*Karthik Pov*

"Now, never have I ever got a boyfriend." Rohan started and looked at Chitra and Preetha who immediately took a sip but frowned at Rashmi who did the same.

"Rashmi! I asked that because you will not get involved." He said looking at her but she just shrugged.

"Idiot! Her boyfriend is sitting right beside her and you are the main reason behind that, but you already forgot." Kalyan explained and he just shook his head in disbelief.

"I am glad that you are still taking all this seriously." Rohan said before gesturing Preetha to continue.

I glanced at Rashmi to see her looking worried and just stared at the glass. Why did Rohan plan all this in the first place? We can't leave her alone and play by ourselves too.

"Okay! It's my turn. Never have I ever crushed on someone for the longest compared to the ones in this room." Chitra said smirking at Rashmi.

"Continuously?" Rohan asked, looking at her and she nodded.

"I think I have to drink this, Rashmi." Kalyan said, stopping her when she picked up her glass.

"No way! How long was yours?" she asked, looking at him.

We all looked at each other except for Chitra and Rashmi, who is looking at Kalyan in confusion. I glanced at Rohan, but he just shrugged and we know we just have to keep quiet about the name.

"I think it's nearly two years, four months." Kalyan commented, looking at Rashmi and that was the point where all the mess happened and I guess she really lost to him.

"Who is it?" Chitra immediately asked, looking at him.

"You can't ask names." Rohan immediately intervened and everyone supported him along with me.

"Well, mine is more than two years six months." Saying that she took a sip and I stared at her in shock.

"You didn't stop your feelings immediately when all that happened?" Preetha asked, looking at her and I thanked her in my mind to voice out my thoughts but then again I didn't want anyone to talk about all that.

"Let's move on." I said, gesturing Rashmi to continue, but she just sighed playing with her glass.

"Actually, until the second semester where I reached you guys to talk is the time when I was finally let go of all the feelings." She said smiling at them and this time the questions raised to another level in my head but I kept quiet.

"So, never have I ever got a crush on someone for the least amount of time compared to everyone here." Rashmi said, smirking at Chitra and this time I took a sip before anyone.

"You even had crushes on someone?" Rashmi asked, looking at me and I rolled my eyes at her.

"I thought it would be my turn as mine was just for a week once. But how much longer was yours?" Chitra asked, moving a little to stare at me.

"One hour!" I replied and everyone stared at me a little shock, but they didn't ask about the name because of earlier statements from all of us.

"Nice! We are getting to know so many things because of this game." Rohan commented, looking at me with a frown and I know he will ask about this soon.

"Never have I ever got scolded by my parents." I mumbled, looking at them and they all took a sip except for Rashmi and I.

"Never have I ever learned to cook." Kalyan said, looking at Rashmi and we all chuckled hearing that.

"Right!" Rashmi mumbled, taking a sip along with us.

"Kalyan! She probably learned and how she cooks doesn't matter though." Chitra commented when he frowned at her action.

"But you better start learning." She added looking at Kalyan and he just smiled at her.

Like this the game continued for the next one hour, but we took a break to have dinner. Also, when we were kind of sure that Rashmi will be spared, she ended up taking sip after sip, but didn't explain much when we looked confused.

"Seems like we really don't know much about you or you are thinking deeper than us." Preetha said looking at her.

"Mehrin would have got everything right." She mumbled rubbing her eyes.

"Okay! Now, it's the last one and you all have to drink the whole glass because of that and I will be lying about this. So, spare me and just be lenient for the last one as a celebratory drink to finally finish our trip successfully." Rohan said, filling up all our glasses.

"I will drink your glass as it will go waste for sure." He added looking at Rashmi.

"Rohan! I don't think you should be that confident when it comes to her." Preetha advised him but he shook his head.

"I will give up my play station to her if I am really wrong this time." He said smirking.

"Don't be too crude about your question." Kalyan said, looking at him and we all waited to hear the question.

What would it be where we all have to drink it except for Rashmi? I thought, frowning and glanced at Rashmi, who already looks a little drowsy but not as much as that day. I guess it is a good thing if she is really spared from this.

"Now, never have I ever had my first kiss." Rohan finally said looking at us.

"You must have had your way back when we never even thought about that." Chitra commented shaking her head.

"Like I already said, I will be lying about it. This is what I thought will be best for the final and also not get Rashmi into trouble. Where are you lost?" he asked, frowning at her and she just sighed looking at Kalyan.

