Quirk:time, when in use users eyes become a clock anyone who looks into his eyes he has control over there time and he can switch his own time. I=akuma Ex:
I was walking in when I saw a villain I walked behind him and walked In front of him.  "Hello." I said waving he threw a punch but I moved my own time to when I was behind him.

Drawback:user can only see certain things he looses focus on the world around him and everything becomes a haze and losses track of time.
