Jonas and Vicky  followed by alphas, Fae, witches, vampires  and elementals walk into the auditorium. There are two thrones in the middle and two tables off to the side. Rodney is walking down from the stage. Jonas groaned, "why did you do that Rodney?"

He smiled, "I asked Guide Enya if she could tell me how it should be set up. She said in this space to add two thrones. I went to the warehouse and got them. She told me that the castle has a proper council room and we would soon be moving there."

He looked around the room at everyone. "She said with this set up many mates won't be sitting together so deal with it." A few people laughed.

He continued talking, "Row 1: should be the alphas and highest ranking Fae, witches, vampires. Row 2: enforcers, betas and second ranking Fae, witches, vampires. Row 3: gammas, and third ranking Fae, witches, vampires. Row 4: is all other council members. Row 5 and on: are the guards. She said the two tables would be for Edmund and Tanya. Edmund is the commentator and Tanya would take notes."

Jonas ask, "Anything else we need to know?"

Rodney added, "she had my sons make guidance notes for Edmund." He then turned and walked out of the room. Everyone started moving to their assigned rows.

Jonas called out, "guess you better have all our guards come in."

Rodney replied, "they won't be needed today." He walked out of the auditorium and closed the door.

Jonas grabbed Vicky's hand and led her up to the throne. She sat down first and he kissed her hand before going to his own seat.

Edmund walked to his table. He picked up the notes, "hello everyone, my name is Edmund Brown, Organizer for the King. This is an unofficial meeting for the potential candidates for the Royal Supernatural Council."

Murmurs break out in the auditorium. "The reason I say potential is if you are a member of the council you cannot hold your spot as leaders in your pack, coven, flock, tribes or clans. You would have to pass your on your current leadership roll on."

Murmurs are heard in the audience.

"Please quiet down.  Let me finish reading these notes."  The murmurs stop.

As stated above you all are considered temporary council and will be given more power if you agree to be sworn in. That power will stay with you even if you assign someone else to be the permanent council member.

On January 5th all who agrees to become part of the SUPERNATURAL COUNCIL will report to the palace. Guide Anya says that Judge Russell will be there with the CIRCLE OF TRUTH. They will be asked questions and if they pass they will be sworn in by her. Those who don't know her form is Lycan Finn Gridloch."

Ursula stands up. Edmund looks at her, "do you have a question Ursula?"

"What will happen if they do not pass? Another question is what will happen to the present leader's heir?"

Finn/Anya stands up and walks into the stage,  "you have seen the what the Circle of Truth does with truths and lies. This  crystal will be used in the council. At the palace there is a council room. It represented the six main groups of supernaturals: Wearwolves, Fae, Witches, Vampires, Merfolks and other Shifters."

Vala stood up, "we all know there are other shifters, but Merfolks haven't been seen in about four centuries. Are they species extinct?" She sat down after asking her wuestion.

Anya replies, "like Fae they live in a separate rhelm.  The last of the ones that were in this rhelm requested to go to that rhelm before we faded.  One of our last duties was to assist them and I do not know if any will wish to be part of the Supernatural Council."

Priestess Annette stood up, "you have mentioned Fae and Merfolk Rhelms. Are there other rhelms?"

Anya looked at her, "we have this supernatural realm, and the other two. I just don't know of others."

"Wonder why we everyone was not given rhelms?"

"That is only a question the moon goddess can answer."

Edmund says, "it is time to sit down. We still got a few more things to cover." Finn/Anya returned to their seat.

"Supernatural Council will be passed on through the family, but it might not always be your oldest or even your child. When a council member decides to retire they announce it. They will send for their family who is of age."

He looks around the room, "each person will walk up to the Circle of Truth. They will be asked, 'is this candidate old enough and mature enough to apply for the Supernatural Council. Is this candidate honest enough to morally be on the council. Do you accept this member as a new Supernatural Council-member to replace [name the person who is leaving.] if accepted they become a council member and if rejected they go back to what they were doing."

He walks over to the Circle of Truth and picks it up. "This stone will always be in the council. Everyday when you report to work you will walk by it and touch it. If you ever start to change morally the crystal will indicate that also. That person will be removed from the council. This stone will keep you true. "

We have been formed to take down the false preaching that our goddesses are not happy about. Unfortunately we have learned they are even in the werewolf council. We have to find out if they are in the other councils too. The supernatural council has even more power than the council members if you agree to the swearing in. If you do not agree then we ask as started earlier you help recommend others.

"I will only talk about the werewolf council, but this will affect all councils. Even as temporary council when your sworn in. All current wearwolf council members will feel their power drain. They will go back to their strength they were prior to being sworn in as a council member."

Edmund stops reading the notes and looks at the king, "shit will hit the fan when that happens." He looks out into the auditorium. "Yes that will happen to Fae, witches and vampires. Every current council member will feel a pull toward the palace. They will head that way." He looks toward Finn/Anya. "Is this right Anya? They won't officially arrive until  January 13 which is when the full moon will happen. They will meet the Circle of Truth. Only if they pass will they be accepted. However, I expect many to arrive early.

