I know another new story, but this is one I have been contemplating for awhile now. I'd like to shout out lightningstormtc for helping me brainstorm for this one and kind of talk me into doing this. Go check the stories on his profile out, they're all great. Plus he'll be making his own One Piece story. Now let's meet the our protagonist!

Name: Boa Conrad

Age: 15 (Prologue), 20 (Pre-Timeskip), 22 (Post Timeskip).

Hair Color: Black

Eye Color: Sea Green

Height: 7 Foot, 4 Inches

Family: Boa Hancock (Eldest), Boa Sandersonia (Second Eldest), Boa Marigold (Third Eldest).

Personality: Easygoing, serious when needed, calculating, friendly, jovial.

Affiliation: Kuja Tribe (formerly), Marines, World Government (Begrudgingly).

Fighting Style: Kick Centric

Outfit: Like in the picture only shirtless underneath the sleeveless jacket and no shoes.

Unique Traits:

Always has a carrot in his mouth, similar to how others have cigars.

Never wears shirts under his jacket or shoes due to his Devil Fruit.

Type of Justice: Smiling Justice- Ensuring the safety and well-being of innocent people is the top priority. Above all else, make sure they are smiling by the end, that is when my mission is accomplished. Extending this curtesy to the wicked is the best way to help set them straight.

Haki: Observation Haki (Specialty), Armament Haki.

Devil Fruit:

Usagi Usagi no Mi, Model: Rabbit.

Description: A White strawberry shaped Zoan Type Devil Fruit that allows the consumer to turn into a Rabbit or Rabbit-Human Hybrid.

Rabbit-Hybrid Form:

Eye Color: Red

Height: 9 Foot, 4 Inches

Weaknesses:

Unlike most Zoan Type Devil Fruits, Conrad gets no strength boost from his.

Being a Devil Fruit User, Conrad is incapable of swimming in anyway shape or form.

Bio: Boa Conrad is the half brother of the Boa sisters. He was born and raised off Amazon Lily by their mother. Around the time he was brought to Amazon Lily, his sisters had escaped from enslavement and returned home. Conrad was shunned by the people of Amazon Lily and his sisters due mostly to his gender. The only one that paid him any kind was Elder Nyon, who he would frequently stay with on the outskirts of the island. At age 15, Conrad finally had enough.
           Conrad left Amazon Lily on a makeshift raft and was eventually picked up by a Marine Warship passing through the Calm Belt. There he enlisted and began his training, along the way he ended up eating a Devil Fruit. Conrad prioritizes the safety of bystanders over all else. Conrad believes the best way to deliver justice is with a smile in order to let everyone know that everything will be okay. Now after five years serving the Marines, Conrad finds himself returning to Amazon Lily.
