Well I finally can write something again. Finally!!! After being out of school I had to think of what to write so sorry for the delay. And most of all... Happy Birthday Day Sonic the Hedgehog!!!! Now on to the story!!

Back with Sonic and Tails...

Sonic: Tails what am I going to do?!? Shadow is my rival for chaos sake!!!

Tails: Well you said you'd go out with any one so here you go.

Ding

Sonic: Hmm? I wonder who texted me. (Takes phone out of his quills) Omg Shadow just texted me to meet him at Green Hill at 6:50!!! What do I do?!?

Tails: Go meet him.

Sonic: What!! No!!

Tails: Sonic if you don't go and meet him I will push you into the pool.

Sonic:Ummm.... (Sigh) fine I'll go.

Tails: Good. Lets see its 6:30 right now so you better get ready.

Sonic: Yeah yeah. I'll get ready.

10 minutes later...

Sonic: Alright its 6:40. I should probably start going now. Wouldn't want Shadow to get mad at me.

Sonic goes downstairs and tells Tails he'll be back soon and runs out the door. By the time Sonjc got to Green Hill he saw Shadow there waiting for him with the usual frown on his face.

Shadow: Hello Faker.

Sonic: Hey Shads. Mind telling me why you wanted to meet me here.

Shadow: I want to talk about are dating situation. Rouge wants me to try and date you or she'll kick me out.

Sonic: Yeah Tails also wants me to try and date you to. I'm guessing we have no choice in this matter.

Shadow: Unfortunately.

Both of them fell silent not knowing what to say anymore. They looked at the sunset and Sonic broke the silence.

Sonic:Hey maybe this could be are first date.

Shadow:... You know what, what the heck. This could be are first date. And maybe next week I'll take you out for lunch.

Sonic: Really?!?

Shadow: Yes now lets just enjoy the sunset.