Anya replies, "yes, that is right. The members we bring in will be sworn in first. Your first order of business will be to be to vote in head of council. I will also state only about half will be sworn in. The other half will return back to their original pack. Many will not be happy about it."

Edmund links Rodney, "please bring in the items." The door at the back of the auditorium opens. Edmund states to everyone, "please rise." Two warriors walk in carrying a rectangle table covered in a black table cloth. They walk down the aisle; turn toward the steps leading to the right of the stage; go up the steps; walk to the center of stage; set the table down; turn toward the king and queen; bow, stand up and exits the stage on the left, walks down the aisle and leaves the auditorium. 

As the first warriors set the table down two more warriors start to enter. They are each carrying a lit candle in an antique bronze candelabras and follow the path the previous warriors walked. They set their candelabra on each end of the table. They bow to the king and queen and leave the stage.

Another warrior enters carrying a very old glass dagger. The blade is made of green emerald. The handle is made of a mixture of silver and iron medal. Carved into the handle is a six faces. You hear Anya gasp, "The ancient dagger of Avalon." He sets the dagger on the table. He bows and exits. Once he exits the room the door is closed. Edmund nods to Tanya. She carries a sign and places it on the table. It read...

She bows to the king and queen and returns to where she was sitting taking notes.

Edmund walks over to the table and sets the CIRCLE OF TRUTH on the table. "Now comes the time for you all to line up.  We will start with the king and queen. You will follow the directions on the sign." He turns and goes sit in the chair by the table his notes had been on.

Jonas stands, "before we all take our oath I am wondering about the history of this dagger. Anya you gasped and called it the Dagger of Avalon. I do not remember reading about anyplace called Avalon."

Austin/Gene stands up. "Anya, it is better I tell the story about the Dagger of Avalon since I am the one who created it. First of all thank you Austin for letting me lead this part. My name is Gene. I am Austin's elemental guide. Our element is EARTH. I am also Anya's mate."

He walks to the stage and climbs the stairs. He goes to the middle and picks up the dagger. "When I was a pup I met Anya, Brook and August. We were all four Pups of Avalon Pack. We did not have our powers then. When we were five we were sent to school. We met other supernaturals: Merfolks: Jaiyet Zal and Kaiza Zen; Vampires: Talen Alley and Lenora Goddard; Witches: Alastair Thorn and Sable Rune; Kitsumi: Akio and Akoi; Cats: Lionel Lipinski and Lucy Azorian: Bear: Grizzle Bare and Goldy Loches.

Gasp were made in the audience. The king exclaimed, "you are saying you went to school with the originals who became the first leaders of each supernatural culture?"

"We just did not know that at the time. We were in our forth year at school when the dark times hit. Our instructor, Sebastian Grey, one spring night came into our room about midnight. He woke us all up. He handed each of us a backpack and said fill it up with practical work clothes. Plus our winter coat, gloves and hat. He lead us out of the school through a tunnel. We came out inside a warehouse. We were hidden inside crates and loaded up onto a ship. We were two miles out at sea when released. We came up on deck and could see our school up on the hill burning and the small town on fire. We could hear screams in the distance as people parish." He stopped talking and it was like he was reliving that night in his memory.

He started talking again, "Mr. Grey had saved us. We headed to the new world. He continued to teach us and when us wolves started shifting as we turned sixteen we had elemental powers. Anya had fire and was mated to me, I was Earth. Brooke had water and was mated to August had air/wind. Soon the others started getting various powers when they hit their next birthday. We went further west and created Avalon. We were able to make the castle not visible. It was in a dimension of its own."

"Mr Grey continued to teach us as we grew stronger. When we started turning twenty-five the moon goddess came to us. Said it was time for us to go back and bring order to the world. Our last night together I brought up the materials to make the dagger. Anya made fire and shaped the dagger. Brooke made water come from the ground to cool it down. August use wind and formed a special wall around us all. Then the wind carried the knife to each one of us and sliced our palm. The dagger absorbed each of our bloods into it and a blood pack was created. We formed the first supernatural council. We went out into the world and created peace within the species."

He turned toward the people in the room. "This dagger will give you a blood oath to the council even if only temporary members you will always feel the oath. The tip tie the old council to the new. It will drawl council members and Avelon will rise to fight the false preaching."

He set the knife down. He turns to the king, "you will take the first oath and you're queen the second."

He turns toward those seated, "each of you will take your oath. Then you will depart and go back home. You will make your decision on who will become permanent members. Then January 5th those whom you choose to be candidates will arrive with their families that day." He turned and started you go sit down so Finn could wait his turn.

Frank called out, "wait Gene." Gene stopped and looked at Frank, "but where is the palace?"

"Follow the pull."
