I didn't put any in the doc.

The opening is strong. You set up the tension immediately and didn't over-explain it—that's discipline and you don't always have it, so I noticed.

The middle section lost momentum. You had too much ground to cover and it showed, but you pulled it back before the ending.

Which left me wanting more without feeling cheated. That's a hard balance to strike.

Overall, the structure, the voice, the restraint—you knew exactly what to put in and what to leave out. That's not something I can teach. You either have the instinct or you don't, and you have it.

Also, this would've been stronger with a quote from Jess Vargas—I stand by that. But the interview itself is so fleshed out it practically didn't need it.

I genuinely don't understand how you got that much out of him. He's never said any of this to anyone.
