Jules walked up to him. "Hi, I am Alpha Julianna Adler. I am the Alpha of Ragic Vatic."

"I am  Demetri Poltic. I am the clan leader of Raging Brood. I was the leader of the vampire committee."

"You are not my first mate. I did recently killed him. I also am in the process of adopting his and my sister's triplets: 2 identical twins and a boy: Wyatt, Wendy and Wilma. Can you accept them?"

"You are not my first beloved. My first beloved died when given birth to my twin boys: Weston and Wilbur. Can you accept them? They are two years old."

I think we both can take on each others pups."

"We call our children cubs. I can accept your pups."

"I am also an Elemental of Healing. If we mate you would take on my former's mates. elemental. He could bring the dead alive to fight as warriors. You would control the dead from the graves."

He laughed, "I would control more dead than I do now.  Vampires are basically walking dead. If we become mates you would become a hybrid. Our future cubs would be hybrids too. I do not know if I would become a hybrid when we mate. Would your pack accept you as a hybrid?"

"We may have a few who have problems with it, but the majority I feel would accept us. We would have to merge together our pack and coven, but I am one of the protectors to the Royal Palace Entrance. We are right now just building the area up. Can you accept the move here and the responsibility? With my pack having to protect the entrance I cannot move to you.

"Will you mind that I am much older than you? I am 126 years old. My house can be transported here with magic."

"Where is your house? What will your coven members think?"

"My coven lives all over the world. We get together usually every couple of months and various holidays we celebrate. We do not live together like a pack. We get blood from banks but we also eat regular food. We have evolved away from attack killings, but we do occasionally have to go after a rogue vampire."

"With you becoming an Elemental you would become part of the council. Councilman Peter Thompson when it comes to huge decisions can call us in to vote. Example council lawyer will be merging all laws together into one book. He will be working with various species- preferably lawyers. When done we will all be called in to vote for it."

"Will it be voted as a whole or by sections?"

Peter spoke up, "it will be as sections. We realize one section such as murder. The way different species handle it some do prison and others use an eye for an eye method. We have to decide as a group how to apply the law and still honor both ways. But even the lawyers send to assist this project would have to go through the arbor.

"They can call us in as advisors. If we are at the palace on official business and the vote is tied they can ask us to vote. Basically we will vote if asked. We can join them anytime."

"That is fine. Now with your following you are considered mated when you mark each other. With us vampires we do a wedding on a full moon at midnight. How are we going to do this?"

"We have to do an Alpha and Luna ceremony on a full moon. You would officially be called alpha and I would officially be called Luna. I would still have my alpha power. Since I am an alpha our powers would become equal strength. If I had not been an alpha my strength would have become a Luna strength once we mated. Can you accept us at equal strength? We can ask Demetrius about guidance with our ceremony since he knows more about hybrids if he is willing so it legal for all.

"It would be my honor," he calls out from the stage. "The next full moon starts rising here at 8:06 pm  on January 13 and officially sets at 9:49 am on January 14. Would you be able to get a wedding and Alpha and Luna ceremony prepared by then with my guidance?"

The King calls out, "yes we will. I as your Professor and King will officially officiate it here with your pack and coven. I will have the Royal Guard take care of guarding your pack territory so all pack and coven members can attend as guests. Plus whomever else you wish to invite."

He looked over at Peter, "as long as my bride is there I don't care who is invited, but I am sure my coven members and her pack would disagree."

"Tanya as my organizer and one of my maid of honors, I trust you with the invitations. Maureen as my second maid of honor I will trust you to get the colors. I am going with red wine as my accent. Lily, you as my maid of honor I will trust to coordinate everything with my mom and Demetrius. The pups and cubs can be flower girls and ring bearers. Tomorrow I will go get my dress."

Lily called down, "let us know the time and we will be there."

Tanya called down, "in the village there is a dress shop."

Maureen laughed, "she will have three beach whales for her bridal party."

Jules laughed, "Will see you all later. I have to introduce my parents to my mate and to their new grandpups. I mean cubs." She grabbed his hand and led him back to the pack.
