Lukas replied, looking down. Maya rolled her eyes. "Also, we all know what you two were doing." She explained, smirking.

"Huh?"
"That's strange..."

"Huh?" Shibe's eyes widened. Gill gave a humorous chuckle. "yeah, you two lovebirds were watching the fireworks on the roof." Lukas blushed, feeling quite embarrassed. "I-it's not like that..." He muttered. "Oh come on Lukas, it's obvious!" Aiden shouted before quickly standing up and buying some breakfast. Maya quickly followed behind Aiden. Shibe saw a few other kids look at her and chuckle. "Everyone in the school knows..." She whispered to Lukas. "I know." He muttered in response. Shibe slowly stood up out of her chair and bought some cereal. She then quickly walked back to the table. Lukas, bought some pancakes and quickly ate them. He didn't want to be late for his next class.

Time skip;

Lukas escorted shibe to her next class; ellegaard's redstone room. "Hey, sadly I don't have this class so you'll have to sit alone or something." Lukas explained, giving a sigh.

"It's fine."
"Is Petra in this class?"

"Is a girl named Petra in this class?" Shibe asked. "I don't know, probably." He responded, shrugging. Shibe quickly walked inside the classroom. The walls were a red colour, representing the redstone. She noticed Petra sitting in the back of the class. She was happily waving at Shibe, telling her to sit beside her. "Hey Shibe." She said, giving a slight giggle.

"I'm guessing you know what happened"
"Hey Petra!"

"I'm guessing you know what happened last night." Shibe replied, sitting down at an empty desk beside Petra. They both watched as Ellegaard wrote some things down on the blackboard and placed a few redstone machines. "I guess we're gonna be learning about Pistons today." Petra guessed lazily. Maya walked into the room and gave a slight wave at Shibe before sitting down at the back of the room. A girl with black hair, blue dungarees and a yellow hair clip sat down in front of Shibe and Petra's desk. "Hey Jess." Petra greeted her, giving a smile. Jess turned around, facing Petra. "Oh, hey Petra." She replied. She then looked at Shibe. "Who's this?" She asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I'm Shibe."
"Who are you??"

"I-I'm Shibe..." Shibe explained shyly. Jess grinned. "Cool! I'm Jess and I'm guessing you've already met Petra." She explained. "Yeah..." Shibe replied. "So... Are you coming to the dance?" Petra asked Shibe curiously.

"No."
"What dance?"
"Sure..."

"Dance?' Shibe raised an eyebrow. "Yeah, the dance, don't you remember?" Jess chuckled. Shibe thought for a second before remembering Soren's class yesterday. "Oh...I sorta forgot." She explained to Petra and Jesse. "Hey, don't worry. I have an idea." Petra gave a smirk before taking out her notebook.

"What is it?"
"Oh no...

"What's your idea?" Shibe asked curiously. She wanted to know if Lukas and the ocelots would be there at the party. "Jess and I could give you a makeover!!!" Petra replied loudly. She was quite excited. Shibe's eyes widened. She wasn't expecting such words to come out of Petra's mouth since she was a tomboy. "Yeah. You could come to our dorm and we fix up your hair and stuff." Jess explained, giving a shrug.

*accept*
*decline*

"Okay, fine..." Shibe gave in. She didn't care about how she looked since it was just a small party but everyone else seemed to be thinking the exact opposite. Jess and let's grinned at eachother.

Ellegaard quickly started the lesson on Pistons and sticky pistons. She inspected Shibe's redstone ability since she was asking her questions. She was pretty good at redstone since her brother had been practicing for a while. Ellegaard finished the quick revision about pistons and took out a noteblock. Shibe looked at the noteblock and grinned as Ellegaard placed it onto the floor. "So, can anyone tell me what this is?" She asked.

*dont raise hand*
*raise hand*

Shibe quickly raised her hand. "Shibe." Ellegaard said, pointing at her. "A noteblock is a block used to create different sounds and frequencies. It can also be used to make music." Shibe quickly responded, smiling. Her brother had a music talent and he always used notebooks. "What a perfect answer!" Ellegaard smiled and continued her lesson.

After class, Shibe walked to the cafeteria and sat down with Lukas and the ocelots. "Oh, hey Shibe! How was redstone class?" Lukas greeted her and asked happily. Aiden had some soda with him in which he bought from the vending machine. Gill and Maya were talking to eachother about the party in a few hours. "I-it was good..." Shibe replied. She wanted to ask Lukas if he was coming to the party but she thought that now wasn't really a good time. Luckily, Lukas wanted to ask the same question. "Hey, a-are you coming to the dance?" He asked, embarrassed with himself.

"No"
"Yeah"

This action will have consequences

"Yeah, of course I'm going." Shibe responded, giving a grin. "Oh, that's pretty cool. I was thinking about coming aswell." Lukas gave a smile. They both stood up and quickly bought some lunch together. Swiftly, they both sat down and ate it.

*another time skip*

After another class, Shibe and Lukas were finally free from classes for the day. Lukas walked into the dorm and got ready for the dance who,e Shibe walked to Petra's dorm. She quickly knocked on the door and waited for Petra to answer. "Oh, Shibe. You actually came! Come on in." Petra greeted her, opening the door. Shibe noticed Jess sitting down at a table with a bag full of makeup.

"Is that for me?"
"Nice dorm"

"Is all that makeup for me?" Shibe asked, slightly nervous about the fact that her face might be covered in makeup. "Of course not. We need to get dressed aswell!" Petra replied, grinning. Jess waved at Shibe. Petra opened a wardrobe and took out a silky yellow dress. "This looks perfect. You can go and put in on while Jess and I sort some stuff out." She explained, handing the dress to Shibe.

"It's so pretty!!!"
"I hate dresses..."

"Woah, it's really pretty!" Shibe grinned before walking into the bathroom and putting on the dress. She twirled around in the mirror before walking out to Petra and Jess. "That looks awesome! Now Petra's let's add her makeup..." Jess said, smirking. Petra nodded. Shibe sat down at a chair as Jess and Petra applied makeup to her face. Shibe had no idea what they were doing since she had never wore makeup before. Once they were finished, Jess and Petra started to fix up Shibe's hair. They eventually finished brushing her hair. "Close your eyes!" Jess grinned before pulling Shibe out of the chair and to a mirror. Shibe closed her eyes and opened them once she was at the mirror. She gasped at herself. She looked completely different. "Do you like it?" Petra asked, smiling.

"It's amazing!"
"It's okay."
"I hate it."

"It's absolutely amazing!!" Shibe shouted before giving Petra and Jess a hug. "Well, let's get going then. We don't want to be late for the party." Jess grinned as she and Petra walked outside. Shibe quickly followed behind them.
