This one will have a festive spin on it and it holds no relativity to the actual plot line

Maru POV

I was walking along the sidewalk with the snow crunching under my boots as it kept snowing still and people were rushing all over the city doing shopping for their close friends and family. I wasn't dressed in my normal clothing or I'd be freezing I was wearing a dark purple jacket that went down to my knees and black pants and high heeled boots with a matching hat on. I hummed to myself as I walked down back from the academy to the base of the demon worshipers. When I walked in the front I was blasted by the heating and I removed my hat and fluffed my hair 

"That's better" I said and I went up to the front desk 

"Afternoon Eugene" 

"Afternoon Maru" he said as a pair of kids ran by to go outside in the snow 

"Where's (Y/n) and Armena?" I asked him and he pointed down the stairs 

"Down in the training hall sparring" 

"Oh, I might join them then" 

"I wouldn't advise it" 

"Why?" 

"Those two tend to.......what's the word.......play rough" 

"How rough?" I asked him and he turned his screen around to show the security feed 

"Very" and I looked at the two as they mercilessly beat the crap out of each other. 

3rd POV

(Y/n) and Armena ran at each other both with their hands covered in black and red fire. They both punched each other in the side of the head and Armena kicked (Y/n)'s feet out from under him and kicked him in his back making him spit up a load of blood. Armena kicked him into a wall making a large dent in it and (Y/n) pulled himself out of it and cracked his neck. His hands were back on fire and the two charged each other again. (Y/n) jumped over Armena and blasted with his power right below him sending him towards the ceiling. He jumped off and while Armena was recovering from the blast he grabbed the back of her head and smashed it into the ground making the entire floor crack. (Y/n) jumped back quickly and Armena shot up a blast of energy as her two red wings came out of her back with her eyes glowing bright red. They came at each other again with even more force than the last two times 

"Hi guys" Maru said making the two stop right before colliding with each other 

"Oh, hey" Armena said while (Y/n) looked at his shirt 

"Come on, blood's a bastard to get out of clothes" he said looking at the stain 

"Hello (Y/n)" Maru said to the young devil 

"Oh hey, how was your day?" he asked and she shrugged 

"Okay I guess, everyone's getting ready for the holidays" and he nodded 

"Oh yeah, it's almost that pagan holiday, what's it called again?" he said scratching his head 

"It's Christmas" Armena said stretching her shoulder 

"Oh yeah, that's it" he said putting his coat back on 

"Why, don't you like this time of year?" Maru said as the two devils put on the rest of their normal outfits 

"Well, as demons we have a natural hatred for anything that goes along with that bearded bastard in the sky" (Y/n) said walking towards the fox faunas 

"You don't have to be religious to celebrate the holiday" Maru said following the devil as he went to go back up to his room 

"I know, I just don't want to, I don't care if people here do it just don't include me" he said going up to his room. Maru then put her hand up to her chin and spun around to Armena who was behind her 

"Armena, I have an idea" and the devil held up her hand 

"Let me guess, you want to get him something so he'll feel more festive and you want me to help you?" and Maru nodded quickly. The devil let dropped her head down 

"Ugh, let me get my coat" and Maru grabbed her and hugged her 

"See, this is why we're friends" 

time skip

The two girls were walking down the streets looking in various shops for gifts for their friend but it was proving to be more difficult than once anticipated 

"Maybe this?" Maru said holding up a random item 

"No" 

"This?" 

"No" 

"How about this?" 

"Absolutely not" 

"Why is getting hims something so hard" Maru said while Armena played on her phone 

"What does he even like?" 

"Human suffering, lying, that one's why he watches fox news a lot, and pain" the female demon said putting her phone away 

"It's a lost cause, the best thing to get for him would be nothing, he never said he wants anything nor has he needed anything, sorry to say but your probably wasting your time" and Maru sighed and stood up 

"Your probably right" and they two left the store to go back. They walked down the street and on the way they passed a jeweler, Maru backpedaled and looked in the window. She pressed her face to the glass fogging it up slightly staring at a necklace with glistened silver and had multiple bright green emeralds embedded in it's frame with countless other white gems alongside them. 

"Earth to Maru" Armena said taking her out of her trance 

"What?" 

"You want that?" Armena said pointing to the necklace 

"Yes, but, it's so expensive and there's no way I could ever afford it" 

"Ask (Y/n)" 

"What, no, that's way to much" 

"Pfft, that guys got more money to blow than he's got days left to live and he's practiacally immortal" and Maru glanced back at it 

"No, it's fine, I can live without it" 

"Suit yourself, now if your done let's get inside, it's cold out"and they went inside the building to warm up.

Time skip to Christmas day, later in the evening

Everyone was celebrating the holiday, even Armena was enjoying herself. Most of the demonic cult's members were in the front foyer talking with each other and exchanging gifts. Maru smiled to herself watching everyone have fun and run around but she noticed that someone was still missing. She walked over and sent the elevator and found (Y/n) sitting in his chair staring out the window at the snow falling and the numerous lights decorating the city 

"You know everyone's already downstairs" she said and the devil shrugged 

"So, I don't want to go down there" 

"Come on, I think it would mean a lot to your followers if their master joined them" she said and he sank further into his chair 

"I'm not going" 

"I'm not going to make you go, but will you at least think about it" and (Y/n) slipped farther down 

"Fine" and Maru turned to leave and right as she was about to get to the elevator (Y/n) said 

"Wait for a second" and she turned around and looked at him 

"This is for you" he said handing her a small box. She opened it and went wide eyed and she covered her mouth with her hand while she glanced up at (Y/n) who had a smirk on his face 

"Merry Christmas" he said turning around to go back to his seat. He sat down and Maru left the room and muttering a soft thank you to the devil as he returned to his original position. He then looked at you 

"I don't know why your still here, this part's over, regularly scheduled programming will be back shortly" and he stood back up 

"Have a happy whatever it is you celebrate"