We all drank the whole glass and glanced at Rashmi, who is looking at her glass with a sad expression and then she looked up to stare at Rohan.

"You failed!" saying that she drank the whole glass too, and I immediately frowned at her.

Wait! Is she thinking about what happened between us that day in the vehicle? I thought, frowning and before any of us can say anything she leaned over me with closed eyes.

"Is she right or did she drink it to not be left out?" Preetha asked, looking at me while I held her before she can slip off from me.

"She is kind of right." I mumbled, looking away and they just stayed silent.

"We will not feel guilty about our plan in the beginning then." Rohan finally said and everyone laughed while I rolled my eyes, hoping they can stop their teasing right now and not involve her.

"Don't talk about it tomorrow when she is sober. She must have been already drunk to do this." I said looking at them.

"And mainly you, Chitra." I added looking at her, but she just rolled her eyes.

"Looks like even Kalyan is drunk now." She commented glancing at him.

"It's already past eleven. Let's go back to our rooms." Rohan said, standing up and everyone stood up while he supported Kalyan who is really drunk right now.

"Make her drink some buttermilk otherwise she will be in pain when we travel back." Preetha said gesturing Rashmi and I nodded at her.

"We need to leave by ten to catch our flight. So, just be ready by that time near the lounge." Rohan added before they all walked out.

I sighed, moving a little to make her lie on the floor and stood up before shifting her to the couch to make her lean on it. She is still slightly conscious and so she sat without falling down this time taking support of the couch.

"Drink some water, Rashmi." I said, passing the bottle and she obediently drank some.

"I will go and buy some buttermilk. You need to stay in your room and do not open the door." I added and she slowly opened her eyes again before nodding at me.

We should have bought that long before the service stopped at this hotel. I sighed, leaving the room and locked it before walking away in a rush to return soon.

When I returned with a few packets, she is awake, but is holding her head frowning. I passed her one packet after other sitting down beside her and she is finally sober.

"I should have never trusted you guys when you said I will be drinking the least." She mumbled groaning.

"You are the one who took the questions in a different way and drank all that even though you were not completely correct." I pointed out smiling.

"I didn't react incorrectly to any of those statements." She said shaking her head.

"You are completely wrong in the end one though. If you were not then you wouldn't have been this drunk." I mumbled, looking at the time to see it's nearly midnight.

"No! I was absolutely right." She said stubbornly even though she looks sober right now.

"What we did that day can't be taken as a kiss, Rashmi." I said, but she just shook her head before taking out her phone from the pocket.

"Just five minutes to twelve and we both lost the bet." She said smiling at her phone.

"There are still five minutes left." I pointed out smiling and she immediately frowned at me.

"You should never win this, Karthik." She said, shifting to stand up, but I took hold of her hand and made her sit down.

"Looks like you are sober enough to think all that stuff right now." I said, looking at her and she nodded smiling at me.

"After drinking all that, how could I not be?" she asked and moved to stand up again, but I didn't let go of her hand and this pulled completely closer to me.

"No matter what you do, I will never believe that you do not need any coaching in dating stuff." She said shaking her head.

"Let's see!" saying that I placed my other hand behind her head and pulled her a little closer before pressing my lips to hers and started kissing her when she opened her mouth to scold me.

She pushed me back with her free hand, but I didn't let her go and to my surprise, she started kissing me back which made me release her immediately.

"This is your actual first kiss and not the one you are thinking." I mumbled clearing my throat not believing that I actually took this step.

"So, do you think I will change my mind because of this?" she asked, ignoring my words and I stared at her to see that she is not as fazed as me.

"We both lost!" she added looking at her phone and I took it away to place it on the couch before holding her face in my palms.

"No! You actually won on the first day itself." Saying that I pulled her into a kiss again not able to stop myself and this time she kissed from the start.

This moment feels like I am just experiencing my first intimate moment in my life and I can't believe it is with Rashmi. Somehow, I can take this as my first kiss too. I smiled, still kissing her and we finally let go of each other.

She looked away first, and then turned to stare at me before saying, "Only I won this bet and you are in debt with me for a wish."

"What is your wish?" I asked, looking at her.

"I will ask when I want to." Saying that she finally stood up and walked to the bed taking her phone with her.

I sat there for another half an hour, even though she already slept off before moving to reach my bed and laid down but still was not able to fall asleep.

