Chapter 3: First Interference

For the second dream, I had it logged in a journal. It was rough, given I was trying something new and hadn't really done any journaling before. April 30th 2017. There is one thing that will relate to the dream.

My friend at the time, I will call her Tamra, introduced me to a graphic novel called Amulet. I won't go over it, but there is a character in it that I was crushing/ fangirling over. His name was Trellis. It has been a while since I've picked up any of the novels, but, He's an elf. If anyone here plays D&D (Dungeons and Dragons) He looks like a drow (Dark Elf). So long hair, nearly white, grey skin.

    For some context:

1: The background and setting of where this dream takes place can be seen in Rise of the Guardians (Arctic scene)

2: Please keep in mind, I have no control over my dreams, so some things will likely not make much sense. My label for it: Dream logic.

Dream

Pitch Black and I stand three - five feet away from each other. I notice out of the corner of my eye that the ground is white and the wind is kicking up a bit of snow from the cold ground of the glacier we're standing on. In the distance off to our left I could see Trellis standing, facing us, but not close enough to hear anything we say, or for use to hear anything he would have said.

I turned to Pitch and could see his sadness, disappointment and anger. "You cheated on me." He spoke, looking hurt.

Not wanting to hurt him further, I tried to argue against it, "No, no, I haven't cheated on you. I'm just seeing another boy. I'm sorry." I said desperately. However, it didn't help much, or rather at all, as after I spoke, he raised his fist, about to backhand me. I ducked down in fear, waiting for a hit, but nothing happened. When I looked back up, I came to realise that everything froze in time, aside from myself.

I stood there for a couple minutes, needing to catch up to what happened and not knowing what to do. I found myself staring at Pitch thinking to myself that no matter what I would always come back to him. No matter how many "others" there may be. I stepped up to him and gave him a kiss on the cheek. Not long after, I woke up.

Now if someone says this dream is caused by guilt... I don't know exactly what I would feel guilty about asides from "cheating" on a fictional character, with a fictional character. If that were the case it's a little weird. Mind you, not the weirdest dream connected thing I've had.

That's It for the second dream. Again, any superstitious or scientific theories to these would be greatly appreciated. I'll just let you know, that things will start getting oddly coincadental hereafter, and even more-so further on.