I thought I will not feel any stress by thinking myself as her boyfriend during this whole week, but seems like everything went downhill after that and there is no return to the normal point. I shook my head and finally drifted off into sleep, but it is already past two by that time.

*Rashmi Pov*

I woke up smiling and turned to see Karthik's sleeping form which reminded me of the events yesterday. Did we really kiss each other? Was he drunk at that moment when I became sober?

Will it be too awkward now to face him? I thought, frowning and sat up to see it's already eight and we still need to pack our stuff.

I rushed to take my bath and started packing my clothes before stopping all my thoughts about him. After finishing that I finally turned to see he is already awake, but is staring at me.

"Start getting ready, Karthik. We don't have much time." I said, passing his bag.

"Okay! Why are you rushing so much when we still have one hour and you are completely ready?" he asked, taking out his fresh clothes before packing the dirty clothes into the covers before placing them in his bag.

"Chitra asked my help to pack her stuff yesterday evening." I explained and checked again to see whether all the stuff is packed along with the gifts before taking out my handbag along with my phone to leave.

"If they finished their breakfast by the time you come downstairs, then I will buy something for you." I said holding my luggage to take it outside.

"I will bring it along with my luggage. Leave it right there." He said taking the bag away from me.

"It's okay!" I said, trying to take it back, but he didn't let go and we had to move closer because of that which made me release it immediately.

"Don't be late." Saying that I walked off and reached Chitra's room.

"You are also here?" I asked Preetha when she opened Chitra's room door.

"Yeah! She thought you will be nursing your headache right now and asked for my help." She replied walking in and I followed her.

"Kalyan is trying to nurse his headache with Rohan downstairs." She added when we walked to Chitra and I smiled at her.

"But why are you feeling good?" Chitra asked looking at me.

"Karthik made me drink water and even bought buttermilk from outside. So, I was sober before sleeping only." I replied shrugging.

"Seriously, when did he become such a good boyfriend?" she asked shaking her head.

"Excuse me! He is no longer my boyfriend. One week has passed." I pointed out helping her to fold Karthik's clothes but they both paused.

"Guys, hearing her I just remembered yesterday's game. Do you know the girl Kalyan got a crush on for such long time?" Chitra asked looking at us.

"I don't know! And why does it matter when you got a ring on your finger. He must have saved money to buy that while paying for this trip too." I said looking at her.

"Even you don't know? Except us, you all looked uncomfortable more than shocked." Chitra asked looking at Preetha.

"Just listen to Rashmi." She said and turned to look at me.

"So, everything ends after one week?" Preetha asked frowning.

"That was the deal, right?" I asked, staring at them and they didn't say anything after that we rushed to pack all the stuff before finally going down stairs.

"Where is Karthik and your luggage?" Rohan asked when we walked towards the table they are occupying.

"He must be getting ready now after packing his stuff and he is going to bring my luggage along with him." I explained placing my handbag on the chair.

"He definitely knows what to do as a boyfriend." Kalyan commented and groaned before taking a sip of what looks like milk.

"He is no longer my boyfriend, guys. I hope you all remember that and also keep your promises." Saying that I walked away along with the girls to get breakfast.

"Don't worry about him. I will buy sandwiches from the shop beside the hotel for him to eat on the way." I assured them when it is past ten and he is still not here.

"Just like how a girlfriend should be." Rohan teased and I immediately frowned at him.

"Guys, this is the final time and don't ever tease both of us again considering this week when it is all over. No one should know about all this and don't ever use those words for us again." I said in a serious tone.

"You didn't get my plate ready this time?" we turned to see Karthik walked towards us.

"I thought you will get late. I will get it now." I said, standing up, but he waved me off before leaving the luggage near me and walked towards the food.

"This complimentary breakfast really helped us to save a lot of money." Preetha said, clearing her throat and I smiled at her.

We all walked out of the hotel after Karthik finished eating in silence and got our luggage into the vehicle and this time I sat on the other end beside Rohan and Preetha while sending Chitra to sit with Kalyan and Karthik.

"We need not sit together anymore, right?" I asked when they all looked at me and they didn't comment anything hearing my words.

I looked outside when the vehicle started chanting to myself again to continue to be like this and the things I felt should never come out otherwise there will be another heartbreak like before because of him and this time I may completely stay away from him which I don't want to. I really don't want to lose his friendship and this is definitely a right thing to do.
